The soil loading speed of the invention is high, when in actual use, a plurality of loading transfer vehicles can share one loader, and the loading is carried out in staggered time, thus further improving the working efficiency.

A seedling-raising bag/pot filling and transferring system device is characterized in that the device comprises a filling and transferring vehicle (10), a filling machine (20) and an external soil conveying device, the filling transfer trolley comprises a filling transfer trolley main body (1), wheels (2) and a push handle (3) are arranged on the filling transfer trolley main body (1), it is characterized by also comprising a movable plate turnover device (4) and a cover plate (5), wherein the filling transfer trolley main body (1) comprises a closed enclosing plate (11) and a clapboard (12), a plurality of clapboards (12) are arranged in the closed enclosing plate (11), the clapboards (12) divide the inside of the closed enclosing plate (11) into a plurality of compartments (13), the movable plate turnover device is used for supporting seedling bags/seedling pots during filling, unloading the seedling raising bags/seedling raising bowls after the filling is finished, wherein the cover plate (5) covers the upper surface of the filling transfer trolley main body (1);
the external soil delivery device is used for delivering nutrient soil to the upper surface of the cover plate (5) through the connecting plate (22);
the filling machine (20) comprises a rack (21) and a connecting plate (22), when filling is carried out, the filling transfer trolley (10) is positioned below the connecting plate (22), one end of the connecting plate (22) is fixed on the rack, the other end of the connecting plate is connected with an external soil discharging device (30), a transmission device (23) is arranged on the rack (21), a plurality of scraping plates (24) are arranged on the transmission device (23), and the transmission device (23) is used for driving the scraping plates (24) to move along the direction parallel to the upper surface of the cover plate (5);
the filling machine (20) further comprises a screw conveyor (31), the external soil conveying device is connected with the connecting plate (22) through the screw conveyor (31), a soil outlet of the external soil conveying device is connected with an inlet (311) of the screw conveyor, an outlet (312) of the screw conveyor is connected with the connecting plate (22), the outlet (312) of the screw conveyor is divided into a plurality of branch outlets by barrier strips (313), each branch outlet is provided with a movable baffle (314), and the movable baffles (314) can move up and down and are used for adjusting the size of the openings of the branch outlets;
the transmission device (23) specifically comprises a chain wheel (231) and a chain (232) matched with the chain wheel (231), the chain wheel (231) is arranged at two ends of the rack (21), the scraper (24) is fixed on the chain (232), and the chain wheel (231) is driven by a motor;
an inverted V-shaped baffle (221) is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the connecting plate (22).

A seedling-raising bag/pot filling and transferring system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cover plate (5) is provided with a plurality of through holes (51), said through holes (51) having the same shape as the upper surface of the compartment (13) of the filling truck body, said through holes (51) being positioned to match the position of the compartment (13) of the filling truck body, said cover plate (5) being fittingly mountable to the filling truck body (1), and all of said through holes (51) being provided with a circle of concave side (52) on the inner side thereof.

A seedling bag/pot loading and transferring system device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a seedling bag installation mold including a panel (61) and a mold unit (62) provided on the panel, the mold unit (62) having a shape and a position matching those of the compartment (13) of the loading cart body, the seedling bag installation mold being fittable with the compartment (13) of the loading cart body.

A seedling bag/pot filling and transferring system device according to claim 1, wherein the movable flap means (4) comprises a flap (41), a horizontal link (42) and a link adjusting means; the turning plate (41) is arranged on the lower surface of the filling transfer trolley main body (1), one side of the turning plate (41) is installed on the filling transfer trolley main body (1) through a first rotating shaft (43), the first rotating shaft (43) is arranged on the lower surface of the partition plate (12), the turning plate (41) can rotate around the first rotating shaft (43), all the turning plates (41) are connected with a horizontal connecting rod (42), the horizontal connecting rod (42) can drive the turning plate (41) to rotate, the horizontal connecting rod (42) is connected with a connecting rod adjusting device, and the connecting rod adjusting device is used for controlling the turning plate (41) to be switched between a horizontal state and a vertical state by controlling the movement of the horizontal connecting rod (42).

A seedling-raising bag/pot filling and transferring system device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said filling transfer vehicle body (1) is further provided with guide wheels (9), said guide wheels (9) being provided on both sides of the filling transfer vehicle body (1) for engaging with guide rails (25) on the filling machine (20) when entering under the filling machine.
