Abstract

一种油田钻井用165ksi高强度钻杆内涂层工艺是,先将钻杆入线、清洁,再使用热清洁炉,除去钻杆内表面各种油污、杂质;然后用喷砂机对钻杆内壁进行表面处理;再对钻杆的内壁先进行底漆喷涂,初步固化,然后进行面漆喷涂后加热到80-120℃固化;固化后进行漏点检测,合格品为漏点零个;最后进行全自动外防腐喷涂和全自动喷标,打包入库。本发明采用了特制的底漆和面漆配方,使得165ksi高强度钻杆内涂层具有优良的耐化学药品性能和防腐性能,可适用于含H2S、CO2、油、水、盐水、中等酸/碱腐蚀环境长期使用。因此,进一步提高了钻杆应用寿命及范围,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,为降低石油开采成本起到了积极作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及管材防腐,尤其涉及一种石油开采用165ksi高强度钻杆内涂层工艺。
背景技术
对于165ksi高强度钻杆,其内涂层质量要求很高。但现有技术的内涂层工艺,尚不能满足这一要求。主要原因是涂料不能满足高强度钻杆的要求。有必要开发一种可以适用于温度≤200℃,含H2S、CO2等多种腐蚀介质的环境中的涂料,用于165ksi高强度钻杆中。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种石油开采用165ksi高强度钻杆内涂层工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种石油开采用165ksi高强度钻杆内涂层工艺,包括钻杆入线、清洁,还包括以下步骤:
A、使用热清洁炉将钻杆内表面的各种油污、杂质进行碳化;
B、使用喷砂机对钻杆的内壁进行表面处理,将碳化的各种油污、杂质脱除,检查内壁表面处理合格后,将内壁吹扫干净;
C、对钻杆的内壁先进行底漆喷涂,初步固化,然后进行面漆喷涂后加热到80-120℃固化;
D、固化后进行漏点检测,无漏点为合格;
E、对钻杆的外壁进行全自动外防腐喷涂;
F、全自动喷标;
G、打包入库;
所述底漆由下列重量份含量的物质配制而成:
所述面漆由下列重量份含量的物质配制而成:
所述基体树脂选自双酚A型环氧树脂、酚醛环氧树脂、邻甲酚酚醛树脂和硼改性酚醛树脂中的一种或几种。
所述填料选自硫酸钡、氧化铝、硅酸钙、硅酸铝、重晶石或滑石中的一种或几种。
所述热清洁炉利用两台循环风机,在炉膛内形成双循环热风;通过智能温控仪,将炉膛温度控制在350-370℃,从而将钻杆内表面各种油污、杂质碳化。
步骤B的具体做法是,用一台棕刚玉喷砂机对钻杆内表面进行喷砂处理,使内表面锚纹度达到25~75微米。
本发明的应用填补了国内空白。提高了钻杆内泥浆的流体效率25%以上。同时又可以提高钻杆耐磨性及具有优良的耐化学药品性能和防腐性能,进一步提高钻杆使用寿命,满足用户的巨大需求,具有良好的社会效益和企业经济效益,为降低石油开采成本起到了积极作用。
具体实施方式
一种石油开采用165ksi高强度钻杆内涂层工艺是,首先将钻杆入线、清洁,然后按以下步骤进行防腐处理:
A、将钻杆置于热清洁炉内,该热清洁炉利用两台循环风机,在炉膛内形成双循环热风;通过智能温控仪,将炉膛温度控制在350-370℃,从而将钻杆内表面的各种油污、杂质碳化。
B、接着用一台棕刚玉喷砂机对钻杆内表面进行喷砂处理,将碳化的各种油污、杂质脱除,并使内表面锚纹度达到25~75微米,检查内壁表面处理合格后,将内壁吹扫干净。
C、对钻杆的内壁先进行底漆喷涂,初步固化,然后进行面漆喷涂后加热到80-120℃固化;
D、固化后进行漏点检测,无漏点为合格。
E、对钻杆的外壁进行全自动外防腐喷涂,在钻杆的外壁喷涂一层外防腐涂料。
F、全自动喷标。
G、打包入库。
以下是采用不同底漆和面漆配方的三个应用实施例。
底漆配方如表1所示。

1.一种石油开采用165ksi高强度钻杆内涂层工艺,包括钻杆入线、清洁,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
A、使用热清洁炉将钻杆内表面的各种油污、杂质进行碳化;
B、使用喷砂机对钻杆的内壁进行表面处理,将碳化的各种油污、杂质脱除,检查内壁表面处理合格后,将内壁吹扫干净;
C、对钻杆的内壁先进行底漆喷涂,初步固化,然后进行面漆喷涂后加热到80-120℃固化;
D、固化后进行漏点检测,无漏点为合格;
E、对钻杆的外壁进行全自动外防腐喷涂;
F、全自动喷标;
G、打包入库;
