本发明涉及一种面料,提供一种透气柔软的感温变色面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括以下重量份的各原料:蚕丝纤维50~60份、莱竹纤维20~30份、双酚A3~5份、结晶紫内酯3~8份、减敏剂5~10份、增牢剂5~10份、分散剂20~25份、润湿剂10~15份、固色剂20~30份、抗氧化剂5~10份。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种感温变色面料。
背景技术
传统面料要求为人们提供基本的防寒保暖作用以及利用色彩绚烂的印花图案和不同的裁剪手法来达到美观的作用。近年来,随着智能化产业的迅速发展,人们对面料也提出了更高的需求,期望面料具备更多的智能化功能以满足人们工作和生活的需要,如感温变色面料、感光变色面料、寒暑两用面料和祛除蚊蝇的面料等。
面料智能功能化将是今后面料发展的主要趋势。感温面料是指随着温度的变化,面料的颜色也会相应变化的一类面料。感温面料能够感知环境温度,并通过呈现不同颜色方式实现“将天气预报穿在身上”的功能,通过面料各温度段颜色的不同表现来提醒人们注意温度变化,主动添减衣服,以让身体时刻保持最舒适健康的状态。
现有的感温面料主要是通过印染感温印花色浆来实现面料感温变色的,感温印花色浆经印染后在面料上形成感温印花,感温印花在温度升高或者降低至特定温度时,印花颜色随之发生变化,温度恢复后,感温印花也一同恢复到原有的颜色。因此,颜色感温印花不仅增加了面料的美感,还赋予面料以感温变色的功能。
但是现有的面料,采用感温印花的方式使面料具备感温变色功能,面料质地往往较硬,不够柔软且不透气,将其制成的服装穿着不大舒适。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种透气柔软的感温变色面料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种感温变色面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括以下重量份的各原料:蚕丝纤维50~60份、莱竹纤维20~30份、双酚A3~5份、结晶紫内酯3~8份、减敏剂5~10份、增牢剂5~10份、分散剂20~25份、润湿剂10~15份、固色剂20~30份、抗氧化剂5~10份。
进一步的改进是:所述面料的制备方法包括以下处理步骤:(1)将蚕丝纤维与莱竹纤维混纺;(2)调制轧染液:将双酚A、结晶紫内酯、减敏剂、增牢剂、分散剂、润湿剂、固色剂、抗氧化剂加入清水中混合均匀,调制成轧染液;(3)将步骤(1)制得的混纺织品在步骤(2)的轧染液中进行一浸二轧;(4)烘干,水洗。
进一步的改进是:所述面料本体包括以下重量份的各原料:蚕丝纤维55~60份、莱竹纤维25~30份、双酚A4~5份、结晶紫内酯6~8份、减敏剂7~10份、增牢剂7~10份、分散剂22~25份、润湿剂13~15份、固色剂25~30份、抗氧化剂7~10份。
进一步的改进是:所述面料本体包括以下重量份的各原料:蚕丝纤维57份、莱竹纤维27份、双酚A4份、结晶紫内酯5份、减敏剂5份、增牢剂10份、分散剂22份、润湿剂13份、固色剂25份、抗氧化剂9份。
进一步的改进是:所述减敏剂为:聚乙烯醇、聚乙胺、聚乙烯马来酸酐共聚物中的任意一种。
进一步的改进是:所述增牢剂为SL-05增牢剂。
进一步的改进是:所述分散剂为:钛酸酯类分散剂。
进一步的改进是:所述固色剂为:醋酸钠、壳聚糖季铵盐、双氰胺、乙烯基硅氧烷、蒸馏水按重量比=1:1:0.5:0.2:5混合而成。
进一步的改进是:所述的润湿剂为:酰基甘油酯。
进一步的改进是:所述抗氧化剂为:茶多酚。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的感温变色面料,包括面料本体,面料本体以蚕丝纤维及莱竹纤维混纺作为基体,莱竹纤维是采用无毒的N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)作为溶剂,无任何化学反应,无废水废气排放,不含对人体有害的化学残留物,是一种环保绿色的再生纤维素纤维。莱竹纤维性能突出,集天然纤维与合成纤维优良性能于一身:棉纤维的舒适、聚酯纤维的强度、粘胶纤维的悬垂、蚕丝的柔软、光泽和高贵,同时还具有天然抑菌杀菌功能,废弃物可生物降解;基体材质柔软,透气性能佳,再制备轧染液,轧染液中含有双酚A、结晶紫内酯、减敏剂,双酚A可释放出质子,可吸电子化合物,结晶紫内酯可结合质子显色,在变色体系中作为供电子部分,双酚A与结晶紫内酯需要在减敏剂中才能达到变色效果,同时,减敏剂还能增强变色体系对热的灵敏性并决定变色体系的变色温度。当温度较低时,结晶紫内酯开环,分子重新排列,共轭双键贯通和双酚A离子结合,从而显现颜色;当温度升高到一定温度,双酚A结合质子,则结晶紫内酯闭环消色。双酚A、结晶紫内酯、减敏剂的含量含中,三者在总体中占的比例若过高,会造成变色反应快速且不稳定,难以赋予印花多种的过渡颜色,且颜色变换也不稳定;含量过低则变色反应过慢,变色灵敏度过低。采用本发明的配方得到的感温变色面料透气柔软,手感佳,可随温度的变化发生颜色的变化。

若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的试剂和产品也均为可商业获得的。所用试剂的来源、商品名以及有必要列出其组成成分者,均在首次出现时标明。
实施例一
一种感温变色面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括以下重量份的各原料:蚕丝纤维50份、莱竹纤维20份、双酚A3份、结晶紫内酯3份、聚乙烯醇5份、SL-05增牢剂5份、钛酸酯类分散剂20份、酰基甘油酯10份、醋酸钠3份、壳聚糖季铵盐3份、双氰胺1.5份、乙烯基硅氧烷0.6份、蒸馏水15份、茶多酚5份。
所述面料的制备方法包括以下处理步骤:(1)将蚕丝纤维与莱竹纤维混纺;(2)调制轧染液:将双酚A、结晶紫内酯、聚乙烯醇、SL-05增牢剂、钛酸酯类分散剂、酰基甘油酯、醋酸钠、壳聚糖季铵盐、双氰胺、乙烯基硅氧烷、茶多酚加入清水中混合均匀,调制成轧染液;(3)将步骤(1)制得的混纺织品在步骤(2)的轧染液中进行一浸二轧;(4)烘干,水洗。
实施例二
一种感温变色面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括以下重量份的各原料:蚕丝纤维57份、莱竹纤维27份、双酚A4份、结晶紫内酯5份、聚乙胺5份、SL-05增牢剂10份、钛酸酯类分散剂22份、酰基甘油酯13份、醋酸钠3份、壳聚糖季铵盐3份、双氰胺1.5份、乙烯基硅氧烷0.6份、茶多酚9份。
所述面料的制备方法包括以下处理步骤:(1)将蚕丝纤维与莱竹纤维混纺;(2)调制轧染液:将双酚A、结晶紫内酯、聚乙胺、SL-05增牢剂、钛酸酯类分散剂、酰基甘油酯、醋酸钠、壳聚糖季铵盐、双氰胺、乙烯基硅氧烷、茶多酚加入清水中混合均匀,调制成轧染液;(3)将步骤(1)制得的混纺织品在步骤(2)的轧染液中进行一浸二轧;(4)烘干,水洗。
实施例三
一种感温变色面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括以下重量份的各原料:蚕丝纤维60份、莱竹纤维30份、双酚A5份、结晶紫内酯8份、聚乙烯醇10份、SL-05增牢剂10份、钛酸酯类分散剂25份、酰基甘油酯15份、醋酸钠3份、壳聚糖季铵盐3份、双氰胺1.5份、乙烯基硅氧烷0.6份、蒸馏水15份、茶多酚10份。
所述面料的制备方法包括以下处理步骤:(1)将蚕丝纤维与莱竹纤维混纺;(2)调制轧染液:将双酚A、结晶紫内酯、减敏剂、增牢剂、分散剂、润湿剂、固色剂、抗氧化剂加入清水中混合均匀,调制成轧染液;(3)将步骤(1)制得的混纺织品在步骤(2)的轧染液中进行一浸二轧;(4)烘干,水洗。
其中,本发明中,所述面料本体的各原料在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的:蚕丝纤维50~60份、莱竹纤维20~30份、双酚A3~5份、结晶紫内酯3~8份、减敏剂5~10份、增牢剂5~10份、分散剂20~25份、润湿剂10~15份、固色剂20~30份、抗氧化剂5~10份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的感温变色面料,其特征在于:所述面料的制备方法包括以下处理步骤:(1)将蚕丝纤维与莱竹纤维混纺;(2)调制轧染液:将双酚A、结晶紫内酯、减敏剂、增牢剂、分散剂、润湿剂、固色剂、抗氧化剂加入清水中混合均匀,调制成轧染液;(3)将步骤(1)制得的混纺织品在步骤(2)的轧染液中进行一浸二轧;(4)烘干,水洗。

8.根据权利要求7所述的感温变色面料,其特征在于:所述固色剂为:醋酸钠、壳聚糖季铵盐、双氰胺、乙烯基硅氧烷、蒸馏水按重量比=1:1:0.5:0.2:5混合而成。
