本发明公开了一种发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土及其制品,发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土由A料、B料、水配合制成;所述A料主要为发泡水泥废料粉碎成的颗粒;所述B料由水泥、黄沙、瓜子片、矿渣微粉、聚丙烯纤维、可再分散性胶粉、减水剂及水组成。本发明制造简便、环保利废节能、成本低、施工简便。

本发明涉及一种发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土及其制品。
背景技术
现有的混凝土一般采用普通水泥等材料,而现有的发泡水泥板废料一般被弃之不用,不利于环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制造简便、环保利废节能的发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土及其制品。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土,其特征是:由A料、B料、水配合制成;所述A料主要为发泡水泥废料粉碎成的颗粒;所述B料由水泥、黄沙、瓜子片、矿渣微粉、聚丙烯纤维、可再分散性胶粉、减水剂及水组成。
A料、B料、水的配合比例为:1kg:0.002-0.04m³:0.46-0.68kg。
所述A料为发泡水泥废料粉碎成的颗粒或为掺有陶粒、玻化微珠、珍珠岩、沸石、聚苯颗粒、矿渣炉渣中的一种或几种的发泡水泥废料粉碎成的颗粒。
所述B料的配合比例按质量比为:水泥:黄沙:瓜子片:矿渣微粉:可再分散性胶粉:减水剂:水=1-2.3:0.1-0.96:0.5-1.2:0.1-0.5:0.01-0.02:0.02:1.8-2.3。
一种所述的发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土制成的制品。
本发明的优点:
环保利废节能:发泡水泥板生产过程中产生的固体废弃物质轻低活性,很难处理。本专利技术将这所有废弃物充分利用,减少了环境污染,间接保证发泡水泥板行业健康发展。无需烧结,耗能很低。属于国家和地方政府鼓励项目。
成本低廉:该发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土中,发泡水泥废料占比(体积比)70%以上,废料粉碎仅有人工及电费成本。其他配料占比低且成本不高。
简化施工:制成品隔墙条板和自保温墙板可为装配式住宅配套,节省人工成本,缩短工期。
制造工艺简单:无需烧结,只需废料粉碎、混合、模具成型、养护几道工序。
对比优势:
发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土制品相比其他同类隔墙条板及隔墙砖、自保温墙板及自保温砖成本更低。
发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土制品所有组份均为通常的水泥混凝土组份,与砂浆、剪力墙等相邻材料同材质,物理性质相同,热胀冷缩率相同,不易产生裂缝。
该发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土可制成自保温墙板,用于装配式建筑外墙保温,规避外墙外保温工艺复杂和外墙内保温占使用面积的弊病,且可节省人工成本,缩短施工周期。
具体实施方式
一种发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土,由A料、B料、水配合制成;所述A料主要为发泡水泥废料粉碎成的颗粒;所述B料由水泥、黄沙、瓜子片、矿渣微粉、聚丙烯纤维、可再分散性胶粉、减水剂及水组成。
A料、B料、水的配合比例为:1kg:0.002-0.04m³(例0.002、0.02、0.04):0.46-0.68kg(例0.46、0.56、0.68)。
所述A料为发泡水泥废料粉碎成的颗粒或为掺有陶粒、玻化微珠、珍珠岩、沸石、聚苯颗粒、矿渣炉渣中的一种或几种的发泡水泥废料粉碎成的颗粒。
所述B料的配合比例按质量比为:水泥:黄沙:瓜子片:矿渣微粉:可再分散性胶粉:减水剂:水=1-2.3:0.1-0.96:0.5-1.2:0.1-0.5:0.01-0.02:0.02:1.8-2.3。
一种所述的发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土制成的制品。

1.一种发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土,其特征是:由A料、B料、水配合制成;所述A料主要为发泡水泥废料粉碎成的颗粒;所述B料由水泥、黄沙、瓜子片、矿渣微粉、聚丙烯纤维、可再分散性胶粉、减水剂及水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土,其特征是:A料、B料、水的配合比例为:1kg:0.002-0.04m³:0.46-0.68kg。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土,其特征是:所述A料为发泡水泥废料粉碎成的颗粒或为掺有陶粒、玻化微珠、珍珠岩、沸石、聚苯颗粒、矿渣炉渣中的一种或几种的发泡水泥废料粉碎成的颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的发泡水泥再生轻质混凝土,其特征是:所述B料的配合比例按质量比为:水泥:黄沙:瓜子片:矿渣微粉:可再分散性胶粉:减水剂:水=1-2.3:0.1-0.96:0.5-1.2:0.1-0.5:0.01-0.02:0.02:1.8-2.3。
