本发明公开了一种可调湿的内墙涂料,该发明是由苯丙乳液,钛白粉,滑石粉,重质碳酸钙,高岭土,硅藻土,水,助剂等混合制备而成。本发明的可调湿的内墙涂料,通过科学选材,合理调配各组分的比例,制备的涂料,涂膜整体外观好,施工性佳,耐洗刷性达到3000次,通过两种不同粒径的硅藻土混合搭配使用,使得内墙涂膜具有较好的吸湿和放湿性,涂膜的吸湿率达7.2%,放湿率达3.5%。

本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种可调湿的内墙涂料。
背景技术
随着人们对建筑舒适度和健康度要求的不断提高,尤其是在寒冷的北方,建筑物本身的隔热性和密封性越来越受到重视,因此在建筑物中使用了大量新型建材或在室内使用空调来创造舒服的生活空间,结果产生了许多室内环境问题,如难以排出室外的湿气引起的建筑材料发霉、变质; 室内干燥的空气起的建筑材料、家具等的干裂、变形等,因此,一种可调湿的内墙涂料对室内环境的改善将起到至关重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种可调湿内墙涂料,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种可调湿内墙涂料,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成,
苯丙乳液 5-15份
钛白粉 5-15份
滑石粉 1-8份
重质碳酸钙 1-10份
高岭土 1-8份
硅藻土 15-30份
水 20-60份
助剂 1-5份。
作为优选方案之一,所述的助剂包括分散剂,防腐剂,消泡剂,成膜助剂,流平剂,增稠剂。
作为优选方案之一,所述的消泡剂是聚硅氧烷-聚醚系列消泡剂。
作为优选方案之一,所述的增稠剂是碱增稠剂以及粘度在10万mpa.s的羟乙基纤维素醚混合组成。
作为优选方案之一,所述的硅藻土是由粒径为100-200目与200-300目的硅藻土按照重量比为1:2混合组成。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明的可调湿的内墙涂料,通过科学选材,合理调配各组分的比例,制备的涂料,涂膜整体外观好,施工性佳,耐洗刷性达到3000次,通过两种不同粒径的硅藻土混合搭配使用,使得内墙涂膜具有较好的吸湿和放湿性,涂膜的吸湿率达7.2%,放湿率达3.5%。

助剂 4份。
其中,上述的助剂包括分散剂,防腐剂,消泡剂,成膜助剂,流平剂,增稠剂。
其中,上述的助剂包含0.3份聚硅氧烷-聚醚系列消泡剂。
其中,上述的的助剂的增稠剂是由0.2份碱增稠剂以及0.2份粘度在10万mpa.s的羟乙基纤维素醚混合组成。
其中,上述的硅藻土是由粒径为100-200目与200-300目的硅藻土按照重量比为1:2混合组成。

助剂 1-5份。
