技术领域
本发明一种拥有双燃料喷射系统的汽油发动机润滑剂组合物属于内燃机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
通常的发动机燃料供给,被设计为预先把燃料成分配制好(即成分和组分确定),而进入发动机燃烧。燃料一经确定(配好),燃料的深化特性也就再也无法改变。这种类型固定燃料,常常无法在宽发动机运行范围内(如传统的汽油和柴油),适应有化学反应动力系控制发动机均质充气压缩点燃式燃烧,更难以进行燃烧模式的调整,最终导致燃烧控制、符合拓展、排放控制的顾此失彼。
通过设计双燃料喷射,对燃料深化特性进行按时设计,对燃料喷射和混合气形成过程,进行有效实时控制,以求实现对燃料着火和相位控制。其原理:是在汽油发动机进气道安装两套喷油器。一个喷油器向发动机提供高辛烷值汽油的柴油。根据发动机的实际负荷和转速,实时控制两种燃料的喷射量,向发动机提供实时需要的燃料,取得了对均质充气压缩点燃式燃烧良好控制的效果,使汽油发动机HCCI运行范围得到有效扩大。这项技术是通过对燃烧设计和喷射的智能化管理来彻底解决HCCI燃烧在低负荷易失火和高负荷易爆震的弊病,实现燃烧过程和多燃烧工况范围内的多燃烧相位调制,从而使发动机在多个工况下,排放大幅降低,热效率显著提高,发动机运行范围拓展到多负荷。
