本发明涉及农业机械技术领域,具体是一种高粱杆压劈机。包括机架、箱体、进料斗、劈半单元、滚压单元、传动单元、驱动单元、出料斗,箱体设在机架上,进料斗和出料斗分别设在箱体两侧;劈半单元包括上劈半辊、下劈半辊,上劈半辊和下劈半辊上分别设有位置相错的滚刀,上劈半辊和下劈半辊的两个轴端分别通过轴承架设在箱体上;滚压单元包括上滚压辊、下滚压辊,上滚压辊和下滚压辊的两个轴端分别通过轴承架设在箱体上;从进料斗输入的物料经劈半单元的上劈半辊和下劈半辊之间劈半后,进入滚压单元的上滚压辊和下滚压辊之间压平,最后从出料斗输出。本发明结构简单,机械化生产节约了人力、物力,提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及农业机械技术领域,具体是一种高粱杆压劈机。
背景技术
高粱杆是传统扫把的主要原材料,经久耐用,美观大方,目前用高粱杆制作扫把都是纯手工制作,制作工艺包括高粱杆的劈半和压平均需要手工完成,在生产过程中耗费大量的人力物力,这大大提高了生产成本,生产效率低,因此,怎样实现高粱杆的劈半和压平工序的机械化生产是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,从而提供一种结构简单,生产效率高的高粱杆压劈机。
本发明解决所述问题,采用的技术方案是:
一种高粱杆压劈机,包括机架、箱体、进料斗、劈半单元、滚压单元、传动单元、驱动单元、出料斗,箱体设在机架上,进料斗和出料斗分别设在箱体两侧;
劈半单元包括上劈半辊、下劈半辊,上劈半辊和下劈半辊上分别设有位置相错的滚刀,上劈半辊和下劈半辊的两个轴端分别通过轴承架设在箱体上;
滚压单元包括上滚压辊、下滚压辊,上滚压辊和下滚压辊的两个轴端分别通过轴承架设在箱体上;
传动单元包括分别设在上劈半辊、下劈半辊、上滚压辊、下滚压辊的一轴端上和箱体的箱盖上的传动链轮,传动链轮之间通过链条传动连接;
驱动单元包括设在下劈半辊的另一轴端上的大皮带轮、设在机架底端的驱动电机,驱动电机的驱动轴上设有小皮带轮,小皮带轮通过皮带与大皮带轮连接;
从进料斗输入的物料经劈半单元的上劈半辊和下劈半辊之间劈半后,进入滚压单元的上滚压辊和下滚压辊之间压平,最后从出料斗输出。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点是:
结构简单、能够连续完成物料的劈半和滚压工序,机械化生产节约了人力、物力,提高了生产效率。
作为优选,本发明更进一步的技术方案是:
箱体两侧的机架上分别设有用于压紧上劈半辊和上滚压辊两端轴承的压紧装置。
压紧装置包括支撑柱、压架、压杆、压力弹簧、垫片、锁紧螺母,支撑柱焊接在机架上,压架设在上劈半辊和上滚压辊同一侧的两个轴承上,用于固定压紧两个轴承,压杆穿过支撑柱,压杆顶部压紧固定在压架中心位置上,压杆底部穿过压力弹簧并通过垫片和锁紧螺母固定安装在机架上,压紧装置防止上劈半辊和上滚压辊两轴端的轴承窜动从而使上劈半辊与下劈半辊之间、上滚压辊与下滚压辊之间间隙变大。
箱体的进料斗一侧上设有一排导向柱,使物料均匀排布从进料斗进料。
下劈半辊两端的轴承下方分别设有调整块,进料斗倾斜设置与上劈半辊和下劈半辊之间,上滚压辊与下滚压辊之间形成倾斜式料道。

具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,目的仅在于更好地理解本发明内容,因此,所举之例并不限制本发明的保护范围。
参见图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9,一种高粱杆压劈机,包括机架3、箱体、进料斗6、劈半单元、滚压单元、传动单元、驱动单元、出料斗2,箱体的框架焊接在机架3上,进料斗6和出料斗2分别焊接在箱体的框架两侧;
劈半单元包括上劈半辊14、下劈半辊16,上劈半辊14和下劈半辊16上分别设有位置相错的滚刀23,上劈半辊14和下劈半辊16的两个轴端分别通过轴承22架设在箱体上;
滚压单元包括上滚压辊10、下滚压辊12,上滚压辊10和下滚压辊12的两个轴端分别通过轴承22架设在箱体上;
传动单元包括分别安装在上劈半辊14、下劈半辊16、上滚压辊10、下滚压辊12的一轴端上和箱体的箱盖5上的传动链轮1,传动链轮1之间通过链条15传动连接;
驱动单元包括安装在下劈半辊16的另一轴端上的大皮带轮7、安装在机架3底端的驱动电机9,驱动电机9的驱动轴上安装有小皮带轮4,小皮带轮4通过皮带8与大皮带轮7连接;
从进料斗6输入的物料经劈半单元的上劈半辊14和下劈半辊16之间劈半后,进入滚压单元的上滚压辊10和下滚压辊12之间压平,最后从出料斗2输出。
箱体两侧的机架3上分别安装有用于压紧上劈半辊14和上滚压辊10两端轴承22的压紧装置。
压紧装置包括支撑柱11、压架21、压杆13、压力弹簧18、垫片19、锁紧螺母20,支撑柱11焊接在机架3上,压架21安装在上劈半辊14和上滚压辊10同一侧的两个轴承22上,用于固定压紧两个轴承22,压杆13穿过支撑柱11,压杆13顶部压紧固定在压架21中心位置上,压杆13底部穿过压力弹簧18并通过垫片19和锁紧螺母20固定安装在机架3上,压紧装置防止上劈半辊14和上滚压辊10两轴端的轴承22窜动从而使上劈半辊14与下劈半辊16之间、上滚压辊10与下滚压辊12之间间隙变大。
箱体的进料斗6一侧上焊接有一排导向柱24,使物料均匀排布从进料斗6进料。
下劈半辊16两端的轴承22下方分别焊接有调整块17,进料斗6倾斜设置与上劈半辊14和下劈半辊16之间,上滚压辊10与下滚压辊12之间形成倾斜式料道。
本发明结构简单、能够连续完成物料的劈半和滚压工序,机械化生产节约了人力、物力,提高了生产效率。

Claims (3)

1.一种高粱杆压劈机,其特征在于:包括机架、箱体、进料斗、劈半单元、滚压单元、传动单元、驱动单元、出料斗,箱体设在机架上,进料斗和出料斗分别设在箱体两侧;
劈半单元包括上劈半辊、下劈半辊,上劈半辊和下劈半辊上分别设有位置相错的滚刀,上劈半辊和下劈半辊的两个轴端分别通过轴承架设在箱体上;
滚压单元包括上滚压辊、下滚压辊,上滚压辊和下滚压辊的两个轴端分别通过轴承架设在箱体上;
传动单元包括分别设在上劈半辊、下劈半辊、上滚压辊、下滚压辊的一轴端上和箱体的箱盖上的传动链轮,传动链轮之间通过链条传动连接;
驱动单元包括设在下劈半辊的另一轴端上的大皮带轮、设在机架底端的驱动电机,驱动电机的驱动轴上设有小皮带轮,小皮带轮通过皮带与大皮带轮连接;
从进料斗输入的物料经劈半单元的上劈半辊和下劈半辊之间劈半后,进入滚压单元的上滚压辊和下滚压辊之间压平,最后从出料斗输出;
箱体两侧的机架上分别设有用于压紧上劈半辊和上滚压辊两端轴承的压紧装置;
压紧装置包括支撑柱、压架、压杆、压力弹簧、垫片、锁紧螺母,支撑柱焊接在机架上,压架设在上劈半辊和上滚压辊同一侧的两个轴承上,用于固定压紧两个轴承,压杆穿过支撑柱,压杆顶部压紧固定在压架中心位置上,压杆底部穿过压力弹簧并通过垫片和锁紧螺母固定安装在机架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高粱杆压劈机,其特征在于:箱体的进料斗一侧上设有一排导向柱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高粱杆压劈机,其特征在于:下劈半辊两端的轴承下方分别设有调整块,进料斗倾斜设置于上劈半辊和下劈半辊之间,上滚压辊与下滚压辊之间形成倾斜式料道。
