背景技术
目前，市售的膏药产品多以橡胶硬膏为主。橡胶膏剂是指药物或药材提取物与橡胶为主的基质混合后，涂布于裱背材料上的外用剂型，橡胶膏剂是常用的外用剂型之一，广泛应用于骨科类疾病的治疗，药物主要是通过透皮或粘膜吸收而发挥全身的治疗作用，使用方便，毒副作用小，而且作用持久，贴敷后，透过皮肤吸收进入血液循环的药物有效成分，不受肝脏首过效应及胃肠道诸多因素的影响，并能定时，定量恒速释药，是较为理想并具有发展前途的剂型之一。橡胶膏剂的优点在于橡胶基质膜可以容纳较大份量且组成复杂的中西药物(液体，固体，半固体、药粉、浸膏)，橡胶膏剂强大的粘性在使用过程中贴着牢固也是其重要的优点。然而目前国内销售的传统橡胶膏剂因其固有的缺陷，普遍存在橡胶膏剂易老化、粘贴不牢，贴着不适，撕揭扯毛，使用不方便等问题，且对皮肤刺激性大。基于上述陈述，本发明提出了一种镇痛膏生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种镇痛膏生产工艺。
一种镇痛膏生产工艺，包括以下步骤：
S1、优选道地中药材：三七5.92kg、胆南星21.44kg、白芷21.44kg、狗脊21.44kg、羌活21.44kg、石菖蒲21.44kg、防风21.44kg、升麻21.44kg、红花21.44kg、土鳖虫21.44kg、川芎21.44kg、当归21.44kg、马钱子11.44kg和重楼21.44kg，并分别进行预处理；
S2、将步骤S1中除马钱子外的所有中药材充分混合均匀后，加入到中药粉碎机中，充分粉碎后过100目筛，得细粉A，将步骤S1中的马钱子单独加入到中药粉碎机中，充分粉碎后过100目筛，得细粉B；
S3、将步骤S2中所得的细粉A和细粉B加入二维混合运动机中，混合30min，混合均匀后进行灭菌，灭菌合格后得混合细粉C；
S4、将乳香8.56kg、没药8.56kg和血竭2.84kg先破碎后，得粗粉D，将所得粗粉D置于球磨罐中，加乙醇至乙醇面漫过粗粉D后，放入球磨瓷球，密闭球磨后置于球磨机上球磨48小时，最后用100目筛过滤置敞口锅内，以70℃的温度加热浓缩至相对密度为1.25的稠膏E；
S5、将薄荷脑11.4kg、冰片5.72kg、樟脑17.12kg和水杨酸甲酯5.72kg加入到容器中，混合后得混合液F，将经预处理后的橡胶147.6kg于开炼机上压制成薄片，并将薄片浸泡于混合液F中，搅拌均匀后，浸泡12～24h，浸泡过程中至少翻动2～4次，得溶胀橡胶G；
S6、将氧化锌4.28kg、经预处理后的松香27.9kg、凡士林6.8kg、羊毛脂1.72kg、丁香罗勒油5.72kg、人工麝香11.52g、颠茄流浸膏11.44kg、熊胆粉22.8g、混合细粉C、稠膏E和溶胀橡胶G置于密炼机中，密炼20～30min后放冷，静置24小时得密炼膏料H；
S7、将密炼膏料H置于开炼机上轧压成薄膏片，并将其置加入汽油336kg的搅拌机中搅拌2h，然后加入氧化锌4.28kg，继续搅拌1h后，加入松香搅拌至混合均匀后用80目筛网过滤得胶浆I；
S8、将胶浆I密闭贮存24h后，控制涂胶速度为3～5m/min，含膏量为2.65g/100cm2，在60℃～70℃的条件下，加入胶浆I进行涂胶，完成涂胶后切片，并经内包装、外包装、检验合格后入库即得。

本发明提出的一种镇痛膏生产工艺，以具有化瘀止血，活血定痛等功效的三七、白芷、狗脊、羌活、石菖蒲、防风、红花、土鳖虫、川芎、当归、血竭、马钱子、没药、重楼和乳香为主要原料，再配以薄荷脑、樟脑、水杨酸甲酯、丁香罗勒油、冰片等以达到促进皮肤对药物吸收和活血化淤、消肿止痛的作用，通过药粉直接入药，保证了药物有效成分利用率，增加了渗透压，促进了药物渗入皮层，便于机体对药物的吸收，吸收利用率高，大大提高了药物疗效，膏体粘着性适中经久耐用，同时可使基质具有流动性，配方中加入的顺丁橡胶和聚异丁烯，使得膏体对毛发的相容性骤减，皮肤分泌物对膏体无遮盖作用，使撕揭不粘毛，同时增加了橡胶的粘着性可使产品反复粘贴，本发明提出的生产工艺简单易操作，制备成本低，所用原料安全无刺激，所得镇痛膏有效解决了现有橡胶膏剂易老化、粘贴不牢，贴着不适，撕揭扯毛，使用不方便等问题，其膏面光滑、疗效显著，且不会皮肤造成刺激，可广泛应用于治疗各种原因引起的急性软组织损伤症状，应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例
本发明提出的一种镇痛膏生产工艺，包括以下步骤：
S1、优选道地中药材：三七5.92kg、胆南星21.44kg、白芷21.44kg、狗脊21.44kg、羌活21.44kg、石菖蒲21.44kg、防风21.44kg、升麻21.44kg、红花21.44kg、土鳖虫21.44kg、川芎21.44kg、当归21.44kg、马钱子11.44kg和重楼21.44kg，并分别进行预处理，其中包括将胆南星、红花、土鳖虫和马钱子挑拣去杂，将三七、白芷、狗脊、羌活、石菖蒲、防风、升麻、川芎、当归和重楼洗净去杂，然后分别将白芷、狗脊、羌活、石菖蒲、防风、升麻、川芎、当归和重楼切片，最后分别将三七、白芷、狗脊、羌活、石菖蒲、防风、升麻、川芎、当归和重楼置于60～80℃的烘箱内进行干燥；
S2、将步骤S1中除马钱子外的所有中药材充分混合均匀后，加入到中药粉碎机中，充分粉碎后过100目筛，得细粉A，将步骤S1中的马钱子单独加入到中药粉碎机中，充分粉碎后过100目筛，得细粉B；
S3、将步骤S2中所得的细粉A和细粉B加入二维混合运动机中，混合30min，混合均匀后，置于环氧乙烷灭菌柜中进行灭菌，灭菌合格后得混合细粉C；
S4、将乳香8.56kg、没药8.56kg和血竭2.84kg先破碎后，得粗粉D，将所得粗粉D置于球磨罐中，加乙醇至乙醇面漫过粗粉D后，放入球磨瓷球，密闭球磨后置于球磨机上球磨48小时，最后用100目筛过滤置敞口锅内，以70℃的温度加热浓缩至相对密度为1.25的稠膏E；
S5、将薄荷脑11.4kg、冰片5.72kg、樟脑17.12kg和水杨酸甲酯5.72kg加入到容器中，混合后得混合液F，将橡胶经清水洗刷处理后，经50～60℃的烘房干燥后切成重量为2～3Kg的橡胶块，将橡胶块放入炼胶机中破碎成网状或海绵状后，置于洁净不锈钢容器中静置2～3h，即得经预处理后的橡胶，将经预处理后的橡胶147.6kg于开炼机上压制成薄片，并将薄片浸泡于混合液F中，搅拌均匀后，浸泡12～24h，浸泡过程中至少翻动2～4次，得溶胀橡胶G；
S6、将松香破碎后，经110～135℃的高温加热熔化并过滤，即得经预处理后的松香，将氧化锌4.28kg、经预处理后的松香27.9kg、凡士林6.8kg、羊毛脂1.72kg、丁香罗勒油5.72kg、人工麝香11.52g、颠茄流浸膏11.44kg、熊胆粉22.8g、混合细粉C、稠膏E和溶胀橡胶G置于密炼机中，密炼20～30min后放冷，静置24小时得密炼膏料H；
S7、在温度为18～26℃，相对湿度为45～65％的D级洁净区内，将密炼膏料H置于开炼机上轧压成薄膏片，并将其置加入汽油336kg的搅拌机中搅拌2h，然后加入氧化锌4.28kg，继续搅拌1h后，加入松香搅拌至混合均匀后用80目筛网过滤得胶浆I；
S8、在温度为18～26℃，相对湿度为45～65％的D级洁净区内，将胶浆I密闭贮存24h后，控制涂胶速度为3～5m/min，含膏量为2.65g/100cm2，在60℃～70℃的条件下，加入胶浆I进行涂胶，完成涂胶后切片，并经内包装、外包装、检验合格后入库即得。
本发明实施例中制备的神农镇痛膏现已上市，其规格为9.5cm*11.6cm，其用法为外用，贴患处；本发明中随机选取伴有跌打损伤症状的患者和常年伴有风湿关节痛或腰背酸痛症状的患者各200名，分别使用本发明实施例中制备的镇痛膏，反馈效果如下：

Claims (6)

1.一种镇痛膏生产工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1、优选道地中药材：三七5.92kg、胆南星21.44kg、白芷21.44kg、狗脊21.44kg、羌活21.44kg、石菖蒲21.44kg、防风21.44kg、升麻21.44kg、红花21.44kg、土鳖虫21.44kg、川芎21.44kg、当归21.44kg、马钱子11.44kg和重楼21.44kg，并分别进行预处理；
S2、将步骤S1中除马钱子外的所有中药材充分混合均匀后，加入到中药粉碎机中，充分粉碎后过100目筛，得细粉A，将步骤S1中的马钱子单独加入到中药粉碎机中，充分粉碎后过100目筛，得细粉B；
S3、将步骤S2中所得的细粉A和细粉B加入二维混合运动机中，混合30min，混合均匀后进行灭菌，灭菌合格后得混合细粉C；
S4、将乳香8.56kg、没药8.56kg和血竭2.84kg先破碎后，得粗粉D，将所得粗粉D置于球磨罐中，加乙醇至乙醇面漫过粗粉D后，放入球磨瓷球，密闭球磨后置于球磨机上球磨48小时，最后用100目筛过滤置敞口锅内，以70℃的温度加热浓缩至相对密度为1.25的稠膏E；
S5、将薄荷脑11.4kg、冰片5.72kg、樟脑17.12kg和水杨酸甲酯5.72kg加入到容器中，混合后得混合液F，将经预处理后的橡胶147.6kg于开炼机上压制成薄片，并将薄片浸泡于混合液F中，搅拌均匀后，浸泡12～24h，浸泡过程中至少翻动2～4次，得溶胀橡胶G；
S6、将氧化锌4.28kg、经预处理后的松香27.9kg、凡士林6.8kg、羊毛脂1.72kg、丁香罗勒油5.72kg、人工麝香11.52g、颠茄流浸膏11.44kg、熊胆粉22.8g、混合细粉C、稠膏E和溶胀橡胶G置于密炼机中，密炼20～30min后放冷，静置24小时得密炼膏料H；
S7、将密炼膏料H置于开炼机上轧压成薄膏片，并将其置加入汽油336kg的搅拌机中搅拌2h，然后加入氧化锌4.28kg，继续搅拌1h后，加入松香搅拌至混合均匀后用80目筛网过滤得胶浆I；
S8、将胶浆I密闭贮存24h后，控制涂胶速度为3～5m/min，含膏量为2.65g/100cm2，在60℃～70℃的条件下，加入胶浆I进行涂胶，完成涂胶后切片，并经内包装、外包装、检验合格后入库即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镇痛膏生产工艺，其特征在于，所述步骤S1中的预处理具体指：先将步骤S1中胆南星、红花、土鳖虫和马钱子挑拣去杂，将三七、白芷、狗脊、羌活、石菖蒲、防风、升麻、川芎、当归和重楼洗净去杂，然后分别将白芷、狗脊、羌活、石菖蒲、防风、升麻、川芎、当归和重楼切片，最后分别将三七、白芷、狗脊、羌活、石菖蒲、防风、升麻、川芎、当归和重楼置于60～80℃的烘箱内进行干燥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镇痛膏生产工艺，其特征在于，所述步骤S3中的灭菌操作具体指环氧乙烷灭菌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种镇痛膏生产工艺，其特征在于，所述步骤S5中经预处理后的橡胶具体指：将橡胶经清水洗刷处理后，经50～60℃的烘房干燥后切成重量为2～3Kg的橡胶块，将橡胶块放入炼胶机中破碎成网状或海绵状后，置于洁净不锈钢容器中静置2～3h，即得经预处理后的橡胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种镇痛膏生产工艺，其特征在于，所述步骤S6中经预处理后的松香具体指：将松香破碎后，经110～135℃的高温加热熔化并过滤，即得经预处理后的松香。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种镇痛膏生产工艺，其特征在于，所述步骤S7、S8均应在温度为18～26℃，相对湿度为45～65％的D级洁净区中进行。
