Description

电导线连接端子
本发明涉及一种可将单股或多股导线连接至导电的接触轨条并能使导线从其脱离的电连接端子,在这种连接端子中,一个可旋转的端子盘通过旋转使导线与接触轨条压接。
德国专利DE-PS 904304公开了这种类型的连接端子。在这种已知的摇杆端子中,一个摇杆通过一个弹簧的中介切换使导线与接触轨条压接。这种已知装置的一个缺点是导线必须事先被剥皮。此外,通过弹簧完成的接触不是最佳的(接触表面)。
美国专利US 3064227公开了一种导线不必事先被剥去绝缘皮的端子。由于在这种连接方法中接触元件必须象矛一样压入导体和绝缘皮之间,这种连接方法只适用于柔软并易挠曲的绝缘皮。在此方法中,只有通过用一拉开的弹簧在导线上施加拉力以增加接触力才能得到牢固的连接。
德国专利申请DE 2922447A1描述了一种这样的端子:事先已剥皮的导线通过弹力与一接触表面压接。操纵杆用以去除端子弹簧所施加的压力,从而将导线释放。
德国专利DE 2902536B1公开了一种导电线在被插入之前不必事先剥皮绝缘皮的端子。接触是通过利用叉状插孔上的切割齿切掉绝缘皮而得以实现的。利用一个插入装置将导线挤入切割齿。
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能的连接技术(可用于接线板、印刷电路的连接端子或夹线板),使用这种技术不必事先剥去绝缘皮,在连接过程中不必使用任何工具,从而减小了用户的费用。同时,这种连接应能提供可靠的、大面积的接触部位,能保护切割部位不受损坏,而且运用这种连接技术的产品结构应尽可能简单,只包含少量组件,此外,这种连接方法的操作迅速、容易,这也减小了生产者和用户的费用。
本发明的主体是具有所描述的特征的连接端子。本发明给出了有益的实施方案。
为支持剥离绝缘部分,端子盘在也作用于绝缘部分的切刀前部有一锯齿剥离区是有利的。同样有效的是:通过固定于壳体中的制动凸件来固定夹持位置,这些制动凸件作用于端子盘或操纵端子盘的滑动装置上,并且制动作用能够释放。为安装端子盘,有利的是在壳体内提供导引装置,用以支撑端子盘的外形轮廓。端子盘的夹持区域和用于切割绝缘皮的切刀与导线的截面相适配。此外,更为有利的是通过组合几个相邻的滑动装置,利用一个夹持操作同时连接几根导线。为提高夹持效果,有效的方法是接触轨条在夹持区域象簧片一样跨过壳体中的一个凹坑从而具有弹性。在需要时,可用适当的工具,例如螺丝刀,沿朝向壳体的方向推动制动凸件,从而松开夹持连接。
下面结合附图说明本发明的一个实施例。
图1表示导线已经插进但尚未被夹持状态下的连接端子。
图2表示夹持过程中切刀与绝缘部分啮合时的连接端子。
图3表示处于夹持状态的连接端子。
所述实施例示出通过一接触轨条8将两导线14连接起来的一个串接端子。端子盘3通过固定于壳体内的导引装置2被可旋转地定位于绝缘壳体1中。端子盘3有一个锯齿状区域9、一把切刀7和一个夹持表面6。端子盘通过一滑动装置5被移向其夹持位置,滑动装置5通过一个插杆12作用于端子盘3的上表面10(图1)。
导线14通过孔16被引入壳体1,直至挡板4b。导线14的端部紧靠在前部带有一把配对切刀13的接触轨条8上。操纵滑动装置5,导线14的绝缘皮被切刀7和配对切刀13剥离(图2),随着端子盘3的继续旋转,绝缘皮被锯齿状区域9从导线14的一端移动。
随着端子盘3在滑动装置5作用下的进一步旋转,夹持区域到达导线14被剥去绝缘皮的一端,并将其与接触轨条8压接(图3)。在夹持区域,接触轨条8象一个簧片一样跨过壳体1中的一个凹坑15。在夹持位置(图3),端子盘3通过一弹性的壳体凸件4来固定位于其后的端子盘3的制动凸件11被锁定。此外,还可通过壳体1上的、作用于滑动装置5的制动凸件40进行进一步的固定。
如有必要,可用合适的工具推动制动凸件11将连接断开。也可通过组装于壳体1上的按钮来断开已锁定的连接,该按钮通过位于导线14和弹性的壳体凸件之间的孔16推动制动凸件11。

Claims (10)

1.一种实现单股或多股导线与一导电的接触轨条的连接并可断开此连接的连接端子,在此连接中壳体(1)中的可旋转端子盘(3)在旋转时将导线(14)与接触轨条(8)压接,
其特征在于,端子盘(3)有一把切刀(7),它与接触轨条(8)上的配对切刀(13)一起在端子盘(3)旋转时将导电线(14)的绝缘皮剥离,并且随着端子盘(3)的继续旋转,邻近切刀(7)的夹持区域(6)将导线(14)的绝缘皮被剥离的部分与接触轨条(8)压接,而且这一连接在需要时可通过用适当的工具推动一制动凸件(11)而被断开。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于,端子盘(3)上在切刀(7)之前还有一锯齿状区域(9),用于支持被剥离的绝缘皮的传送。
3.如权利要求2所述的连接端子,其特征在于,一弹性的壳体凸件(4)将端子盘(3)固定在夹持位置,并可松开。
4.如权利要求3所述的连接端子,其特征在于,端子盘(3)由穿入连接端子的壳体(1)中的滑动装置(5)操纵。
5.如权利要求4所述的连接端子,其特征在于,滑动装置(5)由壳体(1)上的制动凸件(4a)固定在夹持位置。
6.如权利要求5所述的连接端子,其特征在于,通过组合几个滑动装置(5)由一次夹持操作同时夹持几根导线(14)。
7.如权利要求6所述的连接端子,其特征在于,端子盘(3)的定位是通过安装于壳体中、作用于连接端子外缘的导引装置(2)来完成的。
8.如权利要求7所述的连接端子,其特征在于,端子盘(3)的夹持区域(6)和接触轨条(8)均有一与被剥去绝缘皮的导线(14)的截面相适应的半圆形纵向凹槽。
9.如权利要求8所述的连接端子,其特征在于,切刀(7)和相对切刀(13)的形状与被剥离的绝缘皮的截面相适应。
10.如权利要求9所述的连接端子,其特征在于,在夹持区域,接触轨条(8)按照簧片作用原理跨过壳体(1)中的一个凹坑(15),以支持与导线(14)的接触。
