Abstract
本发明涉及塑性材料的注射模制装置的注射器、以及注射模制的装置。具体地,注射器的喷嘴端(8)包括具有相应的远端(12a、13a)的尖端(12)和环形螺母(13),其中一个被构造使得与模制腔的浇口(5)联接,其与注射器的阀销(9)的开闭器端(10)配合,并且其在截面上具有总厚度(2A),其等于或小于阀销(9)的开闭器端(10)的截面的厚度(B)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种关于透明或半透明的具有美感的机动车辆部件例如车灯玻璃的塑性材注射模制装置,特别是模制装置的注射器。
背景技术
在附图的图1中以局部剖视图的形式示意性地示出了常规的注射模制装置:其包括用于流体塑性材料的热室或者分配器1以及通过相应的浇口5、6将加压的塑性材料导入到模具的腔中的一个或多个注射器2、3,模具的基体用4标示。
各注射器2、3均包括设置有总体上用8标示的喷嘴端的管状喷嘴7,其限定用于经注射的塑性材料的流体路径。设置有开闭器端(shutter terminal)10的阀销9能够通过电气或流体致动器11在喷嘴端8的后退打开位置和前进关闭位置之间轴向移位。
喷嘴端8可以具有不同的构造,在图2中以示例的形式详细表示了图1的注射器2,在图3中表示了图1的注射器3。在这两种情况中,喷嘴端8均包括内管状元件或者尖端12和外管状元件或者环形螺母13。
在图2的喷嘴端8的情形中,尖端12轴向延伸,其远端12a超过环形螺母13的远端13a,突出到浇口5中。因此,留在模制物品的表面上的浇口标记(由图2下面的平面图表示)展现出非常小的尺寸,这与阀销9的开闭器端10的直径非常相似,当模制具有美感的部件(特别是透明或半透明的)时,甚至是在需要很高的质量标准的机动车辆车灯的情形中时,这是非常有利的。
因为其径向总尺寸和特别是浇口5的区域(该区域在其前进关闭位置中接收阀销9的开闭器端10)是经常变化的,所以所谓的“外”环形螺母(即,其在模制腔中不直接突出)的方案在环形螺母13和尖端12的远端的高度上需要模具基体4的精确操作。这意味着模制装置的生产、取出和操作时间的延长。另外,处理过程中的挑战经常导致在阀销9的开闭器端10和基体4的浇口5之间的同心度的误差,如果不弄断该基体,这必然导致两个部件的磨损加快,而会对模具带来严重的经济损失。
与这一构造相关的另一个问题在于尖端12和环形螺母13之间存在停滞区域,塑性材料沉积在其中,并且之后从该处除去塑性材料是相当具有挑战的,所以需要更多次的模制操作,以获得用于改变塑性材料的颜色的最佳过程。
为了克服这些缺点而提出了图3所示的方案,其中喷嘴端8属于所谓的“贯通的”环形螺母13,即环形螺母13的远端13a轴向延伸超出尖端12的远端12a,并且其直接突出到模制腔中。在这种情况下,阀销9的开闭器端10与之配合的浇口5形成于环形螺母13的远端13a的区域中,从而能够大大简化基体4的操作,进而减少误差的次数和风险。但是,如图3下部的平面图所表示,环形螺母13的远端13a的标记还被增加到与开闭器端10对应的浇口标记上,它的尺寸大得多,并且在对透明的具有美感的部件及特别是机动车辆的车灯玻璃进行模制时,这事实上是不可接受的。另外,在该方案中还存在有与塑性材料的停滞区域相关的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服前述的现有技术中的缺点,该目的是通过上面概述的类型的用于注射模制装置的注射器而实现的,其中喷嘴端的尖端和环形螺母具有相应的远端,其区别特征在于这样的事实:这些远端中的一个被构造使得与模制腔的浇口(gate)联接;其与阀销的开闭器端配合;以及其在截面上具有总厚度,该总厚度等于或小于阀销的开闭器端的截面的总厚度。
根据该特征,尖端的远端(即环形螺母的远端)被延伸(可以这么说),即这样就能够在模具的浇口中延伸并且突出进模制腔中,该特征提供大大简化模具基体的操作的优点。
另一方面,尖端的远端的(即环形螺母的远端的)下壁厚度允许同样地大幅地减少在模制的物品上可见的浇口标记的尺寸,这将略大于阀销的开闭器端的印记并且基本上与其相似。
本发明提供两个替代实施例,在第一个实施例中,远端是属于尖端的;在另一个实施例中,远端是属于环形螺母的。
第一实施例目前被认为是优选的一个,这在于其具有消除喷嘴端8中的塑性材料的停滞区域的更多优点。另外,其为阀销9的开闭器端10提供了更大的引导面,从而克服了与同心度相关的问题。
方便地,这样远端的壁厚将是≤1.5mm,优选的是≤0.5mm。
尖端可以具有一种结构,这种结构由第一材料制成的径向内元件和第二材料制成的径向外元件所构成,这样的目的是为了优化热剖面和机械/化学阻力特性,例如根据基于相同申请人的意大利专利申请n° 102015000044745的主题的描述和说明,该申请在本申请的提交日时未被公开。
当应用于用来制造机动车辆的透明或半透明的具有美感的部件(如车灯玻璃)的具有根据连续或级联循环所控制的多个注射器的注射模制装置时,本发明是特别有利的。

具体实施方式
在图4、5和6中表示的那些与参考图1、2和3的前述部件相同或相似的部件用同样的附图标记标示并且将不再进一步详细描述。
本发明相对于现有技术的创新和独特的区别特征在于:根据所提供的两个替换构造的在图4中分别用20和30标示的两个注射器的喷嘴端8。
在注射器20的情形中,并且如图5中更详细地表示,尖端12的远端12a被延伸(可以这么说),在该意义上,其被成形以形成直接插入基体4的浇口5中的柱形的套管,直到其在模制腔中突出。阀销9的开闭器端10也是柱形的,其便利地具有小的截面(即小于阀销9的截面),并且其与这样的远端12a直接配合,如表示了阀销9的前进关闭位置的图5所示。
根据本发明的其它区别特征,尖端12的端12a(即其环状截面)的总壁厚不大于从而等于或优选地小于阀销9的开闭器端10的截面的厚度(即直径)。因此,在注射器及具有该注射器的注射装置的操作中,在模制物品上可见的浇口标记将具有图5下方的平面图所示的形状:清楚的是,其极细微地大于阀销9的开闭器端10导致的形状。
优选地,尖端12的远端12a的壁厚(即在图5下方投影部分中用A标示的其环状部分的内半径和外半径之间的差)≤1.5mm,甚至更优选地≤0.5mm,在图5中B标示阀销9的开闭器端10的直径。
另外,尖端12在其远端12a的区域中的延伸形状确保了阀销9的更大的引导面,特别是在浇口5之前的区域中。
最后,由延伸进浇口5的尖端12所形成的单一延伸内主体的存在克服了与材料停滞区域的存在相关的问题。
在图6中详细表示的第二实施例的情形中,正是环状螺母13的远端13a延伸进入浇口5,直到其突出进模制腔中,并且与阀销9的开闭器端10配合。即使在这种情形下,形成环形螺母13的远端13a的柱形附加物的总壁厚也是等于或小于具有更小的截面的阀销9的开闭器端10的直径。在这种情形下,随后产生的在图6下方表示的浇口标记将与关于上述第一实施例的图5下方所表示的浇口标记类似。
总之,如上所述,远端12a或者远端13a的壁厚(即其环状部分的内半径和外半径之间的差)用A标示,并且用B标示阀销9的开闭器端10的截面的直径,可以观察到如下关系:

即,远端12a或者远端13a的总壁厚2A等于或小于阀销9的开闭器端10的截面的壁厚B,而且优选地A≤1.5mm并且更有利地A≤0.5mm。
应当强调,对于借助注射模制的用于机动车辆的透明或半透明的具有美感的部件(如车灯玻璃)的制造,根据本发明的注射器和装置是特别有利的,其具有一个或多个厚度等于2A(即等于尖端12或环形螺母13的远端12a、13a的截面)的浇口标记,并由此小于或者最多等于类似于开闭器端10的截面的厚度B。
显然,在不损害本发明原理的情况下,构造的细节以及实施例(特别是关于喷嘴端8的一般构造)可以关于已经描述和说明的内容进行广泛地变化,而不背离如所附权利要求所描述的本发明的保护范围。
例如,在喷嘴端8具有截头圆锥形状的远端(与阀销9的开闭器端10互补)的情形下,本发明的参考截面将是直接突出在模制腔中的极小的截面。
Claims (6)
1.用于塑性材料的注射模制的装置的注射器(20;30),所述注射器包括喷嘴(7)和阀销(9),所述喷嘴(7)具有限定经注射的塑性材料的流动路径的喷嘴端(8),所述阀销(9)具有开闭器柱形端(10)并且能够在所述喷嘴端(8)的后退打开位置和前进关闭位置之间轴向移位,其中,所述喷嘴端(8)包括内管状元件或者尖端(12)和被布置在所述尖端(12)外并且与所述尖端(12)同轴布置的外部环形螺母(13),并且其中,所述尖端(12)和所述外部环形螺母(13)具有相应的远端(12a、13a),其特征在于,所述尖端(12)的所述远端(12a):
-被构造使得与模制腔的浇口(5)联接,
-与所述阀销(9)的所述开闭器柱形端(10)配合,
