本发明提供一种MPA生产工艺,具体流程如下:将一定量的2-甲基-3-丁炔-2-醇(MB)和水以1:1 的比例(质量比)以及催化剂叔丁基铝加入到反应釜中,搅拌,升温到60-65℃,在此温度下通入氨气,尾气用水吸收。反应完后,静置,上层为粗品,经精馏可得成品。下层废水经中和后排入污水收集池,经调节后处理达标后排放。
