本发明公开了一种旋钮和锁定片的配合精度高的汽车风道板上检修门开关成型模具,包括上模和下模,下模包括底板,底板上活动设有升降板,底板上设有供机床顶杆穿过的顶升孔,底板上在升降板上方架设有下模座,下模座中活动设有下成型块,下成型块上设有两个拨片下成型槽和两个旋钮下成型槽,升降板上设有顶升下成型块的顶升杆;上模包括顶板,顶板上设有上模座,上模座上设有与下成型块相对应的上成型块,上成型块中设有相应的上成型槽,顶板上设有注塑口,上模座上设有与注塑口连通的注塑孔,上成型块中设有连通注塑孔及上成型槽的注塑分流通道,下成型块上设有与上成型槽相联通的排气通道,下成型块上设有导向块,上成型块上设有相应的导向槽。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车风道板上检修门开关成型模具。
背景技术
汽车风道板上检修门开关如图1所示,包括旋钮和锁定片,由于旋钮和锁定片间需要组装配合,且安装在车辆上,为了避免使用过程中由于受振动而脱落,所以对产品的成型精度有较高要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种旋钮和锁定片的配合精度高的汽车风道板上检修门开关成型模具。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种检修门开关注塑模具,包括上模和下模,下模包括底板,底板上活动设有升降板,底板上设有供机床顶杆穿过的顶升孔,底板上在升降板上方架设有下模座,下模座中活动设有下成型块,下成型块上设有两个拨片下成型槽和两个旋钮下成型槽,升降板上设有顶升下成型块的顶升杆;上模包括顶板,顶板上设有上模座,上模座上设有与下成型块相对应的上成型块,上成型块中设有相应的上成型槽,顶板上设有注塑口,上模座上设有与注塑口连通的注塑孔,上成型块中设有连通注塑孔及上成型槽的注塑分流通道,下成型块上设有与上成型槽相联通的排气通道,下成型块上设有导向块,上成型块上设有相应的导向槽。
作为一种优选的方案,所述底板上设有定位销,下模座套设在定位销上。
作为一种优选的方案,所述上成型块中靠近上成型槽处设有若干冷却水通道。
作为一种优选的方案,所述下成型块中靠近拨片下成型槽和旋钮下成型槽处设有若干冷却水通道。
本发明的有益效果是:由于下成型块上设有两个拨片下成型槽和两个旋钮下成型槽,即使上模与下模合模时存在一定误差,拨片和旋钮上同时具有相同的误差,两者装配时仍能很好地达到装配精度;由于升降板上设有顶升下成型块的顶升杆,产品成型后机床上的顶杆顶升升降板,从而带动下成型块向上运动,使得产品从下成型块上取下更为容易;由于下成型块上设有导向块,上成型块上设有相应的导向槽,使得上模与下模合模更为准确,提高产品的成型精度。
由于上成型块中靠近上成型槽处设有若干冷却水通道,提高了产品的冷却速度,提高了注塑生产效率。
由于下成型块中靠近拨片下成型槽和旋钮下成型槽处设有若干冷却水通道,进一步提高了产品的冷却速度,提高了注塑生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细描述本发明的具体实施方案。
如图1-6所示,一种检修门开关注塑模具,包括上模和下模,下模包括底板1,底板1上活动设有升降板2,底板1上设有供机床顶杆穿过的顶升孔,底板1上设有定位销3,底板1在升降板2上方架设有下模座4,下模座4套设在定位销3上。下模座4中活动设有下成型块5,下成型块5上设有两个拨片下成型槽6和两个旋钮下成型槽7,下成型块5中靠近拨片下成型槽6和旋钮下成型槽7处设有若干冷却水通道51。升降板2上设有顶升下成型块5的顶升杆8。
上模包括顶板9,顶板9上设有上模座10,上模座10上设有与下成型块5相对应的上成型块11,上成型块11中设有相应的上成型槽,上成型块11中靠近上成型槽处设有若干冷却水通道112。
顶板9上设有注塑口,上模座10上设有与注塑口连通的注塑孔,上成型块11中设有连通注塑孔及上成型槽的注塑分流通道111,下成型块5上设有与上成型槽相联通的排气通道,下成型块5上设有导向块12,上成型块11上设有相应的导向槽。

1.一种检修门开关注塑模具,包括上模和下模,其特征在于:下模包括底板,底板上活动设有升降板,底板上设有供机床顶杆穿过的顶升孔,底板上在升降板上方架设有下模座,下模座中活动设有下成型块,下成型块上设有两个拨片下成型槽和两个旋钮下成型槽,升降板上设有顶升下成型块的顶升杆;上模包括顶板,顶板上设有上模座,上模座上设有与下成型块相对应的上成型块,上成型块中设有相应的上成型槽,顶板上设有注塑口,上模座上设有与注塑口连通的注塑孔,上成型块中设有连通注塑孔及上成型槽的注塑分流通道,下成型块上设有与上成型槽相联通的排气通道,下成型块上设有导向块,上成型块上设有相应的导向槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种检修门开关注塑模具,其特征在于:所述底板上设有定位销,下模座套设在定位销上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种检修门开关注塑模具,其特征在于:所述上成型块中靠近上成型槽处设有若干冷却水通道。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种检修门开关注塑模具,其特征在于:所述下成型块中靠近拨片下成型槽和旋钮下成型槽处设有若干冷却水通道。
