本发明涉及一种纺织设备用的润滑脂,润滑脂的组分包括:饱和多元醇酯基础油:65~79%;二聚脲稠化剂:15~25%;二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂:1~3%;对,对‑二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂:2~4%;高分子聚异丁烯油溶液:0.9~2%;二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂:2~3%。上述润滑脂保证在高温和高速下对设备的良好润滑,而且该润滑脂结焦少。

纺织设备用的润滑脂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织设备用的润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在纺织行业中,纺织设备的轴承皮辊处需要使用润滑脂进行润滑,此外,润滑脂应当具有出色的抗老化、抗水与水蒸汽、抗酸性及碱性液体等性能。
然而,纺织场地还存在高温、高速和各种杂质等恶劣的工况条件,现有的润滑脂难以在上述条件下起到良好的润滑作用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题而提供的一种纺织设备用的润滑脂,所述润滑脂的组分包括:
饱和多元醇酯基础油:65~79%;
二聚脲稠化剂:15~25%;
二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂:1~3%;
对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂:2~4%;
高分子聚异丁烯油溶液:0.9~2%;
二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂:2~3%。
优选地,所述润滑脂的组分包括:
饱和多元醇酯基础油:73.91%;
二聚脲稠化剂:19.70%;
二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂:1.48%;
对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂:1.95%;
高分子聚异丁烯油溶液:0.99%;
二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂:1.97%。
优选地,饱和多元醇酯基础油是所述粘度为140cst的饱和多元醇酯基础油。
本发明还提供上述纺织设备用的润滑脂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、把饱和多元醇酯基础油和二聚脲稠化剂加入反应釜中搅拌升温,在90~110℃的温度下反应1~1.5h;
步骤二、继续升温,在130℃时加入饱和多元醇酯基础油,在104~160℃恒温反应1~1.5h;
步骤三、继续升温,在190℃时加入高分子聚异丁烯油溶液和对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂,恒温10min;
步骤四、转入调合釜中进入剪切急冷,在120℃时加入二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂和二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂。
优选地,所述制备方法还包括以下步骤:
步骤五、搅拌均匀后进行高压均质过滤脱气,分析合格后包装。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂、对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂、高分子聚异丁烯油溶液和二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂,保证润滑脂在高温和高速下对设备的良好润滑;采用聚脲稠化剂和多元醇酯基础油保证润滑脂结焦少。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步阐述:
本发明涉及的纺织设备用的润滑脂所包含的各组分包括:
粘度为140cst的饱和多元醇酯基础油:65~79%;
二聚脲稠化剂:15~25%;
二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂:1~3%;
对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂:2~4%;
高分子聚异丁烯油溶液:0.9~2%;
二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂:2~3%。
本发明还提供上述纺织设备用的润滑脂的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、把饱和多元醇酯基础油和二聚脲稠化剂加入反应釜中搅拌升温,在90~110℃的温度下反应1~1.5h;
步骤二、继续升温,在130℃时加入饱和多元醇酯基础油,在104~160℃恒温反应1~1.5h;
步骤三、继续升温,在190℃时加入高分子聚异丁烯油溶液和对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂,恒温10min;

步骤五、搅拌均匀后进行高压均质过滤脱气,分析合格后包装。
其中,采用粘度为140cst的饱和多元醇酯基础油,保证润滑脂高温不易分解;采用聚脲稠化剂和多元醇酯基础油,使得润滑脂在高温下不易结焦;对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂在多元醇酯中的抗氧效果好;采用二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂不仅使得润滑脂具有抗腐性能,还增强了润滑脂的抗氧性能;添加高分子聚异丁烯油溶液,保证高温下润滑脂不易流失;采用二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂,使得润滑脂在高温、高速下具有良好的抗磨性能。
可见,采用二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂、对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂、高分子聚异丁烯油溶液和二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂,保证润滑脂在高温和高速下对设备的良好润滑;采用聚脲稠化剂和多元醇酯基础油保证润滑脂结焦少。
【实施例一】
在本实施例中,纺织设备用的润滑脂的制备方法如下:
步骤一、把150kg饱和多元醇酯基础油和80kg二聚脲稠化剂加入反应釜中搅拌升温,在90~110℃的温度下反应1~1.5h;
步骤二、继续升温,在130℃时加入150kg饱和多元醇酯基础油,在104~160℃恒温反应1~1.5h;
步骤三、继续升温,在190℃时加入4kg高分子聚异丁烯油溶液和8kg对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂,恒温10min;
步骤四、转入调合釜中进入剪切急冷,在120℃时加入6kg二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂和8kg二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂。
步骤五、搅拌均匀后进行高压均质过滤脱气,分析合格后包装。
本实施例中的纺织设备用的润滑脂的各组分如下:
饱和多元醇酯基础油:73.89%;
二聚脲稠化剂:19.70%;
二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂:1.48%;
对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂:1.97%;
高分子聚异丁烯油溶液:0.98%;
二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂:1.98%。
对本实施例的纺织设备用的润滑脂的试验结果如表1所示:

在本实施例中,纺织设备用的润滑脂的制备方法如下:
步骤一、把301kg饱和多元醇酯基础油和161kg二聚脲稠化剂加入反应釜中搅拌升温,在90~110℃的温度下反应1~1.5h;
步骤二、继续升温,在130℃时加入303kg饱和多元醇酯基础油,在104~160℃恒温反应1~1.5h;
步骤三、继续升温,在190℃时加入8.1kg高分子聚异丁烯油溶液和15.9kg对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂,恒温10min;
步骤四、转入调合釜中进入剪切急冷,在120℃时加入12.1kg二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂和16.1kg二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂。
步骤五、搅拌均匀后进行高压均质过滤脱气,分析合格后包装。
本实施例中的纺织设备用的润滑脂的各组分如下:
饱和多元醇酯基础油:73.91%;
二聚脲稠化剂:19.70%;
二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂:1.48%;
对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂:1.95%;
高分子聚异丁烯油溶液:0.99%;
二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂:1.97%。
对本实施例的纺织设备用的润滑脂的试验结果如表2所示:

在本实施例中,纺织设备用的润滑脂的制备方法如下:
步骤一、把151kg饱和多元醇酯基础油和80.5kg二聚脲稠化剂加入反应釜中搅拌升温,在90~110℃的温度下反应1~1.5h;
步骤二、继续升温,在130℃时加入150kg饱和多元醇酯基础油,在104~160℃恒温反应1~1.5h;
步骤三、继续升温,在190℃时加入4.1kg高分子聚异丁烯油溶液和8kg对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂,恒温10min;
步骤四、转入调合釜中进入剪切急冷,在120℃时加入5.9kg二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂和8.1kg二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂。
步骤五、搅拌均匀后进行高压均质过滤脱气,分析合格后包装。
本实施例中的纺织设备用的润滑脂的各组分如下:
饱和多元醇酯基础油:73.85%;
二聚脲稠化剂:19.75%;
二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂:1.45%;
对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂:1.96%;
高分子聚异丁烯油溶液:1.01%;
二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂:1.99%。
对本实施例的纺织设备用的润滑脂的试验结果如表3所示:

从实施例一、二和三的试验结果可以看出,实施例二的润滑脂的饱和多元醇酯基础油含量较高,其滴点高于实施例一和实施例三的滴点。
当然,饱和多元醇酯基础油也并非越多越好,经测试得出,当饱和多元醇酯基础油超出79%时,润滑脂的锥入度(0.1mm)将低于265,导致了润滑脂过硬,不利于纺织设备的运作。
采用上述百分比范围的二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂和对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂,使得润滑脂的抗腐蚀等级达到1A级;采用上述百分比范围的高分子聚异丁烯油溶液和二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂,使得润滑脂的无卡咬负荷为82kgf/cm2以上,烧结负荷315kgf/cm2

1.一种纺织设备用的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述润滑脂的组分包括:
饱和多元醇酯基础油:65~79%;
二聚脲稠化剂:15~25%;
二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂:1~3%;
对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂:2~4%;
高分子聚异丁烯油溶液:0.9~2%;
二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂:2~3%。
2.如权利要求1所述的纺织设备用的润滑脂,其特征在于,所述润滑脂的组分包括:
饱和多元醇酯基础油:73.91%;
二聚脲稠化剂:19.70%;
二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂:1.48%;
对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂:1.95%;
高分子聚异丁烯油溶液:0.99%;

3.如权利要求1或2所述的纺织设备用的润滑脂,其特征在于,饱和多元醇酯基础油是所述粘度为140cst的饱和多元醇酯基础油。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的纺织设备用的润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、把饱和多元醇酯基础油和二聚脲稠化剂加入反应釜中搅拌升温,在90~110℃的温度下反应1~1.5h;
步骤二、继续升温,在130℃时加入饱和多元醇酯基础油,在104~160℃恒温反应1~1.5h;
步骤三、继续升温,在190℃时加入高分子聚异丁烯油溶液和对,对-二辛基二苯胺高温抗氧剂,恒温10min;
步骤四、转入调合釜中进入剪切急冷,在120℃时加入二戊基二硫氨基甲酸锌抗氧抗腐剂和二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼高温抗磨剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的纺织设备用的润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法还包括以下步骤:
步骤五、搅拌均匀后进行高压均质过滤脱气,分析合格后包装。
