Abstract

本发明属于纺织产品制造技术领域,涉及一种氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的制备方法,先将氧化石墨烯溶液震荡分散后加入到偶联剂溶液中,充分搅拌得到混合溶液后置于浸轧机浸液槽中,将各类织物在室温条件下通过二浸二轧工序,将混合溶液浸轧到织物上得到浸轧后的各类织物;最后将浸轧后的各类织物置于烘箱中进行烘干,制得氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物。

一种氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的制备方法
技术领域:
本发明属于纺织产品制造技术领域,涉及一种防护功能的纺织面料加工技术,特别是一种氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的制备方法。
背景技术:
随着工业的迅速发展和人民生活水平的提高,抗菌问题越来越引起人们的重视。现实生活中人们不可避免地要接触到各种各样的细菌、真菌等微生物。这些微生物在合适的环境条件下会迅速生长繁殖,并通过接触传播疾病、影响人们的身体健康。日常生活中纺织品是这些微生物的良好生存之地,是疾病的重要传播源,所以纺织品的抗菌加工有着极其重要的意义。
目前,各类抗菌、防菌织物主要是将织物用抗菌剂进行后处理加工以获得抗菌性能。常用的抗菌剂包括无机、有机和天然生物抗菌剂三大类型。无机抗菌剂以新型光催化型和载银的纳米复合型抗菌材料为主要,有机抗菌剂则以开发专效于生物分子如微生物代谢酶等的抗菌性为其拓展方向,天然生物抗菌剂可来源于所有生物体,主要包括多糖、多肽及糖肽聚合物类物质。不同的抗菌剂对同一种病源菌有不同的抗菌作用机理和有效性,同一种抗菌剂对于不同的病源菌也有不同的抗菌作用机理和抑制范围,因此得到既长效又广谱、既高效又安全的抗菌剂,对抗菌纺织品的加工及使用十分重要。
氧化石墨烯(GO)是石墨烯重要的衍生物,具有sp2杂化的单层原子结构,它的表面有大量的羧基、羟基、环氧基等含氧的官能团,这些官能团赋予了氧化石墨烯许多特性如良好的分散性、亲水性以及与一些聚合物的兼容性等,这可以赋予材料更多的化学反应性能,也可通过交联使相邻层形成网络结构提高单片层间的相互作用力,从而改善材料的物理性能。随着GO功能化方法的发展,不同功能的含氧基团赋予GO更多潜在的优势,其在抗菌方面的应用也开始增多。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,设计提供一种氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的制备方法,工艺简单,易于操作,且产量较高,制备的纺织面料具有优异的抗菌功能,可用于各种内衣、床上用品、卫生材料、鞋袜、装饰材料、无纺布等方面。
为了实现上述目的,本发明包括混合工序、浸轧和干燥三个工序,具体过程为:
(1)混合:将氧化石墨烯溶液震荡分散后加入到偶联剂溶液中,充分搅拌得到混合溶液;其中各原料的重量百分比为:氧化石墨烯溶液10%~40%,偶联剂溶液90~60%;
(2)浸轧:将步骤(1)得到的混合溶液置于浸轧机浸液槽中,将各类织物在室温条件下通过二浸二轧工序,将混合溶液浸轧到织物上得到浸轧后的各类织物;其中,织物的轧余率为60%~80%;
(3)干燥工序:将浸轧后的各类织物置于烘箱中进行烘干,其中烘箱温度为60~90℃,干燥时间为10~40分钟;制得氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物。
本发明所述氧化石墨烯溶液中氧化石墨烯固含量为0.5%~5%,氧化石墨烯的厚度为1-3nm,片状直径为5-20um。
本发明所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或铝酸酯偶联剂。
本发明制备的氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物测得有抑菌带,且没有繁殖,具有良好的抗菌效果。
本发明制备的氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物包括氧化石墨烯涂层聚酯织物、氧化石墨烯涂层聚酰胺织物和氧化石墨烯涂层聚丙烯织物。
本发明所述的各类织物包括聚酯织物、聚酰胺织物和聚丙烯织物,其中聚酯织物包括苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)和聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)纯纺或混纺织物;聚酰胺织物包括聚己内酰胺(PA6)、聚己二酰己二胺(PA66)纯纺或混纺织物;聚丙烯织物包括聚丙烯(PP)纯纺或混纺织物。
本发明与现有技术相比,其生产工艺简单,易于操作,且产量高,成本低,制备的氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物洗涤前后的抗菌效果,按照标准GB/T20944.1-2007《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第1部分:琼脂扩散法》已达到效果好的等级,可用于各种内衣、床上用品、卫生材料、鞋袜、装饰材料、无纺布等领域。
具体实施方式:
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
本实施例包括混合工序、浸轧和干燥三个工序,具体过程为:
(1)混合:将氧化石墨烯溶液震荡分散后加入到偶联剂溶液中,充分搅拌得到混合溶液;其中各原料的重量百分比为:氧化石墨烯溶液10%~40%,偶联剂溶液90~60%;
(2)浸轧:将步骤(1)得到的混合溶液置于浸轧机浸液槽中,将各类织物在室温条件下通过二浸二轧工序,将混合溶液浸轧到织物上得到浸轧后的各类织物;其中,织物的轧余率为60%~80%;
(3)干燥工序:将浸轧后的各类织物置于烘箱中进行烘干,其中烘箱温度为60~90℃,干燥时间为10~40分钟;制得氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物。
实施例1:
本实施例制备氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的具体过程包括如下工序:
(1)混合工序:将氧化石墨烯溶液震荡分散后加入到硅烷偶联剂溶液中,混合溶液充分搅拌;其原料的重量百分比为:氧化石墨烯溶液10%,硅烷偶联剂溶液90%;其中,氧化石墨烯溶液中氧化石墨烯固含量为0.5%;
(2)浸轧工序:将上述混合溶液置于浸轧机浸液槽中,纯PET织物作为基布在室温条件下通过二浸二轧工序,将氧化石墨烯混合溶液浸轧到纯PET织物上;其中,纯PET织物的轧余率为80%;
(3)高温固着工序:将浸轧氧化石墨烯溶液的纯PET织物置于高温烘箱中进行烘干,其中高温烘箱温度为90℃,高温固着时间为5分钟,制备得到氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物。
本实施例经测试,未经涂层处理纯PET织物不会产生抑菌环,且细菌大量繁殖,没有抗菌效果,本实施例1所制得的氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物有1mm之内的抑菌环,且无细菌繁殖,抗菌效果好,水洗20次后仍可达到上述良好的抗菌效果。
实施例2:
本实施例制备氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的具体过程包括如下工序:
(1)混合工序:将氧化石墨烯溶液震荡分散后加入到硅烷偶联剂溶液中,混合溶液充分搅拌;其原料的重量百分比为:氧化石墨烯溶液90%,硅烷偶联剂溶液10%;其中,氧化石墨烯溶液中氧化石墨烯固含量为2%;
(2)浸轧工序:将上述混合溶液置于浸轧机浸液槽中,PA6织物作为基布在室温条件下通过二浸二轧工序,将氧化石墨烯混合溶液浸轧到纯PA6织物上;其中,纯PA6织物的轧余率为80%;
(3)高温固着工序:将浸轧氧化石墨烯溶液的纯PA6织物置于高温烘箱中进行烘干,其中高温烘箱温度为60℃,高温固着时间为40分钟,制备得到氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物。
本实施例经测试,未经涂层处理纯PA6织物不会产生抑菌环,且细菌大量繁殖,没有抗菌效果。本实施例1所制得的氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物(氧化石墨烯涂层纯PA6织物)有大于1mm的抑菌环,且无细菌繁殖,抗菌效果好,水洗20次后仍可达到上述良好的抗菌效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的制备方法,其特征在于包括混合工序、浸轧和干燥三个工序,具体过程为:
(1)混合:将氧化石墨烯溶液震荡分散后加入到偶联剂溶液中,充分搅拌得到混合溶液;其中各原料的重量百分比为:氧化石墨烯溶液10%~40%,偶联剂溶液90~60%;
(2)浸轧:将步骤(1)得到的混合溶液置于浸轧机浸液槽中,将各类织物在室温条件下通过二浸二轧工序,将混合溶液浸轧到织物上得到浸轧后的各类织物;其中,织物的轧余率为60%~80%;
(3)干燥工序:将浸轧后的各类织物置于烘箱中进行烘干,其中烘箱温度为60~90℃,干燥时间为10~40分钟;制得氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述氧化石墨烯溶液中氧化石墨烯固含量为0.5%~5%,氧化石墨烯的厚度为1-3nm,片状直径为5-20um。
3.根据权利要求1所述氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或铝酸酯偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述各类织物包括聚酯织物、聚酰胺织物和聚丙烯织物,其中聚酯织物包括苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯和聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纯纺或混纺织物;聚酰胺织物包括聚己内酰胺、聚己二酰己二胺纯纺或混纺织物;聚丙烯织物包括聚丙烯纯纺或混纺织物。
5.根据权利要求1所述氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物的制备方法,其特征在于制备的氧化石墨烯抗菌涂层织物包括氧化石墨烯涂层聚酯织物、氧化石墨烯涂层聚酰胺织物和氧化石墨烯涂层聚丙烯织物。
