本发明涉及一种防外漏V型球阀,包括阀体、阀座、V型球体、阀杆、90°驱动装置,其特征在于:在凹槽形填料函处安装有上、下填料,在上、下填料之间安装有上、下调节块,在上、下调节块之间安装有蝶形弹簧,在与阀杆接触的上调节块下部位设有左旋式螺纹,在与阀杆接触的下调节块上部位设有右旋式螺纹,在与上、下调节块相结合的阀杆部位设有分别与上、下调节块的左、右旋式螺纹相配合的螺纹,压盖通过螺纹安装在凹槽形填料函的外壁处,垫块在压盖向下力的作用下压紧上填料、上调节块、蝶形弹簧、下调节块和下填料,具有填料磨损后自动补偿、阀杆与填料之间具有软密封与金属密封相结合的双重密封功能,防外漏性好、使用寿命长的。

本发明涉及一种球阀,尤其是涉及一种防外漏V型球阀。
背景技术
现有V型球阀主要包括阀体、V型球体、阀杆、填料、填料压盖主驱动装置,V型球体安装在阀体内腔,填料安装在阀体上部的凹槽处,阀杆下端与V型球体相连接,阀杆向上穿过填料内孔与驱动装置相连接,填料压盖压紧填料,使填料与阀杆之间、填料与阀体上部的凹槽内壁之间形成密封,防止外漏,其缺点是:在阀杆90°旋转,带动V型球体作开启、关闭其流体通道时,阀杆与填料之间会产生摩擦,使填料容易磨损,介质容易在填料与阀杆之间的部位向外泄漏使用寿命短。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种填料磨损后自动补偿、阀杆与填料之间具有软密封与金属密封相结合的双重密封功能,防外漏性好、使用寿命长的一种防外漏V型球阀。
本发明通过如下技术方案来实现:
该一种防外漏V型球阀包括阀体、阀座、V型球体、阀杆、90°驱动装置,阀体内腔设有流体通道,该流体通道包括进口通道和出口通道,阀体中部设有凹槽形填料函, V型球体整体设在出口通道内,V型球体的球面处设有球形密封面,阀座安装在进口通道处,阀座一端设有与球形密封面形成线密封的锥形密封面,阀杆下端与V型球体相连接,阀杆向上延伸,穿过凹槽形填料函,与90°驱动装置相连接,其特征在于:在凹槽形填料函处安装有上、下填料,在上、下填料之间安装有上、下调节块,在上、下调节块之间安装有蝶形弹簧,在凹槽形填料函内壁处设有导向槽,上、下调节块分别设有与导向槽形成导向的上、下导向胫,上调节块设有沿着凹槽形填料函内壁并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向上填料的上外页唇和沿着阀杆外圆并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向上填料的上内页唇,上外页唇和上内页唇的上唇部在上填料的作用下分别压紧凹槽形填料函内壁和阀杆外圆,在与阀杆接触的上调节块下部位设有左旋式螺纹,下调节块设有沿着凹槽形填料函内壁并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向下填料的下外页唇和沿着阀杆外圆并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向下填料的下内页唇,下外页唇和下内页唇的下唇部在下填料的作用下分别压紧凹槽形填料函内壁和阀杆外圆,在与阀杆接触的下调节块上部位设有右旋式螺纹,在与上、下调节块相结合的阀杆部位设有分别与上、下调节块的左、右旋式螺纹相配合的螺纹,所述上填料上方设有垫块和压盖,压盖通过螺纹安装在凹槽形填料函的外壁处,垫块在压盖向下力的作用下压紧上填料、上调节块、蝶形弹簧、下调节块和下填料。
更进一步的,所述在凹槽形填料函内壁处设有两条导向槽。
更进一步的,所述导向胫端部设有球形钢铢。
本发明的优点在于:上、下调节块的设置,确保阀杆在90°旋转带动V型球体开启和关闭时,上、下调节块分别起压紧上、下填料和放松上、下填料的作用,有效的进一步防止球阀开启时介质的外漏,球阀关闭时放松上、下填料,减少填料的磨损,延长填料的使用寿命;蝶形弹簧的设置,有效的传递压盖向下的作用力,减小该向下作用力的递减损失,使上、下填料受到比较均匀的轴向作用力;上、下外页唇的唇部设置,在上、下填料的作用下分别压紧凹槽形填料函内壁,使该内壁处具有软、硬密封相结合的密封效果,增强密封性,同时防止上、下填料渗漏到导向槽内,上、下内页唇的唇部设置,在上、下填料的作用下分别压紧阀杆外圆,使该阀杆外圆处具有软、硬密封相结合的密封效果,增强密封性;两条导向槽的设置,使上、下调节块在阀杆90°旋转的作用下,向上、下移动时,具有很好稳定性的优点;导向胫端部设有球形钢铢,有效的减小上、下调节块在移动的过程中产生的摩擦力,具有V型球体开启、关闭时力矩小的优点。

根据图1可知,本发明一种防外漏V型球阀包括阀体1、阀座2、V型球体3、阀杆4、下填料5、下调节块6、蝶形弹簧7、上调节块8、上填料9、垫块10、压盖11.90°驱动装置12,阀体1内腔设有流体通道,该流体通道包括进口通道和出口通道,阀体1中部设有凹槽形填料函, V型球体3整体设在出口通道内,V型球体3的球面处设有球形密封面,阀座2安装在进口通道处,阀座2一端设有与球形密封面形成线密封的锥形密封面,阀杆4下端与V型球体3相连接,阀杆4向上延伸,穿过凹槽形填料函,与90°驱动装置12相连接,在凹槽形填料函处安装有上、下填料9、5,在上、下填料9、5之间安装有上、下调节块8、6,在上、下调节块8、6之间安装有蝶形弹簧7,在凹槽形填料函内壁处设有导向槽,上、下调节块8、6分别设有与导向槽形成导向的上、下导向胫,上调节块8设有沿着凹槽形填料函内壁并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向上填料的上外页唇和沿着阀杆4外圆并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向上填料的上内页唇,上外页唇和上内页唇的上唇部在上填料的作用下分别压紧凹槽形填料函内壁和阀杆外圆,在与阀杆4接触的上调节块8下部位设有左旋式螺纹,下调节块6设有沿着凹槽形填料函内壁并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向下填料的下外页唇和沿着阀杆4外圆并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向下填料的下内页唇,下外页唇和下内页唇的下唇部在下填料的作用下分别压紧凹槽形填料函内壁和阀杆外圆,在与阀杆4外圆接触的下调节块6上部位设有右旋式螺纹,在与上、下调节块8、6结合的阀杆4部位设有分别与上、下调节块8、6的左、右旋式螺纹相配合的螺纹,垫块10和压盖11设置在所述上填料9上方,压盖11通过螺纹安装在凹槽形填料函的外壁处,垫块10在压盖11向下力的作用下压紧上填料9、上调节块8、蝶形弹簧7、下调节块6和下填料5。
当该球阀从关闭位置开启时,90°驱动装置带动阀杆和V型球体作90°旋转,此时阀杆中部的螺纹带动上调节块向上移动,更进一步的压紧上填料,阀杆中部的螺纹带动下调节块向下移动,更进一步的压紧下填料,防外漏性好;同时上、下外页唇的唇部更进一步的压紧凹槽形填料函内壁,使该凹槽形填料函内壁处具有软、硬密封相结合的密封效果,增强密封性,上、下内页唇的唇部更进一步的压紧阀杆外圆,使该阀杆外圆处具有软、硬密封相结合的密封效果,增强密封性。
当该球阀从开启位置关闭时,各零部件都作相反的动作,使各零部件都处于自然状态,延长使用寿命。

1.一种防外漏V型球阀,包括阀体、阀座、V型球体、阀杆、90°驱动装置,阀体内腔设有流体通道,该流体通道包括进口通道和出口通道,阀体中部设有凹槽形填料函, V型球体整体设在出口通道内,V型球体的球面处设有球形密封面,阀座安装在进口通道处,阀座一端设有与球形密封面形成线密封的锥形密封面,阀杆下端与V型球体相连接,阀杆向上延伸,穿过凹槽形填料函,与90°驱动装置相连接,其特征在于:在凹槽形填料函处安装有上、下填料,在上、下填料之间安装有上、下调节块,在上、下调节块之间安装有蝶形弹簧,在凹槽形填料函内壁处设有导向槽,上、下调节块分别设有与导向槽形成导向的上、下导向胫,上调节块设有沿着凹槽形填料函内壁并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向上填料的上外页唇和沿着阀杆外圆并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向上填料的上内页唇,上外页唇和上内页唇的上唇部在上填料的作用下分别压紧凹槽形填料函内壁和阀杆外圆,在与阀杆接触的上调节块下部位设有左旋式螺纹,下调节块设有沿着凹槽形填料函内壁并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向下填料的下外页唇和沿着阀杆外圆并壁厚逐渐递减的方式伸向下填料的下内页唇,下外页唇和下内页唇的下唇部在下填料的作用下分别压紧凹槽形填料函内壁和阀杆外圆,在与阀杆接触的下调节块上部位设有右旋式螺纹,在与上、下调节块相结合的阀杆部位设有分别与上、下调节块的左、右旋式螺纹相配合的螺纹,所述上填料上方设有垫块和压盖,压盖通过螺纹安装在凹槽形填料函的外壁处,垫块在压盖向下力的作用下压紧上填料、上调节块、蝶形弹簧、下调节块和下填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防外漏V型球阀,其特征在于:所述在凹槽形填料函内壁处设有两条导向槽。
