Abstract
本发明涉及一种油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料及其制备方法,属于有机高分子合成技术领域。所述的涂料由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚醚多元醇A 50~70份,聚醚多元醇B 20~40份,二异氰酸酯45~50份,二羟基羧酸10~16份,丙酮50~70份,有机胺5~20份,去离子水20~50份,二元胺25~40份,环氧树脂40~70份。本发明的导静电防腐涂料为水性乳液,可采用无气喷涂、辊涂和刷涂等施工方法,使用过程对环境和人体无害,具有良好的弹性伸长率和机械强度,将其应用在钢质油罐上时,涂膜不会因罐体温差变化或受机械外力作用造成形变而发生开裂,保证了涂膜的整体性和致密性,从而达到持久的防腐效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料及其制备方法,属于有机高分子合成技术领域。
背景技术
导静电涂料是伴随现代科技的进步而迅速发展起来的功能性涂料,油品等易燃化学品在贮存和运输过程中,因摩擦会产生静电荷,容易引起火灾、爆炸的危险,同时由于油品具有很强的腐蚀性和渗透性,因此对油品贮罐和管线内壁进行防腐和导静电处理非常具有必要。导静电性能不是越强越好,而是要与所贮存的油品相匹配,能够满足其导静电的要求即可,因为导静电性能越强,能传导的腐蚀电流越大,对钢板的腐蚀性越强,从而降低了涂层的防腐性,最好是能够针对储罐运输的不同原料来制定导静电防腐性能最好的涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,具有优良的防腐性、导静电性,能够防止汽油、航空煤油等油品的渗透和腐蚀,本发明同时提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:

所述的聚醚多元醇A是平均分子量为500~3000的氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯共聚三醇;
所述的聚醚多元醇B是平均分子量为1500~2500的聚四氢呋喃二醇。
所述的二异氰酸酯为HDI。
所述的二羟基羧酸为二羟甲基丁酸。
所述的有机胺为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺。
所述的二元胺为乙二胺。
所述的环氧树脂为E-42双酚A型环氧树脂。
本发明所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、二异氰酸酯和二羟基羧酸在氮气条件下加入到反应釜中进行反应,然后继续放入丙酮进行扩链封端反应,降温到室温后得到聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)向聚氨酯预聚体中加入有机胺中和成盐,然后依次加入去离子水、二元胺,在高剪切乳化机中进行乳化,得到水性聚氨酯;
(3)将环氧树脂加入到水性聚氨酯中,在高剪切乳化机中乳化,然后用水浴进行加热,减压蒸馏出丙酮后得到油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料。
其中,优选地技术方案如下:
步骤(1)中将聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、二异氰酸酯和二羟基羧酸在氮气条件下加入到反应釜中进行反应时的反应温度为85~100℃,反应时间为2~4h;扩链封端反应的反应温度为75~80℃,反应时间为1.5~2h。
步骤(2)中乳化时间为30min。
步骤(3)中水浴加热温度为75~80℃。
本发明有益效果如下:
(1)本发明的导静电防腐涂料为水性乳液,可采用无气喷涂、辊涂和刷涂等施工方法,使用过程对环境和人体无害;
(2)使用方便,涂膜具有优良的防腐性,能保护钢板不锈蚀,防止汽油、航空煤油等油品的渗透、腐蚀;
(3)具有良好的弹性伸长率和机械强度,将其应用在钢质油罐上时,涂膜不会因罐体温差变化或受机械外力作用造成形变而发生开裂,保证了涂膜的整体性和致密性,从而达到持久的防腐效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
其中,聚醚多元醇A是平均分子量为500的氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯共聚三醇;聚醚多元醇B是平均分子量为1500的聚四氢呋喃二醇。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、HDI和二羟甲基丁酸在氮气条件下加入到反应釜中,在85~100℃下反应2~4h,然后继续放入丙酮,于75~80℃下进行扩链封端反应1.5~2h,降温到室温后得到聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)向聚氨酯预聚体中加入N,N-二甲基乙醇胺中和成盐,然后依次加入去离子水、乙二胺,在高剪切乳化机中乳化30min,得到水性聚氨酯;
(3)将E-42双酚A型环氧树脂加入到水性聚氨酯中,在高剪切乳化机中乳化,然后用水浴加热至75~80℃,减压蒸馏出丙酮后得到油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料。
实施例2
油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
其中,聚醚多元醇A是平均分子量为2000的氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯共聚三醇;聚醚多元醇B是平均分子量为2000的聚四氢呋喃二醇。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
其中,聚醚多元醇A是平均分子量为3000的氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯共聚三醇;聚醚多元醇B是平均分子量为2500的聚四氢呋喃二醇。
制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:

所述聚醚多元醇A是平均分子量为500~3000的氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯共聚三醇;
所述聚醚多元醇B是平均分子量为1500~2500的聚四氢呋喃二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,其特征在于:二异氰酸酯为HDI。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,其特征在于:二羟基羧酸为二羟甲基丁酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,其特征在于:有机胺为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,其特征在于:二元胺为乙二胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料,其特征在于:环氧树脂为E-42双酚A型环氧树脂。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、二异氰酸酯和二羟基羧酸在氮气条件下加入到反应釜中进行反应,然后继续放入丙酮进行扩链封端反应,降温到室温后得到聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)向聚氨酯预聚体中加入有机胺中和成盐,然后依次加入去离子水、二元胺,在高剪切乳化机中进行乳化,得到水性聚氨酯;
(3)将环氧树脂加入到水性聚氨酯中,乳化后水浴加热,减压蒸馏出丙酮后得到油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中将聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、二异氰酸酯和二羟基羧酸在氮气条件下加入到反应釜中进行反应时的反应温度为85~100℃,反应时间为2~4h;扩链封端反应的反应温度为75~80℃,反应时间为1.5~2h。
9.根据权利要求7所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中乳化时间为30min。
10.根据权利要求7所述的油类罐车用导静电防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中水浴加热温度为75~80℃。
