Description
技术领域
本发明一种拥有双燃料喷射系统的汽油发动机润滑剂组合物属于内燃机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
通常的发动机燃料供给,被设计为预先把燃料成分配制好(即成分和组分确定),而进入发动机燃烧。燃料一经确定(配好),燃料的深化特性也就再也无法改变。这种类型固定燃料,常常无法在宽发动机运行范围内(如传统的汽油和柴油),适应有化学反应动力系控制发动机均质充气压缩点燃式燃烧,更难以进行燃烧模式的调整,最终导致燃烧控制、符合拓展、排放控制的顾此失彼。
通过设计双燃料喷射,对燃料深化特性进行按时设计,对燃料喷射和混合气形成过程,进行有效实时控制,以求实现对燃料着火和相位控制。其原理:是在汽油发动机进气道安装两套喷油器。一个喷油器向发动机提供高辛烷值汽油的柴油。根据发动机的实际负荷和转速,实时控制两种燃料的喷射量,向发动机提供实时需要的燃料,取得了对均质充气压缩点燃式燃烧良好控制的效果,使汽油发动机HCCI运行范围得到有效扩大。这项技术是通过对燃烧设计和喷射的智能化管理来彻底解决HCCI燃烧在低负荷易失火和高负荷易爆震的弊病,实现燃烧过程和多燃烧工况范围内的多燃烧相位调制,从而使发动机在多个工况下,排放大幅降低,热效率显著提高,发动机运行范围拓展到多负荷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的低温起动性、流动性、抗氧化、抗腐蚀、硝化、防锈、增溶、润滑、冷却、密封、酸中和、热氧化安定性、防腐蚀性,减少积炭、低温油泥生成,与密封材料有良好的相容性,并具有较长的换油期的拥有双燃料喷射系统的汽油发动机润滑剂组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种拥有双燃料喷射系统的汽油发动机润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的含茂金属聚-α烯烃与50%的HVIP基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

清净剂是质量比50%的高碱值合成磺酸钙T106与50%的中碱值石油磺酸钙T102。
分散剂是质量比50%的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T155与50%的高分子量丁二酰亚胺T161;抗氧防腐剂是硫磷伯仲基锌盐T204。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的铜盐化合物T541与50%的N-苯基-α-萘胺T531。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的硫基苯并咪唑与50%的合苯三唑衍生物复合剂T532。
防锈剂是质量比50%的环烷酸锌T704与50%的十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐T703;摩擦改进剂是磷氮化合物T452。
抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T911;碱值保持剂是烷基水杨酸钙T109;补强剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼MoDTP。
