本发明公开了一种带冷却结构的气压缸,包括缸体、气缸底座、活塞和活塞杆,活塞固定在活塞杆一端,活塞杆另一端伸出缸体,所述活塞由两活塞片重叠而成,其中一活塞片侧面设有U形环结构,另一活塞片侧面设有储油槽,两活塞片远离重叠面的端面均设有凹槽,凹槽内设有加强筋;所述缸体内设有冷却腔。本发明结构设计新颖、合理,活塞由两活塞片组成,其中一活塞片磨损时,可只更换该活塞片,节约成本,活塞片侧面设置储油槽,储油槽内可盛装润滑油,不仅能够延长气压缸的使用寿命,而且能够节约润滑油的使用量,且使用方便,缸体上设置冷却腔,能够快速降低活塞和缸体摩擦产生的热量,从而延长气压缸的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气压缸,特别涉及一种带冷却结构的气压缸。
背景技术
目前,气压缸的活塞结构仅设有防漏气设计和耐磨性设计,在组装气压缸的过程中,会在气压缸缸体内壁涂抹一层润滑油层,通过润滑油使得活塞在往复运动的过程中降低活塞与气缸内壁之间产生的摩擦热,避免损伤活塞和防漏气结构,以延长气压缸的使用寿命,但是,气压缸中所涂抹的润滑油在长时间的运动过程中,由于摩擦效应附着于管壁的润滑油会慢慢减少,导致润滑效果变差,进而影响了活塞与气压缸的正常功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种结构设计新颖、合理,能长时间保持润滑效果的带冷却结构的气压缸。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:本发明的带冷却结构的气压缸,包括缸体、气缸底座、活塞和活塞杆,活塞固定在活塞杆一端,活塞杆另一端伸出缸体,所述活塞由两活塞片重叠而成,其中一活塞片侧面设有U形环结构,另一活塞片侧面设有储油槽,两活塞片远离重叠面的端面均设有凹槽,凹槽内设有加强筋;所述缸体内设有冷却腔。
作为优选,所述活塞杆通过润滑轴承与气缸底座活动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明结构设计新颖、合理,活塞由两活塞片组成,其中一活塞片磨损时,可只更换该活塞片,节约成本,其中一活塞片侧面设置储油槽,储油槽内可盛装润滑油,不仅能够延长气压缸的使用寿命,而且能够节约润滑油的使用量,且使用方便,缸体上设置冷却腔,能够快速降低活塞和缸体摩擦产生的热量,从而延长气压缸的使用寿命。

下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
参见图1,本发明的带冷却结构的气压缸,包括缸体3、气缸底座4、活塞1和活塞杆2,活塞1固定在活塞杆2一端,活塞杆2另一端伸出缸体3,所述活塞1由两活塞片重叠而成,其中一活塞片侧面设有U形环结构6,另一活塞片侧面设有储油槽7,两活塞片远离重叠面的端面均设有凹槽8,凹槽8内设有加强筋9;所述缸体3内设有冷却腔10,所述活塞杆2通过润滑轴承5与气缸底座4活动连接。
使用时,将两活塞片重叠通过螺帽固定在活塞杆2端部,然后在储油槽7内盛装润滑油,最后将活塞1安装在缸体3内,活塞杆2另一端通过润滑轴承5活动固定在气缸底座4内,活塞1由两活塞片组成,其中一活塞片磨损时,可只更换该活塞片,节约成本,其中一活塞片侧面设置储油槽7,储油槽7内盛装润滑油,不仅能够延长气压缸的使用寿命,而且能够节约润滑油的使用量,且使用方便,缸体3上设置冷却腔10,能够快速降低活塞1和缸体3摩擦产生的热量,从而延长气压缸的使用寿命;两活塞片远离重叠面的端面均设有凹槽8,凹槽8内设有加强筋9,可节约材料,且不影响活塞1的正常使用。

1.一种带冷却结构的气压缸,包括缸体、气缸底座、活塞和活塞杆,活塞固定在活塞杆一端,活塞杆另一端伸出缸体,其特征在于:所述活塞由两活塞片重叠而成,其中一活塞片侧面设有U形环结构,另一活塞片侧面设有储油槽,两活塞片远离重叠面的端面均设有凹槽,凹槽内设有加强筋;所述缸体内设有冷却腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带冷却结构的气压缸,其特征在于:所述活塞杆通过润滑轴承与气缸底座活动连接。
