在大力提倡绿色化学、保护环境和发展持续农业的今天,在众多的农药类型中,昆虫生长调节剂是通过抑制昆虫生理发育,如抑制蜕皮、抑制新表皮形成、抑制取食等导致害虫死亡的一类药剂,其作用机理不同于以往作用于神经系统的传统杀虫剂,具有安全性高、选择性高、生物活性高、环境友好、对人畜安全、使用方便且成本低的特点,对天敌和有益生物无明显不良影响,有助于可持续农业的发展,具有广阔的开发与应用前景,而利用昆虫生长调节剂防治害虫已被纳入害虫生物防治的理论和技术体系。
在大田水稻的生长期,常会遭受飞虱、黏虫、叶蝉、蓟马和螟虫等害虫侵害,影响水稻的稳产、高产。现有的害虫防治药剂有很多,如飞虱防治用烯啶虫胺、吡蚜酮、噻嗪酮、异丙威等,螟虫防治用氯虫苯甲酰胺、阿维·氟酰胺、三唑磷等,叶蝉防治用乐果、敌杀死、高效氯氟氰菊酯、辛硫磷等,蓟马防治用吡虫啉、啶虫脒等,主要采用效果快的杀虫剂茎叶喷雾方法,且单个害虫单个配药喷施,使用次数多,费时费力,防治成本增加,不仅会导致环境污染,且会使害虫产生抗药性,后期防治效果不明显,很难对即将发生和已发生的害虫一次性防除。
泡腾片剂技术最初是应用在医药制药中,到了二十世纪七十年代初期,日本开始将泡腾片剂技术应用到农药剂型加工中,泡腾片剂的特点是无溶剂、无粉尘、稳定性好、防效期长、贮运方便、使用简便,代表了农药新剂型和新使用技术的发展方向。但是,目前的泡腾片剂品种单一,迫切需要一种含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂来长效防治水稻田害虫。

本发明的目的是针对上述技术存在的问题,提供一种水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂,该水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂具有无溶剂、无粉尘、稳定性好、防效期长、贮运方便、使用简便的优点,且除虫效果显著、除虫种类广、成本低廉、副作用小,具有广阔的应用前景。

一种水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂,组成它的原料包括下述质量份的物质:有效成分25-45份、泡腾剂3-30份、润湿剂1-10份、粘结剂1-10份、分散剂1-10份、崩解剂1-10份、填料2-50份,所述的有效成分包括哒幼酮、灭幼脲、灭幼酮和印楝素四个昆虫生长调节剂,所述哒幼酮、灭幼脲、灭幼酮和印楝素的质量比为7-12:3-8:5-10:10-15。
优选地,本发明所述的有效成分可以包括杀菌剂,所述的杀菌剂为甲基硫菌灵、三唑酮、三环唑、菌核净、代森锰锌、春雷霉素、多抗霉素中的一种或两种以上的组合物,所述杀菌剂占所述有效成分的质量百分比为0%-30%。

本实施例的水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂的制备方法,可采用直接干法压片法,具体步骤是:
用白炭黑将丙草胺吸附,并与哒幼酮、灭幼脲、灭幼酮、印楝素、三唑酮、己二酸、碳酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、硫酸铵混合后,采用气流粉碎机粉碎到500-800目,再加入经机械粉碎至100-200目的泡腾剂,混合均匀后,经压片机制片,90℃烘干,检测,密封包装即得成品。

一种水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂,组成它的原料包括下述质量份的物质:哒幼酮12kg、灭幼脲3kg、灭幼酮10kg、印楝素10kg、三环唑2.5kg、莎稗磷4.5kg、富马酸10kg、碳酸钙10kg、十二烷基磺酸钠5kg、聚乙烯醇6kg、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯7kg、硫酸钠5kg、膨润土20kg。
本实施例的水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂的制备方法,可采用直接干法压片法,具体步骤是:

将哒幼酮、灭幼脲、灭幼酮、印楝素、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、羟甲基纤维素、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、尿素、锯木粉混合后,采用气流粉碎机粉碎到500-800目,再加入经机械粉碎至100-200目的琥珀酸、碳酸铵,混合均匀后,经压片机制片,80℃烘干,检测,密封包装即得成品。

实施例7
田间药效试验
供试药剂:实施例1~6的6种水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂。
防除对象:水稻田的飞虱、黏虫、叶蝉、蓟马和螟虫等害虫。
试验方法:试验共7个处理,每个处理三个重复,小区随机排列,小区面积100m2。在水稻插秧返青5-7天后,按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,在水层为4-5厘米的水稻田中,按每亩50-60g的用量均匀投入水中,保水5-7天即可。另设一个空白对照区,不施药。
本发明的试验效果见下表:

从上表中可以看出,本发明的水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂对水稻田的害虫具有显著的防效,具有显著的增产效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂,其特征在于:组成它的原料包括下述质量份的物质:有效成分25-45份、泡腾剂3-30份、润湿剂1-10份、粘结剂1-10份、分散剂1-10份、崩解剂1-10份、填料2-50份,所述的有效成分包括哒幼酮、灭幼脲、灭幼酮和印楝素四个昆虫生长调节剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂,其特征在于:所述哒幼酮、灭幼脲、灭幼酮和印楝素的质量比为7-12:3-8:5-10:10-15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂,其特征在于:所述的有效成分可以包括杀菌剂,所述的杀菌剂为甲基硫菌灵、三唑酮、三环唑、菌核净、代森锰锌、春雷霉素、多抗霉素中的一种或两种以上的组合物,所述杀菌剂占所述有效成分的质量百分比为0%-30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂,其特征在于:所述的有效成分可以包括除草剂,所述的除草剂为丁草胺、丙草胺、莎稗磷、恶草酮、吡嘧磺隆、苄嘧磺隆、嘧苯胺磺隆、苯噻酰草胺、禾草丹、禾草敌中的一种或两种以上的组合物,所述除草剂占所述有效成分的质量百分比为0%-30%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂,其特征在于:所述的泡腾剂为柠檬酸、酒石酸、己二酸、富马酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸中的至少一种与硫酸铝、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钙、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸铵中的至少一种组成的泡腾体系;
所述的湿润剂为烷基硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯基烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯基烷基醚、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐、烷基萘甲醛缩合物中的一种或两种以上的组合物;
所述的粘结剂为可溶性淀粉、糊精、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸钠、羟甲基纤维素中的一种;
所述的分散剂为木质素磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基胺基牛磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯中的一种或两种以上的组合物;
所述的崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠、海藻酸钠、硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、硫酸钠、氯化钠、氯化铝、醋酸钠、尿素、蔗糖、葡萄糖中的一种;
所述的填料为白炭黑、高岭土、硅藻土、陶土、滑石粉、活性白土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、淀粉、石膏、轻质碳酸钙、膨化珍珠岩、锯木粉中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
6.一种水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂的制法,其特征在于:可采用直接干法压片法,具体步骤是:用填料将液态有效成分吸附,并与固态有效成分、润湿剂、粘结剂,分散剂、崩解剂混合后,采用气流粉碎机粉碎到500-800目,再加入经机械粉碎至100-200目的泡腾剂,混合均匀后,经压片机制片,80-100℃烘干,检测,密封包装即得成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂的制法,其特征在于:所制备的水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂的形状为圆形、椭圆形或菱形,每片重量计为:2.0克-5.0克。
8.一种水稻田用含昆虫生长调节剂的泡腾片剂的应用,其特征在于:使用时,在水层为4-5厘米的水稻田中,按每亩50-60g的用量均匀投入水中,保水5-7天即可。
