本发明涉及涂料生产领域,尤其是UV-202生产领域。
背景技术
UV-202是一种环保工业涂料,UV-202是季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯和新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯的混合物。
发明内容
本发明提供一种UV-202的生产方法。工艺流程分为:酯化和后处理。
反应原理:以丙烯酸、季戊四醇、新戊二醇、甲基磺酸(催化剂)、氯化亚铜(阻聚剂)、甲苯(溶剂)、对羟基苯甲醚(阻聚剂)为原料,经酯化反应制得UV-202(季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯和新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯的混合物)。
工艺流程简述:
(1)酯化
向酯化釜中依次加入一定量99%甲苯、99%季戊四醇、99.8%新戊二醇、99%甲基磺酸、96.5%氯化亚铜,同时开启搅拌,酯化釜夹套通入蒸汽加热,升温至100℃时关闭蒸汽,然后夹套通入循环冷却水,然后滴加一定量丙烯酸,控制反应温度115℃,反应压力为常压,回流脱出反应生成的水,脱出的水回收套用于水洗釜,取样合格后,夹套换通循环冷却水降温,至70℃时,将酯化物料转至水洗釜待用。
(2)后处理
将一定量的碳酸钠和水加入到配制釜,配制釜夹套通入蒸汽加热,预热至50℃,同时开启搅拌,得到8%碳酸钠水溶液。向水洗釜加入一定量8%碳酸钠溶液,进行调节酸值,当pH 值为5 左右时,向水洗釜中加入一定量的水,进行水洗,然后静置分层,有机相转入蒸馏
釜待用,酸调二氧化碳废气达标放空,水洗废水去污水处理。
向蒸馏釜中加入一定量对羟基苯甲醚,蒸馏釜夹套通入蒸汽加热,同时开启搅拌,缓慢升温至50℃~70℃,控制压力为-0.05~-0.094Mpa,得到馏分甲苯经冷凝器冷凝后转入甲苯接收罐回收套用,釜内脱尽溶剂的物料转入成品接收罐,经混合、包装得成品UV-202。整个反应收率93.6%。本项目采用二级冷冻盐水冷凝,冷凝器面积为30m2,甲苯(沸点为110.6℃),冷凝效率为98%。

2.权利1要求的酯化流程:向酯化釜中依次加入一定量99%甲苯、99%季戊四醇、99.8%新戊二醇、99%甲基磺酸、96.5%氯化亚铜,同时开启搅拌,酯化釜夹套通入蒸汽加热,升温至100℃时关闭蒸汽,然后夹套通入循环冷却水,然后滴加一定量丙烯酸,控制反应温度115℃,反应压力为常压,回流脱出反应生成的水,脱出的水回收套用于水洗釜,取样合格后,夹套换通循环冷却水降温,至70℃时,将酯化物料转至水洗釜待用。
