技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷用树脂版,尤其是涉及一种光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版。
背景技术
胶印是平版印刷的一种,通过借助于胶皮(金属基树脂版和UV上光橡皮布)将印版上的图文传递到承印物上的印刷方式,这两种上光介质能保证印品上光的不同需求。然而,现有胶印设备中采用金属基树脂版,存在承印物(纸张)容易变形而与树脂板的空白部分发生磨蹭而导致承印物(纸张)上的图案被擦花。
CN 104723716 A公开了一种激光直接制版的金属基树脂版,含有经氧化、电解处理过的金属基支持体,带有吸收UV光折射散射的粘结层,感光弹性体层,激光烧蚀黑膜层和保护膜,在感光弹性体层与金属基支持体之问通过带有吸收UV光散射折射的粘结层复合为一体,在感光弹性体层的上面设置有带有激光烧蚀黑膜,在激光烧蚀黑膜上设置有保护膜。该金属基树脂版的结构复杂,制作成本高,且用于胶印时,仍然存在印刷过程中与承印物易发生刮蹭而导致印刷图文被擦花,文字笔画粗细不均一的现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,便于树脂版与承印物之间的受力均匀,印刷稳定,耐印率高的光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,包括金属基基体、粘结层、树脂层、印刷图文层和平衡条;所述树脂层通过粘结层附着在金属基基体外表面,所述印刷图文层、平衡条与树脂层一体成形,印刷图文层、平衡条凸出树脂层外表面;所述平衡条间隔设置在印刷图文层的两侧,且相对金属基基体的位置与所需印刷图文的空挡部分相对应。
进一步,所述平衡条凸出树脂层外表面的高度与所需印刷图文的高度一致,在印刷时,有利于树脂版与纸张等承印物之间的受力分布均匀,使印刷出来的文字笔画粗细均一,同时,减小纸张等承印物因变形而与树脂版发生磨损的现象,提高树脂版的耐印率。
进一步,所述平衡条凸出树脂层外表面的高度为0.3~1.0mm,优选,0.8mm。
进一步,所述印刷图文层的面积≤树脂层面积的1/3,当印刷图文层的面积较大时,树脂版与纸张等承印物之间的接触比较均匀,一般不需要额外在树脂层上设平衡条,而当印刷图文层的面积≤树脂层面积的1/3时,才需要树脂层上设有平衡条,可以有效避免树脂层上的印刷图文层的面积较小时,纸张等承印物因树脂版与承印物之间的摩擦而变形的现象。
进一步,所述金属基基体是铝基、钢基、铜基、铁基或合金金属基中的任一种,厚度在0. 15-0. 30mm。
进一步,所述树脂层的硬度为75~80度邵尔硬度。
进一步,所述铝基中铝含量在99%以上、铁占0. 1-0. 5%、硅占0. 03-0. 3%、铜占0. 003%-0. 03%,钛占0. 01-0. 1%。
本发明一种光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版的使用方法及工作原理是:将树脂版套设在版辊上,且树脂版与网纹辊接触,树脂版的印刷图文层与网纹辊的网纹区对应,接收网纹辊网纹区上光变防伪墨,并将光变防伪墨转印至承印物上,进而完成光变防伪墨胶印的印刷过程。
在现有的胶印用树脂版外表面、与印刷图文空挡部分相对应的位置增设平衡条,使树脂版在印刷时,受力均匀,增加树脂版与纸张等承印物之间的接触面积,提高纸张等承印物的运行稳定性;进而避免纸张在印刷运行过程中发生变形而导致印刷图文被擦花的现象,延长了树脂版的使用寿命,同时,印刷出的图案精度高,文字笔画清晰,粗细均一,提高了树脂版的耐印率。
选用硬度适中的金属基基体制作的树脂版(尤其是铝基树脂版),其用于胶印时在设备的拉力和压力作用下变形小,显著提高了文字的套印精度。
本发明一种光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版的有益效果:结构简单,使用方便,便于树脂版与承印物之间的受力均匀,印刷稳定;耐印率高,与传统的树脂版相比,其可印刷的纸张的数量为传统的1.5倍以上;树脂版的使用寿命长。

以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
参照图1~2,本实施例的一种光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,一种光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,包括金属基基体1、粘结层2、树脂层3、印刷图文层5和平衡条4;所述树脂层3通过粘结层2附着在金属基基体1外表面,所述印刷图文层5、平衡条4与树脂层3一体成形,印刷图文层5、平衡条4凸出树脂层3外表面;所述平衡条4间隔设置在印刷图文层5的两侧,且相对金属基基体1的位置与所需印刷图文的空挡部分71相对应。
所述平衡条4凸出树脂层3外表面的高度与所需印刷图文的高度一致,在印刷时,有利于树脂版与纸张等承印物7之间的受力分布均匀,使印刷出来的文字笔画粗细均一,同时,减小纸张等承印物7因变形而与树脂版发生磨损的现象,提高树脂版的耐印率。
所述平衡条4凸出树脂层3外表面的高度为0.6mm。
所述印刷图文层5的面积为树脂层3面积的1/20,如印刷图文层5的长度等于树脂层3的长度,但其宽度为树脂层3宽度的1/20;当印刷图文层5的面积较大时,树脂版与纸张等承印物7之间的接触比较均匀,一般不需要额外在树脂层3上设平衡条4,而当印刷图文层5的面积≤树脂层3面积的1/3时,才需要树脂层3上设有平衡条4,可以有效避免树脂层3上的印刷图文层5的面积较小时,纸张等承印物7因树脂版与承印物7之间的摩擦而变形的现象。
所述金属基基体1是铝基,厚度为0. 30mm。
所述树脂层3的硬度为78度邵尔硬度。
所述铝基中铝含量在99.5%、铁占0.1%、硅占0.3%、铜占0. 02%,钛占0. 08%。
实施例2
与实施例1相比,本实施例的一种光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,存在以下不同:
所述平衡条4凸出树脂层3外表面的高度为0.8mm。
所述印刷图文层5的面积为树脂层3面积的1/10。
所述金属基基体1是铝基,厚度为0.20mm。
所述树脂层3的硬度为75度邵尔硬度。
所述铝基中铝含量在99.2%、铁占0. 5%、硅占0.25%、铜占0. 01%,钛占0. 04%。
本发明一种光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版的使用方法及工作原理是:将树脂版套设在版辊6上,且树脂版与网纹辊接触,树脂版的印刷图文层5与网纹辊的网纹区对应,如图2所示,接收网纹辊网纹区上光变防伪墨,并将光变防伪墨转印至承印物7上,进而完成光变防伪墨胶印的印刷过程,印刷得到的产品如图2中纸张所示。
本发明一种光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,所述金属基基体1还可以是钢基、铜基、铁基或合金金属基中的任一种,厚度为0.15~0.30mm;所述平衡条4凸出树脂层3外表面的高度还可以为0.3mm、0.5mm或0.7mm;所述所述树脂层3的硬度还可以为76度或80度邵尔硬度;以上技术特征的改变,本领域的技术人员通过文字描述可以理解并实施,故不再另作附图加以说明。

1.一种光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,其特征在于,包括金属基基体、粘结层、树脂层、印刷图文层和平衡条;所述树脂层通过粘结层附着在金属基基体外表面,所述印刷图文层、平衡条与树脂层一体成形,印刷图文层、平衡条凸出树脂层外表面;所述平衡条间隔设置在印刷图文层的两侧,且相对金属基基体的位置与所需印刷图文的空挡部分相对应。
2.如权利要求1所述光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,其特征在于,所述平衡条凸出树脂层外表面的高度与印刷图文层的高度一致。
3.如权利要求2所述光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,其特征在于,所述平衡条凸出树脂层外表面的高度为0.3~1.0mm。
4.如权利要求3所述光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,其特征在于,所述平衡条凸出树脂层外表面的高度为0.8mm。
5.如权利要求2或3所述光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,其特征在于,所述印刷图文层的面积≤树脂层面积的1/3。
6.如权利要求1~3任一项所述光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,其特征在于,所述金属基基体是铝基、钢基、铜基、铁基或合金金属基中的任一种,厚度在0. 15-0. 30mm。
7.如权利要求5所述光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,其特征在于,所述树脂层的硬度为75~80度邵尔硬度。
8.如权利要求6所述光变防伪墨胶印用树脂版,其特征在于,所述铝基中铝含量在99%以上、铁占0. 1-0. 5%、硅占0. 03-0. 3%、铜占0. 003%-0. 03%,钛占0. 01-0. 1%。
