本发明公开了一种用于塑封膜的模具,其特征在于:包括动模和定模,所述动模设置在定模上方,两者相对设置,两者闭合构成注塑型腔,所述型腔中空结构形状与塑封膜形状一致,所述动模与定模上设有浇注系统、温控系统、脱模机构、合模导向机构和排气机构,本发明采用注塑的设计,使得不同批次的塑封膜颜色一致,减小了单元板色差,很非常大的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具,更具体的说,它涉及一种用于塑封膜的模具。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,人们对于节能环保意识越来越重视。在照明行业,照明灯具也在进行的一步步的蜕变,从原来的白炽灯到荧光灯,再从荧光灯到现在的LED灯具,人们的节能意识越来越强烈。现在市面上的LED灯板塑封膜都是采用喷涂加工的,其加工出来的塑封膜不同批次之间的颜色差异较大,当颜色差异较大的塑封膜使用在一个屏幕上时会形成马赛克。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于塑封膜的模具。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种用于塑封膜的模具,其特征在于:包括动模和定模,所述动模设置在定模上方,两者相对设置,两者闭合构成注塑型腔,所述型腔中空结构形状与塑封膜形状一致,所述动模与定模上设有浇注系统、温控系统、脱模机构、合模导向机构和排气机构。
优选为,浇注系统包括设置在动模上的浇注口、与动模上的上半型腔连通的熔体通道、定模上的六边形凹槽、与六边形凹槽六个角连通的第二熔体通道,所述浇注口和六边形凹槽相对设置,所述熔体通道与第二熔体通道部分相对设置。
优选为,六边形凹槽内设有球面型凸起,所述球面型凸起与浇注口之间留有缝隙。
优选为,温控系统包括动模内的加热装置、动模内的冷却水通道、定模内的加热装置、定模内的冷却水通道、动模和定模上的温度传感器和与定模、动模冷却水通道相连通的冷却水箱,所述冷却水箱与定模、动模冷却水通道通过水管相连接,所述水管上设有抽水泵,所述加热装置、温度传感器和抽水泵分别与PLC控制器相连接。
优选为,脱模机构包括顶针和升降装置,所述顶针设置在升降装置上,所述升降装置通过电磁阀定时控制升降。
优选为,合模导向机构包括上模上的定位块与下模上的定位凹槽,所述定位块与定位凹槽相对设置。
优选为,排气机构包括若干排气孔,所述排气孔设置在上模的上半型腔内。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用注塑的设计,使得不同批次的塑封膜颜色一致,减小了单元板色差,很非常大的市场前景。

具体实施方式
参照图1-2所示,本实施例的一种用于塑封膜的模具,包括动模1和定模2,所述动模1设置在定模2上方,两者相对设置,两者闭合构成注塑型腔,所述型腔中空结构形状与塑封膜形状一致,所述动模1与定模2上设有浇注系统、温控系统、脱模机构、合模导向机构和排气机构。
对于本实施例的各个部件进行解释说明:
1)浇注系统包括设置在动模上的浇注口3、与动模上的上半型腔连通的熔体通道4、定模上的六边形凹槽5、与六边形凹槽六个角连通的第二熔体通道6,所述浇注口3和六边形凹槽5相对设置,所述熔体通道4与第二熔体通道6部分相对设置。
2)六边形凹槽5内设有球面型凸起7,所述球面型凸起7与浇注口3之间留有缝隙。
3)温控系统包括动模内的加热装置8、动模内的冷却水通道9、定模内的加热装置10、定模内的冷却水通道11、动模和定模上的温度传感器12和与定模、动模冷却水通道相连通的冷却水箱13,所述冷却水箱13与定模、动模冷却水通道通过水管14相连接,所述水管14上设有抽水泵15,所述加热装置、温度传感器和抽水泵分别与PLC控制器16相连接。
4)脱模机构包括顶针17和升降装置,所述顶针设置在升降装置上,所述升降装置通过电磁阀定时控制升降。
5)合模导向机构包括上模上的定位块18与下模上的定位凹槽19,所述定位块18与定位凹槽19相对设置。
6)排气机构包括若干排气孔20,所述排气孔20设置在上模的上半型腔内。

1.一种用于塑封膜的模具,其特征在于:包括动模和定模,所述动模设置在定模上方,两者相对设置,两者闭合构成注塑型腔,所述型腔中空结构形状与塑封膜形状一致,所述动模与定模上设有浇注系统、温控系统、脱模机构、合模导向机构和排气机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于塑封膜的模具,其特征在于:所述浇注系统包括设置在动模上的浇注口、与动模上的上半型腔连通的熔体通道、定模上的六边形凹槽、与六边形凹槽六个角连通的第二熔体通道,所述浇注口和六边形凹槽相对设置,所述熔体通道与第二熔体通道部分相对设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于塑封膜的模具,其特征在于:所述六边形凹槽内设有球面型凸起,所述球面型凸起与浇注口之间留有缝隙。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的一种用于塑封膜的模具,其特征在于:所述温控系统包括动模内的加热装置、动模内的冷却水通道、定模内的加热装置、定模内的冷却水通道、动模和定模上的温度传感器和与定模、动模冷却水通道相连通的冷却水箱,所述冷却水箱与定模、动模冷却水通道通过水管相连接,所述水管上设有抽水泵,所述加热装置、温度传感器和抽水泵分别与PLC控制器相连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于塑封膜的模具,其特征在于:所述脱模机构包括顶针和升降装置,所述顶针设置在升降装置上,所述升降装置通过电磁阀定时控制升降。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于塑封膜的模具,其特征在于:所述合模导向机构包括上模上的定位块与下模上的定位凹槽,所述定位块与定位凹槽相对设置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于塑封膜的模具,其特征在于:所述排气机构包括若干排气孔,所述排气孔设置在上模的上半型腔内。
