Abstract
本发明提出一种自动解封瓶口覆膜的瓶盖,所述瓶盖用于设有斜向覆膜的斜膜瓶口;所述瓶盖下部的下端面设有开膜柱,所述开膜柱的下端面呈斜面;当瓶盖盖于覆膜完好的斜膜瓶口时,所述开膜柱的下端面与瓶口的斜向覆膜紧邻,开膜柱下端面与瓶口斜向覆膜的倾斜方向相同;当瓶盖盖于覆膜完好的斜膜瓶口处旋转时,开膜柱的下端面挤压瓶口的斜向覆膜,使瓶口的斜向覆膜撕裂;本发明通过特定的瓶盖与瓶口结构的组合,在打开瓶口覆膜时无须人手直接对覆膜操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,尤其是一种自动解封瓶口覆膜的瓶盖。
背景技术
瓶口覆膜,是一种把瓶内环境与外界隔离的现代包装技术,广泛用于药品、食物的包装,但要打开覆膜,通常需人手操作,容易造成对瓶口覆膜部位的污染,存在一定的健康隐患,如何解决,是一个研究方向。
发明内容
本发明提出一种自动解封瓶口覆膜的瓶盖,通过特定的瓶盖与瓶口结构的组合,在打开瓶口覆膜时无须人手直接对覆膜操作。
本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种自动解封瓶口覆膜的瓶盖,所述瓶盖用于设有斜向覆膜的斜膜瓶口;所述瓶盖下部的下端面设有开膜柱,所述开膜柱的下端面呈斜面;当瓶盖盖于覆膜完好的斜膜瓶口时,所述开膜柱的下端面与瓶口的斜向覆膜紧邻,开膜柱下端面与瓶口斜向覆膜的倾斜方向相同;当瓶盖盖于覆膜完好的斜膜瓶口处旋转时,开膜柱的下端面挤压瓶口的斜向覆膜,使瓶口的斜向覆膜撕裂。
所述设有斜向覆膜的斜膜瓶口为盛有液态物的瓶形容器的瓶口,所述开膜柱内设有贯通开膜柱和瓶盖下部的液体导管。
所述瓶盖为双层结构,瓶盖上部为保护盖,瓶盖下部为装置开膜柱和液体导管的引流部,当保护盖打开时,瓶内液体可经液体导管倾出至外部。
所述设有斜向覆膜的斜膜瓶口为斜口瓶,所述斜向覆膜为覆于斜口瓶瓶口的保护膜。
所述斜向覆膜为铝膜,所述瓶盖以可旋转的卡口结构与斜膜瓶口连接。
本发明中,当瓶盖盖于覆膜完好的斜膜瓶口时,所述开膜柱的下端面与瓶口的斜向覆膜紧邻,开膜柱下端面与瓶口斜向覆膜的倾斜方向相同;当瓶盖盖于覆膜完好的斜膜瓶口处旋转时,开膜柱的下端面挤压瓶口的斜向覆膜,使瓶口的斜向覆膜撕裂;该设计让使用者无须以手来撕开覆膜,仅需旋转瓶盖,即可打开覆膜,既方便了使用,又不易污染覆膜部位。
本发明中,所述设有斜向覆膜的斜膜瓶口为盛有液态物的瓶形容器的瓶口,所述开膜柱内设有贯通开膜柱和瓶盖下部的液体导管;所述瓶盖为双层结构,瓶盖上部为保护盖,瓶盖下部为装置开膜柱和液体导管的引流部,当保护盖打开时,瓶内液体可经液体导管倾出至外部;该设计让使用者在打开覆膜后,能够便利地取用瓶内的液体,而且在取用完成后能以保护盖覆于瓶口避免异物侵入。
本发明中,所述设有斜向覆膜的斜膜瓶口为斜口瓶,所述斜向覆膜为覆于斜口瓶瓶口的保护膜;该设计使得本瓶口结构易于制作,只需在斜口瓶瓶口处覆膜,再把本发明所述瓶盖压于瓶口上使开膜柱下端面与覆膜平行且紧邻即可。

如图1-2所示,一种自动解封瓶口覆膜的瓶盖,所述瓶盖9用于设有斜向覆膜3的斜膜瓶口5;所述瓶盖下部的下端面设有开膜柱2,所述开膜柱2的下端面呈斜面;当瓶盖盖于斜向覆膜3完好的斜膜瓶口5时,所述开膜柱2的下端面与瓶口5的斜向覆膜3紧邻,开膜柱2下端面与瓶口斜向覆膜3的倾斜方向相同;当瓶盖9盖于斜向覆膜完好的斜膜瓶口5处旋转时,开膜柱2的下端面挤压瓶口的斜向覆膜3,使瓶口5的斜向覆膜3撕裂。
所述设有斜向覆膜的斜膜瓶口为盛有液态物的瓶形容器6的瓶口,所述开膜柱内设有贯通开膜柱和瓶盖下部的液体导管1。
所述瓶盖为双层结构,瓶盖上部为保护盖7,瓶盖下部为装置开膜柱和液体导管的引流部8,当保护盖打开时,瓶内液体可经液体导管倾出至外部。
所述设有斜向覆膜的斜膜瓶口为斜口瓶,所述斜向覆膜为覆于斜口瓶瓶口的保护膜。
所述斜向覆膜为铝膜,所述瓶盖以可旋转的卡口结构与斜膜瓶口连接。
实施例:
使用者拿到完整包装的盛有液体的瓶形容器6后,旋转瓶盖9,开膜柱2的下端面挤压瓶口的斜向覆膜3,使瓶口5的斜向覆膜3撕裂,然后打开保护盖7,即可从液体导管1倾出斜口瓶(瓶形容器6)中的液体,取用完成后,盖上保护盖7,此时由于保护盖7与引流部上端面之间具有气密性,瓶内液体无法从液体导管1处流出。

1.一种自动解封瓶口覆膜的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述瓶盖用于设有斜向覆膜的斜膜瓶口;所述瓶盖下部的下端面设有开膜柱,所述开膜柱的下端面呈斜面;当瓶盖盖于覆膜完好的斜膜瓶口时,所述开膜柱的下端面与瓶口的斜向覆膜紧邻,开膜柱下端面与瓶口斜向覆膜的倾斜方向相同;当瓶盖盖于覆膜完好的斜膜瓶口处旋转时,开膜柱的下端面挤压瓶口的斜向覆膜,使瓶口的斜向覆膜撕裂;
所述设有斜向覆膜的斜膜瓶口为盛有液态物的瓶形容器的瓶口,所述开膜柱内设有贯通开膜柱和瓶盖下部的液体导管;
所述瓶盖为双层结构,瓶盖上部为保护盖,瓶盖下部为装置开膜柱和液体导管的引流部,当保护盖打开时,瓶内液体可经液体导管倾出至外部;
当保护盖合盖后,保护盖与引流部上端面之间形成可防止瓶内液体从液体导管流出的气密结构;
液体导管的入口位于开膜柱底部中央;瓶盖下部的侧壁与开膜柱外壁、带覆膜瓶口外壁之间有空腔结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动解封瓶口覆膜的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述斜向覆膜为覆于斜口瓶瓶口的保护膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动解封瓶口覆膜的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述斜向覆膜为铝膜,所述瓶盖以可旋转的卡口结构与斜膜瓶口连接。
