巴沙鱼在生长过程中,腹腔内积累有三块较大的油脂,约占体重的5-8%,由于脂肪积累过多,巴沙鱼亲鱼在繁育时必然会影响卵子的发育,从而影响巴沙鱼的繁衍,使其不能满足市场的需要,而到目前为止,如何能够降低巴沙鱼脂肪积累尚未见报道,因此,如何将低巴沙鱼腹腔脂肪积累,提高巴沙鱼的繁育能力,这已成为业内亟待解决的问题。

本发明的目的旨在提供一种提高巴沙鱼亲鱼人工繁育的方法,利用专门配制的巴沙鱼亲鱼饲料饲喂巴沙鱼亲鱼,从而降低巴沙鱼亲鱼腹腔内的脂肪,提高巴沙鱼的人工繁育率。

一种提高巴沙鱼亲鱼人工繁育的方法,其特征在于,利用专门配制的巴沙鱼亲鱼饲料进行饲喂,早、中、晚三次进行饲喂,早上的投喂时间为9:00-10:00,中午的投喂时间为12:30-13:30,晚上的投喂时间为17:00-18:00,每次投喂的量为巴沙鱼亲鱼体重的10%,该巴沙鱼亲鱼饲料其组分按重量份数配比为:玉米蛋白粉30-40,鱼骨粉12-18,花生饼10-15,米糠10-13,壳聚糖5-8,亚麻籽8-12,椰子饼粕13-17,苯巴比妥4-7,虾壳粉10-15,小杂鱼肉糜15-18,左旋肉碱10-12,氯贝丁酯5-9,鱼藤酮8-10,亚麻油4-5,羟基蛋氨酸5-6,山楂粉20-25,葡萄籽粕20-30,香菇粉15-18,丝蚯蚓粉12-15,橄榄叶8-15,维生素添加剂13-16以上,向日葵粕10-13。

选择300条品种相同,体重为1.5kg+0.1kg的巴沙鱼亲鱼,随机分为2组,分别为试验组和对照组,每组150条,2组在健康状况、体重等方面无明显差异,试验组饲喂本发明配制的巴沙鱼亲鱼专门的饲料,对照组饲喂市售的普通巴沙鱼亲鱼饲料,喂养4个月,直到人工繁育结束,受精卵孵化,计算每组产卵情况以及孵化情况,试验结束后,称量巴沙鱼亲鱼的重量,并解剖2组巴沙鱼亲鱼,取出腹腔内脂肪进行称量,结果显示,经过4个月的饲养,2组巴沙鱼亲鱼的体重依旧相差不大,但实验组的产卵量要比对照组明显多,且试验组卵孵化后的成活率明显比对照组高,差异明显,解剖后称量2组亲鱼腹腔内脂肪的体重,试验组亲鱼腹腔内的脂肪比对照组明显降低,试验结果表明,利用本发明配制的巴沙鱼亲鱼饲料饲喂巴沙鱼亲鱼,能明显的降低巴沙鱼腹腔内的脂肪含量,在人工繁育过程中,能明显提高巴沙鱼亲鱼的产卵量以及提高受精卵的孵化率。

Claims (2)
1.一种提高巴沙鱼亲鱼人工繁育的方法,其特征在于,利用专门配制的巴沙鱼亲鱼饲料进行饲喂,早、中、晚三次进行饲喂,早上的投喂时间为9:00-10:00,中午的投喂时间为12:30-13:30,晚上的投喂时间为17:00-18:00,每次投喂的量为巴沙鱼亲鱼体重的10%,该巴沙鱼亲鱼饲料其组分按重量份数配比为:玉米蛋白粉30-40,鱼骨粉12-18,花生饼10-15,米糠10-13,壳聚糖5-8,亚麻籽8-12,椰子饼粕13-17,苯巴比妥4-7,虾壳粉10-15,小杂鱼肉糜15-18,左旋肉碱10-12,氯贝丁酯5-9,鱼藤酮8-10,亚麻油4-5,羟基蛋氨酸5-6,山楂粉20-25,葡萄籽粕20-30,香菇粉15-18,丝蚯蚓粉12-15,橄榄叶8-15,维生素添加剂13-16以上,向日葵粕10-13。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种巴沙鱼亲鱼的饲料,其特征在于,所述维生素添加剂由以下成分按重量份数配比而成:维生素B630-40,维生素B235-50,维生素C20-26,维生素E15-20,肌醇12-18,烟酸10-15,维生素D35-8,氯化胆碱1-2。
