Abstract

本发明提供一种汽车主轴承浸油清理装置，包括浸油槽，所述浸油槽左端设置有放置台，所述放置台上方设置有夹持爪，所述夹持爪上端设置有移动装置，所述浸油槽内设置有产品位置检测装置，通过产品位置检测装置检测主轴承在浸油槽内的位置，所述放置台内部及左侧设置有喷水装置，所述放置台上设置有检测装置，所述喷水装置与检测装置相关联，通过检测装置控制喷水装置进行喷水清洗。通过浸油槽对产品进行浸油处理，并通过放置台上的喷水装置对产品进行清理，避免人工工作导致的效率低及损伤产品的情况，并且通过油量检测装置和补油装置对浸油槽内油量进行控制，设置挡水板对清洗水进行阻挡，避免清洗水乱洒，影响油液品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产加工领域，尤其涉及一种汽车主轴承浸油清理装置。
背景技术
目前在制造汽车主轴承时，需要对主轴承进行浸油，以便保证轴承的润滑性能，便于下一道工序进行使用，目前罪域汽车主轴承进行浸油之前需要对轴承进行清洗，以防沾染灰尘，影响浸油效率，但是目前对主轴承进行清洗并浸油，通常是人工进行清洗，并操作悬吊设备进行浸油，工作效率低且浪费人工，变相增加生产成本。因此，解决汽车主轴承浸油及清理工作效率低且浪费人工的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车主轴承浸油清理装置，通过浸油槽对产品进行浸油处理，并通过放置台上的喷水装置对产品进行清理，避免人工工作导致的效率低及损伤产品的情况，解决了汽车主轴承浸油及清理工作效率低且浪费人工的问题。
本发明提供一种汽车主轴承浸油清理装置，包括浸油槽，所述浸油槽左端设置有放置台，所述放置台上方设置有夹持爪，所述夹持爪上端设置有移动装置，所述浸油槽内设置有产品位置检测装置，通过产品位置检测装置检测主轴承在浸油槽内的位置，所述放置台内部及左侧设置有喷水装置，所述放置台上设置有检测装置，所述喷水装置与检测装置相关联，通过检测装置控制喷水装置进行喷水清洗。
进一步改进在于：所述浸油槽内设置有油量检测装置，所述浸油槽旁设置有补油装置，所述油量检测装置和补油装置相关联。
进一步改进在于：所述放置台下方设置有余水回收箱，所述余水回收箱内设置有油水分离装置。
进一步改进在于：所述放置台两侧设置有挡水板，所述挡水板通过下端设置的升降装置带动移动。
本发明的有益效果是：通过浸油槽对产品进行浸油处理，并通过放置台上的喷水装置对产品进行清理，避免人工工作导致的效率低及损伤产品的情况，并且通过油量检测装置和补油装置对浸油槽内油量进行控制，设置挡水板对清洗水进行阻挡，避免清洗水乱洒，影响油液品质。

如图1所示，本实施例提供了一种汽车主轴承浸油清理装置，包括浸油槽1，所述浸油槽1左端设置有放置台2，所述放置台2上方设置有夹持爪3，所述夹持爪3上端设置有移动装置4，所述浸油槽1内设置有产品位置检测装置5，通过产品位置检测装置5检测主轴承在浸油槽1内的位置，所述放置台2内部及左侧设置有喷水装置6，所述放置台2上设置有检测装置7，所述喷水装置6与检测装置7相关联，通过检测装置7控制喷水装置6进行喷水清洗。所述浸油槽1内设置有油量检测装置8，所述浸油槽1旁设置有补油装置9，所述油量检测装置8和补油装置9相关联。所述放置台2下方设置有余水回收箱10，所述余水回收箱10内设置有油水分离装置11。所述放置台2两侧设置有挡水板12，所述挡水板12通过下端设置的升降装置13带动移动。通过浸油槽1对产品进行浸油处理，并通过放置台2上的喷水装置6对产品进行清理，避免人工工作导致的效率低及损伤产品的情况，并且通过油量检测装置8和补油装置9对浸油槽1内油量进行控制，设置挡水板12对清洗水进行阻挡，避免清洗水乱洒，影响油液品质。

1.一种汽车主轴承浸油清理装置，包括浸油槽（1），其特征在于：所述浸油槽（1）左端设置有放置台（2），所述放置台（2）上方设置有夹持爪（3），所述夹持爪（3）上端设置有移动装置（4），所述浸油槽（1）内设置有产品位置检测装置（5），通过产品位置检测装置（5）检测主轴承在浸油槽（1）内的位置，所述放置台（2）内部及左侧设置有喷水装置（6），所述放置台（2）上设置有检测装置（7），所述喷水装置（6）与检测装置（7）相关联，通过检测装置（7）控制喷水装置（6）进行喷水清洗。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车主轴承浸油清理装置，其特征在于：所述浸油槽（1）内设置有油量检测装置（8），所述浸油槽（1）旁设置有补油装置（9），所述油量检测装置（8）和补油装置（9）相关联。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车主轴承浸油清理装置，其特征在于：所述放置台（2）下方设置有余水回收箱（10），所述余水回收箱（10）内设置有油水分离装置（11）。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的汽车主轴承浸油清理装置，其特征在于：所述放置台（2）两侧设置有挡水板（12），所述挡水板（12）通过下端设置的升降装置（13）带动移动。
