一种对电动车实现交直流充电的充电车,该充电车基于化石能源驱动,所述充电车包括直流充电桩和交流充电桩,还包括AC/DC整流模块、锂电池存储系统、DC/AC逆变模块以及市电输出接头,AC/DC整流模块与锂电池存储系统连接,通过市电输出接头给锂电池存储系统充电,锂电池存储系统输出端接入DC/AC逆变模块,将锂电池中的直流电转换为交流电,DC/AC逆变模块同时接入直流充电桩和交流充电桩。

技术领域
本发明属于新能源车技术领域,特别涉及一种对电动车实现交直流充电的充电车。
背景技术
我国新能源汽车产业在近几年取得了长足发展,据中国汽车工业协会数据统计,2015年新能源汽车销量同比分别增长3.4倍,其中纯电动车增长4.5倍,然而纯电动车的推广使用受到充电条件的极大限制,相应的配套充电设施的覆盖不到位,同时很多固定充电桩车位长时间被占用,导致纯电动车道路行驶时遇到电量不足的情况时难以及时补充电量,因此,设计一种车载移动充电系统,搭建专用充电车,当电动汽车行驶途中遭遇电量不足的情况下,无论直流充电接口还是交流充电接口,均可给电动汽车充电。实现直流和交流并存的充电功能在目前的形势下非常的必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对电动车实现交直流充电的充电车。
本发明的技术方案是,一种对电动车实现交直流充电的充电车,该充电车基于化石能源驱动,所述充电车包括直流充电桩和交流充电桩,还包括AC/DC整流模块、锂电池存储系统、DC/AC逆变模块以及市电输出接头,
AC/DC整流模块通过CAN总线与锂电池存储系统连接,通过市电输出接头给锂电池存储系统充电,
锂电池存储系统输出端接入DC/AC逆变模块,将锂电池中的直流电转换为交流电,输出380V三相交流电,DC/AC逆变模块2个输出端分别接入直流充电桩和交流充电桩。
本发明基于传统运输车车型,通过对运输车型车体的改造,将后车厢首先清空,然后搭载锂电池储能系统,AC/DC电源模块、DC/DC电源模块、交流充电桩、直流充电桩。电网通过AC/DC模块给锂电池储能系统充电,充满后拔出电源,处于离网状态;锂电池储能系统输出端接入DC/AC逆变模块,再分别接入交流充电桩和直流充电桩,当电动车须充电但仅有交流充电接口时,从交流充电桩中拔出充电枪,给车充电;当电动车须充电但仅有直流充电接口时,从直流充电桩中拔出充电枪,给车充电;当直流接口的电动车和交流接口充电车同时需要充电时,可同时使用移动充电车中的直流充电桩和交流充电桩进行充电。
与现有技术相比,本发明将移动设备安装在传统运输车内,充电时无论是普通的家用充电,还是公用快速充电都不再受到位置限制,同时可实现快充功能;充电完成后处于离网状态;支持直流充电、交流充电双充电模式,可给直流接口的电动车和交流接口电动车同时充电。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为一移动充电车的简要示意图。其中传统运输车中包括:市电输出接头、AC/DC整流模块、锂电池存储系统、DC/AC逆变模块、直流充电桩、交流充电桩。
实施方式如图1,将市电输出接头接入AC/DC整流模块中形成直流电,通过CAN总线与锂电池系统形成交互,用于给锂电池存储系统充电,当电池充满电后,断开市电输出接头,使锂电池存储系统处于满电离网状态。锂电池存储系统输出端接入DC/AC逆变模块,将电池中的直流电再次转化为交流电,输出380V三相交流电,同时接入直流充电桩和交流充电桩,形成一个独立的储电和放电的系统。将总系统固定在传统运输车上,当电动汽车行驶在途中遇到电量不足的情况时,可通过驱动传统运输车到达电量不足的电动车所在地,可同时输出直流和交流充电两种方式,同时给一辆交流接口的电动车和一辆直流接口的电动车充电。

1.一种对电动车实现交直流充电的充电车,该充电车基于化石能源驱动,其特征在于,所述充电车包括直流充电桩和交流充电桩,还包括AC/DC整流模块、锂电池存储系统、DC/AC逆变模块以及市电输出接头,
AC/DC整流模块通过CAN总线与锂电池存储系统连接,通过市电输出接头给锂电池存储系统充电,
锂电池存储系统输出端接入DC/AC逆变模块,将锂电池中的直流电转换为交流电,输出380V三相交流电,DC/AC逆变模块2个输出端分别接入直流充电桩和交流充电桩。
2.如权利要求1所述的对电动车实现交直流充电的充电车,其特征在于,所述充电车可实现快充功能,充电完成后处于离网状态;支持直流充电、交流充电双充电模式,可给直流接口的电动车和交流接口电动车同时充电。
