热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)具有工业意义,因为它们表现出优异的机械性能并且可以进行成本有利的热塑性加工。通过使用不同的化学合成组分(chemischeAufbaukomponenten),可以在宽范围内改变它们的机械性能。TPU的综述、其性能和用途可见于Kunststoffe 68(1978),第819-825页和Kautschuk, Gummi, Kunststoffe 35(1982),第568-584页中。
TPU由线性多元醇,大都为聚酯多元醇或聚醚多元醇,有机二异氰酸酯和短链二醇(扩链剂)合成。为加速形成反应,可以另外加入催化剂。合成组分的摩尔比可以在宽范围内变化,由此可以调节产物的性质。根据多元醇与扩链剂的摩尔比,得到在宽的肖氏硬度范围内的产物。可热塑性加工的聚氨酯弹性体的合成可以逐步地(预聚物法)进行或通过在一个阶段中使所有组分同时反应(一锅法)来进行。在预聚物法中,由多元醇和二异氰酸酯形成含异氰酸酯的预聚物,其在第二步中与扩链剂反应。TPU可以连续地或不连续地制备。最著名的工业生产方法是带式法和挤出机法。
除了催化剂而外,也可以将助剂和添加剂加入到TPU合成组分中。作为实例可提及蜡,其在TPU的工业制备中和在其加工中都承担重要的任务。蜡充当减少摩擦的内部和外部润滑剂并改善TPU的流动性质。此外,其应作为分离剂防止TPU粘附到周围材料(例如模具)上,并且充当其它添加剂例如颜料和防粘连/结块剂的分散剂。
作为待使用的蜡,在现有技术中提及,例如,脂肪酸酯,如硬脂酸酯和褐煤酸酯及其金属皂,脂肪酸酰胺,如硬脂酰胺和油酸酰胺,以及聚乙烯蜡。热塑性塑料中使用的蜡的综述可见于H.Zweifel(编辑):Plastics Additives Handbook,第5版,Hanser Verlag,慕尼黑 2001,第443页及以后几页中。
在TPU中,迄今基本上使用具有好的分离作用的酰胺蜡,尤其是亚乙基双硬脂酰胺。基于其的衍生物,例如亚烷基二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸的反应产物,由于其特别低的迁移倾向在EP-A 1826225中被提及。此外,使用表现出好的润滑剂性能和低挥发性的褐煤酯蜡(EP-A 308 683; EP-A 670 339; JP-A 5 163 431)。同样使用酯组合和酰胺组合(DE-A 19607 870)以及褐煤酸衍生物和脂肪酸衍生物的特定的蜡混合物(DE-A 19 649 290)。
所提及的蜡在含有这些蜡的热塑性产品的表面上显示出好的分离剂性质和少的沉积物形成。
对于由TPU构成的平面复合构件或箔在建筑领域或在高质量的纺织品中的用途而言,该平面复合构件尤其必须具有好的水蒸气透过性。此外,该平面复合构件应在同时保持好的水蒸汽透过性的情况下具有尽可能长的使用寿命。
本申请的目的在于提供平面复合构件,其不仅是水蒸气可透过的,而且经尽可能长的时间,特别是在施工阶段期间的外部影响下,保持其好的水蒸汽透过性。
所述目的可令人惊奇地用本发明的平面复合构件得以达成,所述平面复合构件由至少两层组成,其中至少一层由含有特定蜡的热塑性聚氨酯构成。

B)一种或多种作为扩链剂的组分,其各自具有两个羟基且各自的数均分子量为60-490g/mol,
C)一种或多种线性脂族羟基封端的聚醚多元醇,其各自具有500至5000g/mol的数均分子量和1.8至2.5的组分C)的数均官能度,
D)任选的聚酯多元醇,其各自具有500-5000g/mol的数均分子量和1.8-2.5的组分D)的数均官能度,
其中A)中的NCO基团与组分B)和C)和任选的D)中的异氰酸酯反应性基团的摩尔比为0.9:1至1.2:1,
其特征在于,所述反应在添加下述组分G)的情况下进行:
G)基于所有热塑性聚氨酯计,0.02至3重量%,优选0.02至1.0重量%的至少一种选自下列的组分:
i)马来酸酐接枝的聚烯烃,优选马来酸酐接枝的聚乙烯,
ii)可含有另外的羟基的支链二醇与由直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的单羧酸和二羧酸构成的混合物的二酯,其中所述直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的单羧酸和二羧酸任选以化学计量过量来使用,优选由己二酸、油酸和季戊四醇形成的二酯,
iii)由直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的单羧酸的盐和直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的单羧酸与直链二醇的二酯构成的混合物,其中所述直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的单羧酸任选以化学计量过量来使用,
iv)亚烷基二胺,优选乙二胺,与12-羟基硬脂酸的反应产物,
v)亚烷基二胺,优选乙二胺,与12-羟基硬脂酸和一种或多种直链脂肪酸,优选硬脂酸的反应产物,
并且在70℃经24小时的老化后,该由热塑性聚氨酯构成的层的水蒸汽透过性减少不超过10%。
根据本发明使用的TPU令人惊讶地在老化后具有非常好的水蒸汽透过性,以至于由此可以提供根据本发明的复合构件。
作为有机二异氰酸酯A)优选考虑脂族、脂环族、芳脂族、杂环和芳族二异氰酸酯,其描述在如Justus Liebigs Annalen der Chemie,562,第75-136页中。
具体地可示例性提及:脂族二异氰酸酯,如1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,脂环族二异氰酸酯,如异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯、1-甲基-2,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯和1-甲基-2,6-环己烷二异氰酸酯以及相应的异构体混合物、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯和2,2'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯以及相应的异构体混合物,芳族二异氰酸酯,如2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯的混合物、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和2,2'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物、氨基甲酸酯改性的液体4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和2,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二异氰酸根合-1,2-二苯基乙烷和1,5-亚萘基二异氰酸酯。优选使用1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,5-亚萘基二异氰酸酯和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯异构体混合物(其具有> 96重量%的4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯含量),特别是4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。这些提及的二异氰酸酯可以单独使用或以彼此的混合物的形式来使用。它们也可以与最多15重量%(基于二异氰酸酯的总量计)的多异氰酸酯,例如三苯基甲烷4,4',4''- 三异氰酸酯或多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯一起使用。
作为扩链剂B),使用数均分子量为60-490g/mol的一种或多种二醇,优选具有优选2-14个碳原子的脂族二醇,例如乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇,特别是1,4-丁二醇。然而,还合适的是对苯二甲酸与具有2至4个碳原子的二醇的二酯,例如对苯二甲酸-双-乙二醇或对苯二甲酸-双-1,4-丁二醇,氢醌的羟基亚烷基醚,例如1,4-二(β-羟基乙基)氢醌和乙氧基化双酚,例如1,4-二(β-羟基乙基)双酚A。还可以使用上述扩链剂的混合物,特别是两种不同的扩链剂,特别优选两种不同的脂族扩链剂。此外,还可以加入少量的三醇。
作为组分C),使用数均分子量为500-5000g/mol的羟基封端的线性脂族聚醚多元醇。出于生产原因,其通常含有少量的非线性化合物。因此它们通常也被称为“基本上线性的多元醇”。
适用于组分C)的聚醚多元醇可以通过使一种或多种在亚烷基中具有2至4个碳原子的氧化烯与键接含有两个活性氢原子的起始剂分子反应来制备。作为氧化烯,例如可提及:环氧乙烷、1,2-环氧丙烷、表氯醇和1,2-环氧丁烷和2,3-环氧丁烷。优选使用环氧乙烷、1,2-环氧丙烷和由1,2-环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷构成的混合物。氧化烯可以单独地、相互交替地或作为混合物来使用。作为起始剂分子例如可以考虑:水,氨基醇如N-烷基二乙醇胺,例如N-甲基二乙醇胺,和二醇如乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和1,6-己二醇。任选地也可以使用起始剂分子的混合物。合适的聚醚多元醇此外是1,3-丙二醇和四氢呋喃的含羟基的聚合产物以及由环氧乙烷单元和环氧丙烷单元构成的聚醚多元醇。也可以使用三官能聚醚,但是最多以产生可热塑性加工的产物并且使得C)下所有聚醚多元醇的总和的数均官能度为1.8至2.5。优选基本上线性的聚醚多元醇具有500-5000g/mol的数均分子量的量。它们既可以单独使用也可以以彼此的混合物的形式来使用。优选使用一种或多种选自下述的脂族聚醚多元醇:聚(乙二醇)、聚(1,2-丙二醇)、聚(1,3-丙二醇)、聚(四亚甲基二醇)和由环氧乙烷单元和环氧丙烷单元构成的聚醚多元醇。
适用于组分D)的聚酯多元醇可以例如由具有2至12个碳原子,优选4至6个碳原子的二羧酸和多元醇来制备。作为二羧酸例如可以考虑:脂族二羧酸,如琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸和癸二酸,以及芳族二羧酸,如邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸和对苯二甲酸。所述二羧酸可以单独使用或作为混合物,例如以琥珀酸、戊二酸和己二酸混合物的形式来使用。为了制备聚酯多元醇,可以任选有利的是使用相应的二羧酸衍生物,如在醇基中具有1至4个碳原子的羧酸二酯、羧酸酐或羧酰氯来替代二羧酸。多元醇的实例是具有2至10个,优选2至6个碳原子的二醇,如乙二醇、二乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,10-癸二醇、2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇和二丙二醇。根据所需的性质,多元醇可以单独使用或任选地以彼此的混合物来使用。还合适的是碳酸与所提及的二醇,特别是具有4至6个碳原子的那些,如1,4-丁二醇或1,6-己二醇的酯,羟基羧酸例如羟基己酸的缩合产物,和内酯例如任选取代的己内酯的聚合产物。作为聚酯多元醇,优选使用乙二醇聚己二酸酯、1,4-丁二醇聚己二酸酯、乙二醇-1,4-丁二醇聚己二酸酯、1,6-己二醇新戊二醇聚己二酸酯、1,6-己二醇-1,4-丁二醇聚己二酸酯和聚己内酯。所述聚酯多元醇的数均分子量为500至5000g/mol,并且可以单独使用或以彼此的混合物的形式来使用。优选使用脂族聚酯多元醇。
适合用于制备TPU的催化剂E)可以是根据现有技术已知的常规叔胺,例如三乙胺、二甲基环己胺、N-甲基吗啉、N,N'-二甲基哌嗪、2-(二甲基氨基乙氧基)乙醇、二氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛酸,以及优选的有机金属化合物,例如钛酸酯、铁化合物、锡化合物,例如二乙酸锡、二辛酸锡、二月桂酸锡或脂族羧酸的二烷基锡盐,例如二乙酸二丁基锡或二月桂酸二丁基锡。特别优选的催化剂是有机金属化合物,特别是钛酸酯、铁化合物或锡化合物。
除了TPU组分和催化剂之外,还可以添加其它助剂和/或添加剂F)。可提及例如:硅化合物,防粘连/结块剂,抑制剂,防水解、光、热和变色的稳定剂,阻燃剂,染料,颜料,无机或有机填料和增强剂。增强剂尤其是纤维状增强物质,如根据现有技术制造的无机纤维,并且还可以被上浆。所提及的助剂和添加剂的进一步说明可以在专业文献中找到,例如J. H.Saunders, K. C. Frisch: "High Polymers", 第XVI册, Polyurethanes, 第1和2部分,Interscience Publishers 1962和1964, R. Gächter, H. Müller (编辑): Taschenbuchder Kunststoff-Additive, 第3版, Hanser Verlag, 慕尼黑1989,或DE-A 29 01 774。此外适合掺入的是商业上惯用的增塑剂,如磷酸酯、己二酸酯、癸二酸酯和烷基磺酸酯。同样可以以小量使用常见的单官能化合物,例如作为链终止剂或脱模助剂。示例性可提及:醇如辛醇和硬脂醇,或胺如丁胺和硬脂胺。
为制备TPU,可以任选地在催化剂、助剂和添加剂的存在下,使合成组分以这样的量反应,以使得NCO基团与组分B)、C)和D)的NCO-反应性基团,特别是OH基团的总和的当量比为0.9:1.0至1.2:1.0,优选0.95:1.0至1.10:1.0。
根据本发明,该TPU以基于整个热塑性聚氨酯计0.02至3重量%,优选0.02至1.0重量%的量含有组分G)。其涉及特殊的蜡。本发明使用的TPU的水蒸汽透过性在70℃经24小时的老化后减少不超过10%。
合适的组分G)是,例如,马来酸酐接枝的聚烯烃,优选马来酸酐接枝的聚乙烯。同样可用的是可以含有另外的羟基的支链二醇与与由直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的单羧酸和二羧酸构成的混合物的二酯,其中任选以化学计量过量包含所述直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的单羧酸和二羧酸,其中优选的是己二酸、油酸和季戊四醇的二酯。此外使用由直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的单羧酸的盐和直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的单羧酸与直链二醇的二酯构成的混合物,其中所述直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的单羧酸任选以化学计量过量来使用。此外,还合适的是亚烷基二胺,优选乙二胺,与12-羟基硬脂酸的反应产物;亚烷基二胺,优选乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸和一种或多种直链脂肪酸,优选硬脂酸的反应产物,及其混合物,其还可以另外包含亚乙基双硬脂酰胺。G)中的组分优选是乙二胺与硬脂酸的反应产物和乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸的反应产物的混合物,是乙二胺与硬脂酸的反应产物和乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸的反应产物的混合物,是乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸的反应产物和乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸的反应产物的混合物,或是乙二胺与硬脂酸的反应产物和乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸的反应产物和乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸的反应产物的混合物。该反应可以根据有机化学中的常用的酰胺化方法进行(参见Houbenund Weyl,Methoden der organischen Chemie,第4版,Thieme 自1952,8,647-671)。在此,所述酸可以与等摩尔量的乙二胺一起反应,或者使它们单独反应,然后将形成的酰胺混合。也可以使用所述蜡的混合物。
在一个特别优选的实施方案中,没有褐煤酸酯用作组分G)。
作为复合构件的另外的一层或多层,优选使用无纺织物或纺织物。这些层可以布置在由TPU构成的层的一侧或两侧上。
所使用的TPU可以以所谓的挤出机法,例如在多轴挤出机中连续制备。TPU组分A)、B)、C)和任选的D)的计量加入可以同时,即以一锅法进行,或连续地,即根据预聚物法进行。在此情况中,既可将预聚物分批加入,也可以在挤出机的一部分中或在单独的上游预聚物装置中连续制备。
蜡G)可以连续计量加入到挤出机中,优选在第一挤出机壳中的TPU反应中。所述计量加入在室温下以固态或以液态形式进行。然而,也可以将蜡计量加入到预先制备的并在挤出机中再次熔融的TPU中,并配混。在另一变体中,可以将它们在反应之前均匀地混入多元醇组分中,优选在70至120℃的温度下,并与其一起计量加入到其余组分中。
用于制备根据本发明的复合构件的TPU具有优异的加工特性。
由所使用的TPU可由熔体制备具有高均匀性的膜和箔或涂层。这些膜和箔或涂层具有低的粘合倾向和非常好的分离特性。
用该TPU制备的平面复合构件可用于生产屋顶衬垫(Dachunterspannbahnen)和立面衬垫(Fassadenunterspannbahnen)。
将借助以下实施例更详细地说明本发明。
实施例
TPU制备
对于实验1至16,向反应容器中预先加入100重量份的温度为190℃的聚四氢呋喃(Terathane® 2000(OH值:56mg KOH/g,聚(四氢呋喃)); BASF SE,Ludwigshafen,DE),其中溶解了0.33重量份的Irganox®1010(BASF SE,Ludwigshafen,DE)和0.4重量份的各自的蜡1至6(例外:蜡2:0.8重量份)。然后在搅拌下加入5.5重量份1,4-丁二醇(BASF SE,Ludwigshafen,DE)、27.8重量份的60℃的热的4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(Desmodur®44M; Bayer MaterialScience AG,Leverkusen,DE)和50ppm二-(2-乙基己酸)锡,并将整个反应混合物剧烈搅拌约30秒的时长。随后,将粘稠的反应混合物浇注在涂覆的金属板上,并在80℃下再热处理30分钟。将得到的浇注板切割并造粒。
根据已知的预聚物法,如EP-A 571 828的实施例1中所述般,在管式混合器/挤出机(挤出机ZSK 120,公司Werner/Pfleiderer)中以连续TPU反应来制备比较例17至20:73.5重量份的聚四氢呋喃(Terathane®2000(OH值:56mg KOH/g,聚(四氢呋喃)); BASF SE,Ludwigshafen,DE),0.24重量份Irganox®1010(BASF SE,Ludwigshafen,DE),0.51重量份Tinuvin®328(BASF SE,Ludwigshafen,DE),0.3重量份Tinuvin® 622(BASF SE,Ludwigshafen,DE),0.01重量份KL3-2049稳定剂,0.4或0.8重量份蜡1或2,4重量份1,4-丁二醇(BASF SE,Ludwigshafen,DE),20.3重量份4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(Desmodur®44M; Bayer MaterialScience AG,Leverkusen,DE)和250 ppm的二-(2-乙基己酸)锡。13个壳的壳温为70℃至240℃。螺杆的转速设定为210转/min。总计量加入速率为990kg/h。将TPU作为熔体条带挤出,在水中冷却并造粒。

TPU膜的制备
将TPU粒料1至20各自在单轴挤出机(Brabender公司的单轴挤出机30/25DPlasticorder PL 2100-6)中熔融(计量加入速率约3kg/h; 185-215℃),并通过宽缝喷嘴分别挤出成平面箔。
通过测量所使用的TPU箔的WDD来测量复合构件的水蒸气透过性(WDD)
所制备的箔的水蒸气透过性(WDD)根据以下两种方法来测定:
A)根据ISO 15106-1(85%空气湿度,23℃,气候D,Goretex标准2200g/m2/d),样品直径90mm,
B)根据DIN 53122(在室温下,将绷紧并固定在50ml的容器上的箔存储在干燥器中在饱和氯化钾水溶液上(空气湿度约85%),该50ml的容器装有40g预先在130℃下加热12小时的硅胶粒料(1-3mm直径,带有指示剂),每2小时测定一次重量,直到重量增加至恒定(6-8小时),样品直径为46.5mm。
为了测定WDD老化,首先将制备的箔置于烘箱中在70℃下24小时,然后根据上述方法测定WDD。

结果表明,仅在使用根据本发明使用的蜡3至6的情况下,热塑性聚氨酯箔的水蒸汽透过性在70℃下经24小时的老化后几乎保持不变。此外,同样在老化后未显示出水蒸汽透过性下降的无蜡对比例7和8表明,在含蜡实施例1至6和9至20的情况中,在老化后水蒸气透过性的不同程度的损失不是由于聚合物基质造成的,而是仅仅由于蜡造成的。然而,无蜡TPU在可生产性和加工特性方面具有明显的缺点,因此不适合用于复合构件的生产。
Claims (13)

2.根据权利要求1所述的平面复合构件,其中二异氰酸酯A)是4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、1,5-亚萘基二异氰酸酯或4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯或其混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的平面复合构件,其中扩链剂B)是脂族二醇扩链剂。

6.根据权利要求1所述的平面复合构件,其中C)中的聚醚多元醇是一种或多种选自下述的化合物:聚(乙二醇)、聚(1,2-丙二醇)、聚(1,3-丙二醇)、聚(四亚甲基二醇)和由环氧乙烷单元和环氧丙烷单元构成的聚醚多元醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的平面复合构件,其中D)中的聚酯多元醇是脂族聚酯多元醇。
8.根据权利要求1所述的平面复合构件,其中以基于整个热塑性聚氨酯计0.02 -1.0重量%的量包含G)中的组分。
9.根据权利要求1所述的平面复合构件,其中G)中的组分(i)是马来酸酐接枝的聚乙烯。
10.根据权利要求1所述的平面复合构件,其中G)中的组分(ii)是由己二酸、油酸和季戊四醇形成的二酯。
11.根据权利要求1所述的平面复合构件,其中G)中的组分是乙二胺与硬脂酸的反应产物和乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸的反应产物的混合物,是乙二胺与硬脂酸的反应产物和乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸的反应产物的混合物,是乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸的反应产物和乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸的反应产物的混合物,或是乙二胺与硬脂酸的反应产物和乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸的反应产物和乙二胺与12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸的反应产物的混合物。
12.根据权利要求1所述的平面复合构件,其中G)中的组分不是褐煤酸酯。
13.根据权利要求1至12所述的平面复合构件用于制备屋顶衬垫和立面衬垫的用途。
