Abstract

本发明涉及抽吸装置,该装置上的吸气管2的底端部分1,其上设置有用于引导一次空气流过的空气通道4。在该通道上设置有一个喷嘴8。另一个空气通道5用于引导鼓风沿箭头7的方向流动。此外,由吸气管2的端面16确定的平面17在鼓风通道5的排气口13处有一个向上的升角X。该升角可保证当吸气管2完全座落在底部15上时仍有一个可通入足够的二次空气的进气口(20)始终敞开着。

Description

一种抽吸装置
本发明涉及的是一种带有一吸气管的抽吸装置。在该吸气管上有一吸气口和一排气口。该吸气管在其吸气口区域有一个与压力源连通并指向吸气方向的喷嘴,一次空气经由该喷嘴流入吸气管内。
在这种带有同类喷嘴的抽吸装置上,吸气管上的吸气口距抽吸面有一距离,该距离可保证始终有足够的二次空气进入吸气管内并可夹带着位于抽吸面处的物料一同流动。在该吸气过程中,如果吸气管相对于排气面下降的距离过大和完全贴在该抽吸面上,将阻断二次空气继续进入该吸气管,这样,就只有从喷嘴喷出的一次空气可从吸气管中排出,从而使本来正进行着的吸气过程被中断。
本发明的目的是提供一种抽吸装置,以克服在接近地板使用该吸气管时出现的上述问题,根据本发明的装置可保证当吸气管座落在抽吸面上时仍然容许足够的二次空气不断进入吸气管并保证吸气过程有效地进行。
为实现上述发明目的,根据本发明提供一种带有一吸气管的抽吸装置,在吸气管上有一吸气口和一排气口,该吸气管在其吸气口区域有一个与压力源连通并指向吸气方向的喷口,一次空气经由该喷口流入吸气管内,一个附加的进气口设置在吸气管的吸气口区域内,其特征在于,附加的进气口与喷嘴式的喷口相对设置。
本发明的目的是通过如下方案实现的,在吸气管的吸气口区域的吸气口上设置一个附加的进气口,使得当敞开的吸气管在座落到抽吸面上时仍然可使足以满足吸气过程需要的二次空气进入吸气管内从而使吸气过程能够继续进行。所述的附加的进气口可通过诸如在吸气管管壁上开凿的孔、槽或类似通口构成。
在本发明的另一实施例中,所述的附加进气口是通过由吸气口的棱边确定的平面向上扬起一升角而形成的。其中,由吸气口的棱边确定的平面向上的升角由吸气口的外边缘限定。
在本发明抽吸装置的吸气管上还附设有带有一个与压力空气源连通的、用于导入鼓风的空气通道,由吸气口的棱边确定的平面的升角最好设在该鼓风通道的排气口区域内。为了形成一个气流通口,吸气管内壁相对于吸气口的外棱边向管内缩进一定距离。
本发明的其他细节将反映在以下实施例的描述中。
附图中表示了一个抽吸装置(图中没有专门表示)上的吸气管2的底端部分1的纵向剖面,吸气管上的吸气口用标号3表示。在吸气管2上带有两个轴向空气通道4和5,用于引导来自抽吸装置上的压力空气源(图中也没有专门表示)的压力空气沿箭头6或7的方向流动。其中,在空气通道4上有一个喷嘴8、一次空气经由该喷嘴沿箭头9的方向和大约吸气方向10喷入抽吸装置10的吸气管2的内腔11中并与经由吸气口3进入吸气管2的二次空气12汇合。
在另一个同样是沿轴向延伸的空气通道5中,鼓风沿箭头7的方向流动并通过位于端部的排气口13离开空气通道5,进而沿着箭头14的方向流向标号15表示的底部。
如图所示,由吸气管2上过吸气口3的端部棱边16确定的平面17在其过空气通道5(该通道用于引导鼓风流动)的排气口13的区域内有一向上的升角X。由于采用了该措施,当吸气管2贴在地板15上时,吸气管2上只有棱边16上的部分18和19盖在地板15上,而空气通道5上带有开缝的排气口13没有被地板15覆盖,因而仍处于敞开的状态。因而,当吸气管2完全贴在地板15上时,通过这个还开着的、位于排气口13边上的带有开缝的空气进口20,总是有足够量的空气进入吸气管2,从而维持吸气过程不断地进行。此外,沿箭头方向流入的二次空气在一次空气出口8的方向上起一个“转弯”作用,也就是将吸入的物料带到具有足够能量的空气输送带中。这种接近地板的吸气特别适合于收集用气体动力难以吸入的物料或颗粒,也就是说,适于收集所有的由于接触气体的面较小只适于足够能量的空气输送带能输送的物料。它的优点在于空气输送带是沿重力方向的。
为了不妨碍二次空气进入吸气管2,空气通道5内壁22的端部棱边21距离排气口20上沿升角上折的外棱边23缩进一距离a。由此使排气口处于敞开的状态,于是二次空气可无阻碍地沿箭头25的方向流入吸气管2中。

Claims (5)

1.一种带有一吸气管(2)的抽吸装置,在吸气管(2)上有一吸气口(3)和一排气口,该吸气管在其吸气口区域(3)有一个与压力源连通并指向吸气方向(10)的喷口,一次空气经由该喷口流入吸气管(2)内,一个附加的进气口(20)设置在吸气管(2)的吸气口(3)区域内,其特征在于,附加的进气口(20)与喷嘴(8)式的喷口相对设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的抽吸装置,其特征在于,所述的附加的进气口是通过在吸气管(2)的管壁上开凿的孔、槽构成的。
3.如权利要求1所述的抽吸装置,其特征在于,所述的附加进气口(20)是通过由吸气口(3)的棱边(16)确定的平面(17)向上扬起一升角(X)而形成的。
4.如权利要求3所述的抽吸装置,其特征在于,由吸气口(3)的棱边(16)确定的平面(17)向上的升角(X)由吸气口的外边缘(23)限定。
5.如权利要求1至4之一所述的抽吸装置,其上带有一个与压力空气源连通的、用于导入鼓风的空气通道,其特征在于,由吸气口(3)的棱边(16)确定的平面(17)在鼓风通道(5)的排气口(13)的区域向上扬起一升角(X),为了形成一个气流通口(24),吸气管内壁(22)相对于吸气口(3)的外棱边(23)向管内缩进一距离(a)。
