Abstract

本发明涉及一种针织汗带的制作工艺,该制作工艺具体步骤如下:(1)过蜡:将单纱进行络筒过蜡处理2次以上,使蜡可以均匀的上在纱线上面;(2)加捻:将过蜡后的单纱并线反向加捻,形成捻度为80~100的纱线;(3)编织:选用10‑14针的电脑横编织机进行编织,形成带子本体;(4)后整理:编织好的带子平放在桌面上,将熨斗平压在织物上,用100~140℃的温度进行整烫,气压为3~5N/cm2,定型时间为50~70s,定型后排水吸气,使织物上蒸汽吸干。本发明的优点在于:本发明制作工艺的工序简单,无需剪裁工序,同时也避免了原料的损耗和浪费,使制备的针织汗带弹力好、透气效果更佳。

Description

一种针织汗带的制作工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品辅料技术领域,特别涉及一种针织汗带的制作工艺。
背景技术
在日常生活中,人们喜欢头戴各种各样的帽子,以达到修饰的效果;不仅如此,在夏季,它还具有遮阳的作用。目前在市场上销售的帽子款式和种类繁多,几乎每顶帽子都会设置有汗带,以吸收人体产生的汗水,保持戴帽时的舒适性。
现有技术中的汗带主要采用表层、弹性层和背层材料叠合而成;这种汗带没有弹力或弹力很小,易造成佩戴不舒适;同时,这种汗带采用多层结构,整体厚度相对较厚,且上述的弹性层多采用海绵,经过头围与帽檐之间的挤压,海绵受压回弹过程中经由表层吸收汗液,背层材质多为疏水合成纤维材质的无纺布或织物。由于背层的疏水性,汗液多存于海绵内,海绵中的汗液蒸发形成的水蒸气经由背层的组织孔隙排出,但汗液在海绵与背层之间不能以液态传递,最终导致汗液在海绵中沿汗带延伸方向传递,汗液存蓄在海绵中,影响透气效果;此外,这种汗带需将各面料原料进行裁剪加工,会造成原料损耗及浪费的现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种针织汗带的制作工艺,该制作工艺的工序简单,无需剪裁工序,同时也避免了原料的损耗和浪费,使制备的针织汗带弹力好、透气效果更佳。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种针织汗带的制作工艺,其创新点在于:所述制作工艺具体步骤如下:
(1)过蜡:将单纱进行络筒过蜡处理2次以上,使蜡可以均匀的上在单纱上面;其中,所述蜡为石蜡、硅油、白油以及菜籽油的混合物,且石蜡、硅油、白油以及菜籽油的质量比为90:6:3:1;
(2)加捻:将过蜡后的2~4根单纱并线反向加捻,形成捻度为80~100的纱线;
(3)编织:选用10-14针的电脑横编织机对捻度为80~100的纱线进行编织,采用空气层织法,即中间翻去一至二枚针,让翻去对面的针编织前床或者后床,中间需要用集圈连接,形成一汗带本体;
(4)后整理:编织好的汗带本体平放在桌面上,将熨斗平压在织物上,用100~140℃的温度进行整烫,气压为3~5N/cm2,定型时间为50~70s,定型后排水吸气,使织物上蒸汽吸干。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中的单纱选用75D涤纶丝。
本发明的优点在于:本发明针织汗带的制作工艺,采用比较细,质地比较脆的纱线,并对纱线进行上蜡处理2次以上,这样,在编织的时候使进纱更加顺畅,不容易卷成圈过纱稳定,可使纹理大小一致,织片表面平整、美观;且该制作工艺的工序简单,无需剪裁工序,避免了原料的损耗和浪费,大大降低了成本;通过该制作工艺制的汗带弹力好,佩戴上去更加舒适,且该针织汗带比普通汗带更加轻薄,透气,吸汗。
具体实施方式
下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
本实施例针织汗带的制作工艺,该制作工艺具体步骤如下:
(1)过蜡:将75D的涤纶丝进行络筒过蜡处理3次,使蜡可以均匀的上在涤纶丝上面;其中,所述蜡为石蜡、硅油、白油以及菜籽油的混合物,且石蜡、硅油、白油以及菜籽油的质量比为90:6:3:1;
(2)加捻:将过蜡后的4根涤纶丝并线反向加捻,形成捻度为100的纱线;
(3)编织:选用14针的电脑横编织机对捻度为100的纱线进行编织,采用空气层织法,即中间翻去一至二枚针,让翻去对面的针编织前床或者后床,中间需要用集圈连接,形成一汗带本体;
(4)后整理:编织好的汗带本体平放在桌面上,将熨斗平压在织物上,用100℃的温度进行整烫,气压为5N/cm2,定型时间为70s,定型后排水吸气,使织物上蒸汽吸干。
本实施例制备的针织汗带,表面平整,弹力损耗为1.5cm,弹力损耗指:将成品汗带,某点从10cm拉至20cm长后,手松开,在15秒内回弹至11.5cm,因而该针织汗带具有弹力性能好的优点。
选用际高yg461型透气性测试仪对本实施例的针织汗带进行测试,根据GB/T5453—1997的要求,压降选择为200Pa,其透气率为16.8mm/s,因而该针织汗带具有优良的透气性能。
实施例2
本实施例针织汗带的制作工艺,该制作工艺具体步骤如下:
(1)过蜡:将75D的涤纶丝进行络筒过蜡处理4次,使蜡可以均匀的上在涤纶丝上面;其中,所述蜡为石蜡、硅油、白油以及菜籽油的混合物,且石蜡、硅油、白油以及菜籽油的质量比为90:6:3:1;
(2)加捻:将过蜡后的3根涤纶丝并线反向加捻,形成捻度为90的纱线;
(3)编织:选用10针的电脑横编织机对捻度为90的纱线进行编织,采用空气层织法,即中间翻去一至二枚针,让翻去对面的针编织前床或者后床,中间需要用集圈连接,形成一汗带本体;
(4)后整理:编织好的汗带本体平放在桌面上,将熨斗平压在织物上,用140℃的温度进行整烫,气压为3N/cm2,定型时间为50s,定型后排水吸气,使织物上蒸汽吸干。
本实施例制备的针织汗带,表面平整,弹力损耗为1cm,弹力损耗指:将成品汗带,某点从10cm拉至20cm长后,手松开,在15秒内回弹至11cm,因而该针织汗带具有弹力性能好的优点。
选用际高yg461型透气性测试仪对本实施例的针织汗带进行测试,根据GB/T5453—1997的要求,压降选择为200Pa,其透气率为17.2mm/s,因而该针织汗带具有优良的透气性能。
实施例3
本实施例针织汗带的制作工艺,该制作工艺具体步骤如下:
(1)过蜡:将75D的涤纶丝进行络筒过蜡处理2次,使蜡可以均匀的上在涤纶丝上面;其中,所述蜡为石蜡、硅油、白油以及菜籽油的混合物,且石蜡、硅油、白油以及菜籽油的质量比为90:6:3:1;
(2)加捻:将过蜡后的2根涤纶丝并线反向加捻,形成捻度为80的纱线;
(3)编织:选用12针的电脑横编织机对捻度为80的纱线进行编织,采用空气层织法,即中间翻去一至二枚针,让翻去对面的针编织前床或者后床,中间需要用集圈连接,形成一汗带本体;
(4)后整理:编织好的汗带本体平放在桌面上,将熨斗平压在织物上,用120℃的温度进行整烫,气压为4N/cm2,定型时间为60s,定型后排水吸气,使织物上蒸汽吸干。
本实施例制备的针织汗带,表面平整,弹力损耗为0.5cm,弹力损耗指:将成品汗带,某点从10cm拉至20cm长后,手松开,在15秒内回弹至10.5cm,因而该针织汗带具有弹力性能好的优点。
选用际高yg461型透气性测试仪对本实施例的针织汗带进行测试,根据GB/T5453—1997的要求,压降选择为200Pa,其透气率为18.3mm/s,因而该针织汗带具有优良的透气性能。
此外,为了比较本发明针织汗带与传统汗带的吸汗性能,将实施例1-3和传统所得形状一致的汗带倾斜45度角放置于台面上,在汗带表面的同一高度标记,用胶头滴管分别自标记处滴一滴水(假设水滴重量相等),观察水滴滚落或被吸汗带吸收情况,并对比吸汗带表面水珠被吸收留下的水痕长度(平行试验5组,取水痕长度平均值),结果如下:
实施例1:针织汗带边缘光滑规整,水滴吸收,水痕长度4.07cm;
实施例2:针织汗带边缘光滑规整,水滴吸收,水痕长度4.16cm;
实施例3:针织汗带边缘光滑规整,水滴吸收,水痕长度3.87cm;
传统汗带:水滴在汗带表面呈滚落状,被部分吸收,水痕长度7.25cm。

1.一种针织汗带的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述制作工艺具体步骤如下:
(1)过蜡:将单纱进行络筒过蜡处理2次以上,使蜡可以均匀的上在单纱上面;其中,所述蜡为石蜡、硅油、白油以及菜籽油的混合物,且石蜡、硅油、白油以及菜籽油的质量比为90:6:3:1;
(2)加捻:将过蜡后的2~4根单纱并线反向加捻,形成捻度为80~100的纱线;
(3)编织:选用10-14针的电脑横编织机对捻度为80~100的纱线进行编织,采用空气层织法,即中间翻去一至二枚针,让翻去对面的针编织前床或者后床,中间需要用集圈连接,形成一汗带本体;
(4)后整理:编织好的汗带本体平放在桌面上,将熨斗平压在织物上,用100~140℃的温度进行整烫,气压为3~5N/cm2,定型时间为50~70s,定型后排水吸气,使织物上蒸汽吸干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的针织汗带的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的单纱选用75D涤纶丝。
