本发明是一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉,所述配方奶粉包括如下重量份的组分:脱脂去乳糖牛奶粉5‑50份,植物油1‑40份,水解酪蛋白粉1‑30,水解乳清蛋白粉1‑30,葡萄糖1‑20份,酵母水解物1‑10份,复合维生素0.5‑5份,复合矿物质0.5‑5份,混合益生菌0.01‑5份,复合益生元0.1‑10份,精氨酸0.1‑5份,蛋氨酸0.1‑5份,氯化胆碱0.1‑5份,牛磺酸0.01‑5份,免疫球蛋白0.1‑5份,L‑肉碱酒石酸盐0.01‑2份。本发明所述的配方奶粉能够增强幼宠肠道健康的功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于配方奶粉技术领域,具体的说是一种增强幼宠物肠道健康的配方奶粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
离乳期的幼宠胃肠道非常的脆弱,受营养,心理,环境等应激因素的影响,常出现腹泻,采食量低,免疫力低下,死亡率高等综合症。处于断奶期的幼犬幼猫,胃不适应固态食物,当进食过多的固态食物时,大部分的营养素未被消化进而成为病原菌生长的底物,造成肠道炎症,绒毛萎缩。
牛乳中酪蛋白及乳清蛋白分子量比较大,会对断奶期的幼宠肠道造成损伤,进而影响营养素的吸收。水解酪蛋白及水解乳清蛋白是将大分子量的蛋白质变成低分子量的蛋白质或者功能性蛋白肽,有利于幼犬肠道吸收。
针对这一现状,有必要开发出一款更为科学的配方奶粉,食用该奶粉可以保护幼宠脆弱的肠道,促进营养素的吸收,增强幼宠体质,促幼宠生长。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种配方奶粉防止幼宠胃肠道损伤,增强肠道健康,提高营养物质的消化吸收,减少因饮食不当造成的腹泻过敏反应。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉,所述配方奶粉包括如下重量份的组分:脱脂去乳糖牛奶粉5-50份,植物油1-40份,水解酪蛋白粉1-30,水解乳清蛋白粉1-30,葡萄糖1-20份,酵母水解物1-10份,复合维生素0.5-5份,复合矿物质0.5-5份,混合益生菌0.01-5份,复合益生元0.1-10份,精氨酸0.1-5份,蛋氨酸0.1-5份,氯化胆碱0.1-5份,牛磺酸0.01-5份,免疫球蛋白0.1-5份,L-肉碱酒石酸盐0.01-2份。
优选的:所述混合益生菌包括干屎肠球菌发酵产物、干燥嗜酸乳杆菌发酵产物、干燥黑曲霉发酵提取物、干燥枯草芽孢杆菌发酵提取物。
优选的:所述复合益生元为低聚半乳糖和低聚果糖复合物,且二者比例为1:9。
优选的:所述复合维生素包括维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K,维生素C,硫胺素,核黄素,吡哆醇,烟酸,泛酸,钴胺素,叶酸,生物素。
优选的:所述复合矿物质为复合微量矿物质,包含柠檬酸亚铁,蛋白铜,蛋白锌,蛋白锰,酵母硒,碘酸钠。
一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将精氨酸,蛋氨酸,氯化胆碱,牛磺酸,免疫球蛋白,L-肉碱酒石酸,混合维生素,混合微量元素矿物质,混合益生菌及益生元准确称量至混合机混匀;
(2)分别加入植物油,水解酪蛋白粉,水解乳清蛋白粉,葡萄糖,脱脂去乳糖奶粉逐级混匀;
(3)包装。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明添加水解蛋白,将大分子量的蛋白质水解成小分子量的蛋白质,减少对幼宠肠道损伤,促进营养物质的充分吸收,减少腹泻过敏症状;添加的复合益生菌益生元有效改善幼犬肠道菌群,增强幼宠的肠道健康,改善脂质代谢,增强幼犬免疫力;添加的酵母水解物能够促幼宠肠道绒毛生长,有益营养素吸收,促幼宠生长和发育,是高效的免疫增强剂。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如实施例所示,本发明是一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉,所述配方奶粉包括如下重量份的组分:脱脂去乳糖牛奶粉5-50份,植物油1-40份,水解酪蛋白粉1-30,水解乳清蛋白粉1-30,葡萄糖1-20份,酵母水解物1-10份,复合维生素0.5-5份,复合矿物质0.5-5份,混合益生菌0.01-5份,复合益生元0.1-10份,精氨酸0.1-5份,蛋氨酸0.1-5份,氯化胆碱0.1-5份,牛磺酸0.01-5份,免疫球蛋白0.1-5份,L-肉碱酒石酸盐0.01-2份。
其中:所述混合益生菌包括干屎肠球菌发酵产物、干燥嗜酸乳杆菌发酵产物、干燥黑曲霉发酵提取物、干燥枯草芽孢杆菌发酵提取物。
其中:所述复合益生元为低聚半乳糖和低聚果糖复合物,且二者比例为1:9。
其中:所述复合维生素包括维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K,维生素C,硫胺素,核黄素,吡哆醇,烟酸,泛酸,钴胺素,叶酸,生物素。
其中:所述复合矿物质为复合微量矿物质,包含柠檬酸亚铁,蛋白铜,蛋白锌,蛋白锰,酵母硒,碘酸钠。
本发明所述的奶粉为脱脂去乳糖牛奶粉,消除了因乳糖不耐受给幼宠造成的腹泻问题;
本发明所述的酪蛋白及乳清蛋白为水解蛋白,将大分子量的蛋白质水解成小分子量的蛋白质,避免对幼宠脆弱肠道的损伤,提高蛋白质的消化吸收率;
本发明添加益生元为低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖混合物,且二者比例为1:9,可最大限度的增值幼犬肠道内有益生物菌群,有利于幼宠肠道内健康。
本发明添加酵母水解物,酵母水解物含有大量的核酸,核苷酸,小肽,消化酶及游离氨基酸,能够提高幼宠机体免疫力,刺激诱导小肠绒毛增长,促进肠道的自我修复,酵母水解物,能够平衡宠物肠道菌群和消化环境,且易消化,减轻宠物代谢负担,促宠物生长和发育,是高效的免疫增强剂;
本发明的免疫球蛋白,增强幼犬自身免疫体系。
本发明的一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将精氨酸,蛋氨酸,氯化胆碱,牛磺酸,免疫球蛋白,L-肉碱酒石酸,混合维生素,混合微量元素矿物质,混合益生菌及益生元准确称量至混合机混匀;
(2)分别加入植物油,水解酪蛋白粉,水解乳清蛋白粉,葡萄糖,脱脂去乳糖奶粉逐级混匀;
(3)包装。
本发明所述的配方奶粉能够增强幼宠肠道健康的功效。
实施例一
本实施例的每100g配方奶粉中含有如下组分:脱脂去乳糖牛奶粉30g,植物油27g,水解酪蛋白粉14g,水解乳清蛋白粉16g,葡萄糖5g,酵母水解物2g,复合维生素1g,复合矿物质1g,低聚半乳糖和低聚果糖复合物2g,精氨酸0.5g,蛋氨酸0.5g,免疫球蛋白0.5g,氯化胆碱0.2g,混合益生菌0.2g,牛磺酸0.05g,L-肉碱酒石酸盐0.05g。
该配方奶粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将精氨酸,蛋氨酸,氯化胆碱,牛磺酸,免疫球蛋白,L-肉碱酒石酸,混合维生素,混合微量元素矿物质,混合益生菌及益生元准确称量至混合机混匀;
(2)分别加入植物油,水解酪蛋白粉,水解乳清蛋白粉,葡萄糖,脱脂去乳糖奶粉逐级混匀;
(3)包装。
最后制得的配方奶粉饲喂20只体重为1-3kg的幼犬,每日饲喂4-5次,每次15g,持续试验时间为30天,同时做对比试验。结果显示饲喂该配方奶粉,幼犬精神良好,消化良好,表现为毛发健康发亮,粪便软硬适中,无腹泻,便秘,过敏症状发生,对比试验幼犬则出现腹泻症状,改喂该配方奶粉后,症状消失。
本发明制备的配方奶粉采用脱脂去乳糖牛奶粉,避免了乳糖对幼宠肠道造成的不耐症而产生的腹泻影响;添加水解蛋白,更有助于幼宠对蛋白质的消化吸收,小分子量的水解蛋白不会对幼宠脆弱的肠道产生损伤;添加了复合益生菌益生元组合,调节宠物肠道内菌群平衡,改善脂质代谢,增强幼宠免疫力;同时添加了酵母水解物促进宠物肠道绒毛增长,有助于宠物对营养物质的吸收。

1.一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉,其特征在于:所述配方奶粉包括如下重量份的组分:脱脂去乳糖牛奶粉5-50份,植物油1-40份,水解酪蛋白粉1-30,水解乳清蛋白粉1-30,葡萄糖1-20份,酵母水解物1-10份,复合维生素0.5-5份,复合矿物质0.5-5份,混合益生菌0.01-5份,复合益生元0.1-10份,精氨酸0.1-5份,蛋氨酸0.1-5份,氯化胆碱0.1-5份,牛磺酸0.01-5份,免疫球蛋白0.1-5份,L-肉碱酒石酸盐0.01-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉,其特征在于:所述混合益生菌包括干屎肠球菌发酵产物、干燥嗜酸乳杆菌发酵产物、干燥黑曲霉发酵提取物、干燥枯草芽孢杆菌发酵提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉,其特征在于:所述复合益生元为低聚半乳糖和低聚果糖复合物,且二者比例为1:9。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉,其特征在于:所述复合维生素包括维生素A,维生素D3,维生素E,维生素K,维生素C,硫胺素,核黄素,吡哆醇,烟酸,泛酸,钴胺素,叶酸,生物素。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉,其特征在于:所述复合矿物质为复合微量矿物质,包含柠檬酸亚铁,蛋白铜,蛋白锌,蛋白锰,酵母硒,碘酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种增强幼宠肠道健康的配方奶粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将精氨酸,蛋氨酸,氯化胆碱,牛磺酸,免疫球蛋白,L-肉碱酒石酸,混合维生素,混合微量元素矿物质,混合益生菌及益生元准确称量至混合机混匀;
(2)分别加入植物油,水解酪蛋白粉,水解乳清蛋白粉,葡萄糖,脱脂去乳糖奶粉逐级混匀;
(3)包装。
