本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是涉及一种水性涂料的制备方法。首先向搅拌容器中加入20份树脂乳液组分和15份水,控制转速为1000 r/min,搅拌1 h;接着加入5份甲基硅醇钾和5份钛白粉,控制转速为1500 r/min,搅拌2 h;接着加入2份固化剂和5份分散剂,控制转速为1200 r/min,搅拌0.5 h;最后加入15份水和5份润湿剂,控制转速为800 r/min,搅拌1 h。本发明通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是加入梓醇,可以提升树脂乳液组分的整体品质,进一步使水性涂料的分散性能提升10%以上。而且这种水性涂料的生产工艺简单,涂料施工方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是涉及一种水性涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
凡是用水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料,都可称为水性涂料。依据涂料中粘合剂类别,水性涂料被分为两大类:天然物质或矿物质(如硅酸钾)的天然水性涂料和人工合成树脂(如丙烯酸树脂)的石油化工水性涂料。水性涂料包括水溶性涂料、水稀释性涂料、水分散性涂料(乳胶涂料)3种。水溶性涂料是以水溶性树脂为成膜物,以聚乙烯醇及其各种改性物为代表,除此之外还有水溶醇酸树脂、水溶环氧树脂及无机高分子水性树脂等。
现有的水性涂料主要存在分散不均匀,使用寿命短等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性涂料及其制备方法、用于水性涂料的树脂乳液组分及其制备方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种用于水性涂料的树脂乳液组分,由以下重量份的组分制成:
10份水性聚氨酯树脂、10份酯化催化剂、10份焦磷酸钠、10份硫化异丁烯、10份甲醇、10份十二烷基硫酸钠和10份梓醇。
一种用于水性涂料的树脂乳液组分的制备方法,步骤如下:
在反应设备中依次添加10份水性聚氨酯树脂、10份酯化催化剂、10份焦磷酸钠、10份硫化异丁烯、10份甲醇、10份十二烷基硫酸钠和10份梓醇,接着升温至100℃,搅拌反应5小时,然后降温冷却密封保存。
一种水性涂料,由以下重量份的组分制成:
20份树脂乳液组分、30份水、5份甲基硅醇钾、5份钛白粉、2份固化剂、5份分散剂和5份润湿剂。
一种水性涂料的制备方法,步骤如下:

本发明通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是加入梓醇,可以提升树脂乳液组分的整体品质,进一步使水性涂料的分散性能提升10%以上。而且这种水性涂料的生产工艺简单,涂料施工方便。
