本发明公开了一种花梨木边角料板材加工工艺,属于板材工艺技术领域。该工艺首先将花梨木边角料原料锯材、选料;将选好的锯材在常温下的水池内浸泡一个月,使其木质疏松软化;然后放在60‑100℃的热水内蒸煮20‑48小时,继续使木质疏松软化;将蒸煮完的材料取出进行砌垛晾晒,时间为20‑90天,最后将晾晒后的材料,经刨切选料送往烘烤窑内烘烤,至材料水分达到8‑12%时停止烘烤,获得花梨木边角料板材,将其送往花梨木边角料家具加工车间加工。经该工艺处理所得花梨木边角料板材材质疏松质软,易于加工,同时保持了原木纹理经本发明工艺处理后,完全可以成为理想原料。

本发明涉及板材工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种花梨木边角料板材加工工艺。
背景技术
花梨木边角料、降香黄檀,为蝶形花科黄檀属乔木,高10-15米,小枝有小而密集皮孔。羽状复叶长12-25厘米。圆锥花序腋生,分枝呈伞房花序状;总花梗长3-5厘米;基生小苞片近三角形;花梗长约1毫米;花萼下方1枚萼齿较长,披针形;花冠乳白色或淡黄色,各瓣近等长。荚果舌状长圆形,基部略被毛,顶端钝或急尖,基部骤然收窄与纤细的果颈相接,果颈长5-10毫米,果瓣革质,对种子的部分明显凸起,状如棋子,有种子1(-2)粒,产于中国海南,生于中海拔有山坡疏林中、林缘或标旁旷地上。
发明内容
为解决花梨木边角料家具对花梨木边角料原料的需求问题,本发明提供一种花梨木边角料板材加工工艺,经该工艺处理所得花梨木边角料板材材质疏松质软,易于加工,同时保持了原木纹理,家具成品经久耐用,经本发明工艺处理后,便于使用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种花梨木边角料板材加工工艺,该工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)选料:将花梨木边角料原料锯材、选料;
(2)浸泡:将选好的锯材在常温下的水池内浸泡一个月,使其木质疏松软化;
(3)蒸煮:将浸泡好的锯材放在60-100℃的热水内蒸煮20-48小时,继续使木质疏松软化;
(4)晾晒:将蒸煮完的材料取出进行砌垛晾晒,时间为20-90天。
(5)烘烤:将晾晒后的材料,经刨切选料送往烘烤窑内烘烤,至材料水分达到8-12%时停止烘烤,获得花梨木边角料板材,将其送往花梨木边角料家具加工车间加工。
上述步骤(1)中,花梨木边角料经步骤(5)烘烤至材料水分达到8-12%停止烘烤,此时材料中有直料和弯料(65-75%为直料,25-35%为弯料),直料直接送往花梨木边角料家具加工车间作为花梨木边角料家具用板材,弯料可直接作为花梨木边角料家具圈椅用板材,或者将所得弯料,继续在烘烤窑内进行多次反复烘烤、压直,直至弯料变成直料,再送往花梨木边角料家具车间做花梨木边角料家具用板材。
所述在烘烤窑内进行多次反复烘烤、压直是指:将弯料进行1-3次烘烤→压直过程,烧烤过程参数为:温度30-50℃,时间20-50min;压直过程采用液压千斤顶进行压直。
具体实施方式
首先选料,然后将选好的料放在60立方米的地上水泥池中以常温水进行浸泡30天,浸完后将料(3m3)直接放入直径1.7米高3米的蒸煮罐内100℃蒸煮36小时,蒸煮完毕将材料取出码垛晾晒30天,此时木料水分在20-30wt.%左右,再将晾晒好的木料刨切选料送入高4米长6米宽4米、96立方米的烘烤窑内,烘烤时间为15天,温度80℃,经化验,材料水分达到10%时停止烘烤,其中70%为直料,30%为弯料,直料直接送往花梨木边角料加工车间做原料板材,弯料可直接作为圈椅的原料,或者将弯料在烘烤窑内继续经过多次反复烘烤、压直至弯料弯为直料,再送往花梨木边角料加工车间做原料板材。
所述的多次反复烘烤、压直过程具体为将弯料进行1-3次烘烤→压直过程,烧烤过程参数为:温度30-50℃,时间20-50min;压直过程采用液压千斤顶进行压直。本实施例是将弯料在35℃烘烤半小时,然后用液压千斤顶压直,重复进行两次得到所需要的直料板材。

1.一种花梨木边角料板材加工工艺,其特征在于:该工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)选料 (2)浸泡 (3)蒸煮 (4)晾晒 (5)烘烤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的花梨木边角料板材加工工艺,其特征在于:经步骤(5)烘烤至材料水分达到8-12%停止烘烤,此时材料中有直料和弯料,直料直接送往花梨木边角料家具加工车间作为花梨木边角料家具用板材,弯料直接作为花梨木边角料家具圈椅用板材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的花梨木边角料板材加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,材料烘烤至水分为8-12%时,其中的直料为65-75%,弯料为25-35%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的花梨木边角料板材加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,将烘烤后所得弯料在烘烤窑内继续进行多次反复烘烤、压直,直至弯料变成直料,再送至花梨木边角料家具车间作为花梨木边角料家具用板材。
5.根据权利要求1所述的花梨木边角料板材加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤(6)中,所述在烘烤窑内进行多次反复烘烤、压直是指:将弯料进行1-3次烘烤→压直过程,烧烤过程参数为:温度30-50℃,时间20-50min;压直过程采用液压千斤顶进行压直。
