Abstract
一种苦瓜木香茶的制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料制成,苦瓜50‑60份、木香1‑3份、树甘草6‑10份、马鬃参6‑10份、蓝天草6‑10份、青棉花藤1‑3份、吐烟花1‑3份、月见草1‑3份、芸香草1‑3份、鸡血藤1‑3份;其制备方法的具体步骤如下:洗净除杂、煎煮提取、混合、真空浓缩、喷雾干燥、制粒、过筛、干燥、整粒。本发明一种苦瓜木香茶的制备方法,制备工艺先进、原料配伍合理,通过将苦瓜、木香以及其他多种中药材相结合,制备出了一种具有理气疏肝、健脾消滞、调理肠胃、消炎抗菌等多种功效的苦瓜木香茶。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工领域,特别是涉及一种苦瓜木香茶的制备方法。
背景技术
保健茶市场是一个新兴的产业市场,保健茶产业也因此迅速发展,从90年代初至今,我国的保健茶企业、保健茶种类已达数千个。但这些保健茶企业中企业的质量参差不齐,很多企业都不注重研发,其保健茶产品质量欠佳,而又盲目夸大其产品的功效,实际疗效欠佳。其次,目前市面上的保健茶种类各式各样,但其加工工艺水平较低,并不能充分开发原料中的营养成分,并且口感较差,与现代人们对于保健茶便于饮用、疗效好、口感好的期待不符,市场推广价值较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种苦瓜木香茶的制备方法,制备工艺先进、原料配伍合理,通过将苦瓜、木香以及其他多种中药材相结合,制备出了一种具有理气疏肝、健脾消滞、调理肠胃、消炎抗菌等多种功效的苦瓜木香茶。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种苦瓜木香茶的制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料制成,苦瓜50-60份、木香1-3份、树甘草6-10份、马鬃参6-10份、蓝天草6-10份、青棉花藤1-3份、吐烟花1-3份、月见草1-3份、芸香草1-3份、鸡血藤1-3份;
其制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)按重量份数,称取苦瓜、木香、树甘草、马鬃参、蓝天草、青棉花藤、吐烟花、月见草、芸香草、鸡血藤,洗净并除杂后,备用;
(2)取备用的苦瓜、木香,苦瓜切丁,然后分别置于原料六倍重量的水中浸泡1-1.5小时,浸泡后分别煎煮1-1.5小时,煎煮温度为85-95℃,过滤后,得苦瓜提取液、木香提取液;
(3)取备用的树甘草、马鬃参、蓝天草、青棉花藤、吐烟花、月见草、芸香草、鸡血藤,分别置于超微粉碎机内部进行粉碎,粉碎后置于混合机内部混合均匀,混合均匀后置于原料二倍重量的水中浸泡1-1.5小时,浸泡后煎煮30-40分钟,煎煮后,得混合提取液;
(4)取苦瓜提取液、木香提取液、混合提取液,先将苦瓜提取液、木香提取液置于混合机内部,混合30分钟后,加入混合提取液,再次混合30分钟,得总混液;
(5)取总混液,置于真空浓缩机内部进行真空浓缩,浓缩后置于喷雾干燥机内部进行喷雾干燥,干燥后得总混粉;
(6)取总混粉,加入适量纯净水制软材,制得软材后置于摇摆制粒机中进行制粒,制粒后过筛、干燥、整粒,包装成品。
所述步骤(4)混合时,进行小火煎煮。

苦瓜的功效与作用
1、清热益气
苦瓜具有清热消暑、养血益气、补肾健脾、滋肝明目的功效,对治疗痢疾、疮肿、中暑发热、痱子过多、结膜炎等病有一定的功效。
2、保护机体
苦瓜具有预防坏血病、保护细胞膜、防止动脉粥样硬化、提高机体应激能力、保护心脏等作用。
3、抗癌
苦瓜中的有效成分可以抑制正常细胞的癌变和促进突变细胞的复原,具有一定的抗癌作用。
4、降血糖、降血脂
具有降血糖、降血脂、抗肿瘤、预防骨质疏松、调节内分泌、抗氧化、抗菌以及提高人体免疫力等药用和保健功能。
5、美容肌肤
苦瓜能滋润白皙皮肤,还能镇静和保湿肌肤,特别是在容易燥热的夏天,敷上冰过的苦瓜片,能立即解除肌肤的烦躁。
苦瓜的营养价值
1、苦瓜中含有丰富的维生素C,每一百克苦瓜含有56毫克的维生素C。
2、苦瓜中的含有丰富有的苦味甙和苦味素,苦瓜素被誉为“脂肪杀手”能使捏取脂肪和多糖减少。
3、苦瓜中含有类似胰岛素的物质——多肽-P。
4、苦瓜还含有一种蛋白脂类物质,具有刺激和增强动物体内免疫细胞吞食癌细胞的能力,它可同生物碱中的奎宁一起在体内发挥抗癌作用。
木香的功效与作用
1、 用于脾胃气滞所致的脘腹胀痛、食少呕吐。
2、 理气疏肝,用于肝胆气滞引起的胁痛。
3、 健脾消滞,可调胃肠滞气。
治疗腹痛、腹泻、里急后重。
4、 抗菌作用
挥发油1:3000浓度能抑制链球菌、金黄色与白色葡萄的生长,对大肠杆菌与白喉杆菌作用微弱;总生物碱无抗菌作用。本品煎剂除对副伤寒甲杆菌有轻微抑制作用外,对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌等7种致病菌无效。另有报道,煎剂对许兰氏黄癣菌及其蒙古变种等10种真菌有抑制作用。
5、 对呼吸系统的作用
动物实验表明:云木香水提取液、醇提取液、挥发油及总生物碱能对抗组胺与乙酰胆碱对气管和支气管的致痉作用,可用于支气管哮喘、其作用特点与罂粟碱相似,即直接作用于支气管平滑肌使之扩张、该作用与迷走中枢抑制有关。水提液、醇提液、挥发油、去内酯挥发油与总生物碱静脉注射对麻醉犬呼吸有一定的抑制作用,可减慢频率、降低幅度、其中以挥发油的作用较强,但挥发油所含内酯成分对呼吸无明显影响、
6、对肠道的作用
木香水提液、挥发油和总生物碱对小鼠离体小肠先有轻度兴奋作用,随后紧张性与节律性明显降低。对乙酰胆碱、组胺与氯化钡所致肠肌痉挛有对抗作用。小剂量煎剂对离体小肠的作用无一定规律性,大剂量则呈抑制作用。挥发油亦可抑制离体兔小肠运动,使其节律变慢,收缩不规则。去内酯挥发油、总内酯以及木香内酯、二氢木香内酯挥发油与二氢木香内酯作用较强。
树甘草,具有清热解毒,消炎利尿的功效,主治气管炎,支气管炎,肺热咳嗽,咽喉炎,扁桃体炎,肾炎水肿,尿路感染。
马鬃参,健脾益胃,祛风除湿,主脾虚乏力,小儿泄泻,风湿痹痛,跌打损伤。
蓝天草,补肺镇咳,散瘀止血,止带,主虚痨咳嗽,妇女血崩,白带。
青棉花藤,祛风除湿,散瘀止痛,接骨,用于腰腿酸痛,风湿麻木。
吐烟花,清热利湿,宁心安神,主湿热黄疽,腹水,失眠,健忘,过敏性皮炎,下肢溃疡,疮疖肿毒。
月见草,祛风湿,强筋骨,主胸痹心痛,中风偏瘫,虚风内动,小儿多动,风湿麻痛,腹痛泄泻,痛经,狐惑,疮疡,湿疹。
芸香草,解表,利湿,止咳平喘,主治风寒感冒,伤暑,吐泻腹痛,小便淋痛,风湿痹痛,咳嗽气喘。
鸡血藤,活血舒筋,养血调经,主手足麻木,肢体瘫痪,风湿痹痛,妇女有经不调,痛经,闭经。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种苦瓜木香茶的制备方法,制备工艺先进、原料配伍合理,通过将苦瓜、木香以及其他多种中药材相结合,制备出了一种具有理气疏肝、健脾消滞、调理肠胃、消炎抗菌等多种功效的苦瓜木香茶。
本发明的发明人发现,将苦瓜与木香、树甘草、马鬃参、蓝天草、青棉花藤、吐烟花、月见草、芸香草、鸡血藤以一定用量比例混合后,不仅可以很好地掩盖苦瓜的苦味,从而改善其口感,并且还进一步提高了苦瓜在茶品中所起的作用;本发明可以疏肝解郁,力气宽中,缓解气滞胸闷,心情烦躁,易怒,不思饮食等症状,本发明配方精简、配比合理,适用于大量生产,且其便于携带,方便服用。
与现有技术中的苦瓜类茶品相比,本发明具有以下多种优点:
1、原料配伍合理而科学,药效相得益彰,能产生很好的协同作用,制成的产品具有理气疏肝、健脾消滞、调理肠胃、消炎抗菌等多种功效。
2、制备技术先进,采用提取原料精华浓缩,有效成分含量高;
3、生产工序简单,降低了生产成本。
4、口感好,纯天然,无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种苦瓜木香茶的制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料制成,苦瓜50-60份、木香1-3份、树甘草6-10份、马鬃参6-10份、蓝天草6-10份、青棉花藤1-3份、吐烟花1-3份、月见草1-3份、芸香草1-3份、鸡血藤1-3份;
其制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)按重量份数,称取苦瓜、木香、树甘草、马鬃参、蓝天草、青棉花藤、吐烟花、月见草、芸香草、鸡血藤,洗净并除杂后,备用;

实施例2
一种苦瓜木香茶,原料按最佳重量份数,苦瓜56份、木香1份、树甘草8份、马鬃参7份、蓝天草6份、青棉花藤3份、吐烟花3份、月见草2份、芸香草1份、鸡血藤1份。
实施例3
本发明的一种苦瓜木香茶,其临床效果为:
实验对象:工作压力大,经常加班熬夜,有气滞胸闷,心情烦躁、易怒,不思饮食症状者,共60名,分为A、B五组,每组30人。
A组:服用本发明制备的苦瓜木香茶,服用方法为:每天服用三次,试验结果表明,服用一天后,18人表示胸闷、心情烦躁症状有所缓解,12人表示效果不明显;服用第二天后,20人表示胸闷、心情烦躁症状有所好转,5人表示胸闷、心情烦躁有所缓解,5人表示效果不明显;服用三天后,25人表示胸闷、心情烦躁症状有明显好转,3人表示胸闷、心情烦躁症状有所缓解,2人表示效果不明显。
B组:不服用本发明制备的苦瓜木香茶,只服用饮用水,试验结果表明,服用一天后,9人表示胸闷、心情烦躁症状有所缓解,21人表示效果不明显;服用第二天后,4人表示胸闷、心情烦躁症状有所好转,3人表示胸闷、心情烦躁症状有所缓解,23人表示效果不明显;服用三天后,5人表示胸闷、心情烦躁症状有明显好转,3人表示胸闷、心情烦躁症状有所缓解,22人表示效果不明显。
试验结果表明,本发明的一种苦瓜木香茶,对缓解气滞胸闷,心情烦躁、易怒,不思饮食等症状有明显效果。

1.一种苦瓜木香茶的制备方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成,苦瓜50-60份、木香1-3份、树甘草6-10份、马鬃参6-10份、蓝天草6-10份、青棉花藤1-3份、吐烟花1-3份、月见草1-3份、芸香草1-3份、鸡血藤1-3份;
其制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)按重量份数,称取苦瓜、木香、树甘草、马鬃参、蓝天草、青棉花藤、吐烟花、月见草、芸香草、鸡血藤,洗净并除杂后,备用;
