本发明公开了一种带导轨硬密封球阀,其特征在于:所述阀体流体通道内设有阀瓣和内通道圈,所述阀瓣为半球体,所述阀瓣内侧面上设有旋转导向槽,导向槽深度从始端至末端逐渐变浅;所述内通道圈下端固定安装在阀体内壁上,内通道圈下端左侧面上设有导向顶块,所述顶块与导向槽相匹配;所述阀瓣颈部设有安装孔,安装孔内壁为凸形圆弧结构,所述阀杆下端设置在安装孔内,阀杆可传动阀瓣旋转开启或关闭,且导向槽沿着导向顶块移动时,可使阀瓣发生偏移脱离或贴合阀座;所述半球体阀瓣下端外侧与阀体之间设有弹性装置。本发明结构简单、使用方便,有效减少阀瓣与阀座的磨损,且能通过阀瓣旋转偏移来克服磨损留下的空隙,使密封性能保持良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀领域的改进发明,尤其涉及一种带导轨硬密封球阀的改进发明。
背景技术
现有技术中,球阀的主要功能是切断或接通管道中的流体通道。球阀的工作原理是借助驱动装置在阀杆上端施加一定的转矩传给球体,使其旋转90°,完成开启或关闭阀瓣的动作。然而阀瓣在旋转的过程中,阀瓣与阀座会发生磨损,导致密封性能降低,影响正常使用,因此需要经常性的更换维修,不但耽误工作,而且增加成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种使阀瓣在旋转过程中偏移贴合阀座,不但减少磨损,而且在一定范围内磨损后,通过增加阀瓣偏移量,使密封性能依旧良好的带导轨硬密封球阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种带导轨硬密封球阀,包括有阀体、阀杆和阀座,所述阀体内设有流体通道,其特征在于:所述流体通道内设有阀瓣和内通道圈,所述阀瓣为半球体,且阀瓣外侧面上设有与阀座匹配的球形密封面,所述阀瓣内侧面上设有旋转导向槽,导向槽深度从始端至末端逐渐变浅;所述内通道圈下端固定安装在阀体内壁上,内通道圈下端左侧面上设有导向顶块,所述顶块与导向槽相匹配;所述阀瓣颈部设有安装孔,安装孔内壁为凸形圆弧结构,所述阀杆下端设置在安装孔内与之线接触,阀杆可传动阀瓣旋转开启或关闭,且导向槽沿着导向顶块移动时,可使阀瓣发生偏移脱离或贴合阀座;所述半球体阀瓣下端外侧与阀体之间设有使阀瓣导向槽贴合顶块的弹性装置。
作为优选,所述内通道圈上端设有凹槽,所述阀杆下端可转动设置在内通道圈上端的凹槽内。
作为优选,所述导向顶块头部为球面设置。
作为优选,所述弹性装置为碟形弹簧或压缩弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是改进后的带导轨硬密封球阀,阀瓣为半球体结构,阀瓣上设置槽深逐渐变化的旋转导向槽,可绕内通道圈上的导向顶块旋转,并发生偏移脱离或贴合阀座,使阀瓣在旋转开启或关闭时,不但减少了磨损,而且在一定范围内磨损后,提高阀瓣旋转量,使顶块移至导向槽的更浅槽深处,来增加阀瓣偏移量,使阀瓣贴合阀座,弥补之前阀瓣与阀座磨损后残留的空隙,使密封性能依旧良好,不但节省更换维修成本,而且提高工作连续性,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。

具体实施方式
附图表示了本发明的结构,下面再结合附图进一步说明其有关细节。该带导轨硬密封球阀,包括有阀体1、阀杆5和阀座6,阀体1分左阀体和右阀体,阀杆5上端设有手轮,所述阀体1内设有流体通道,所述流体通道内设有阀瓣2和内通道圈3,阀瓣2与阀座6为硬密封,优选阀座6在流体通道壁上堆焊形成;所述阀瓣2为半球体,且阀瓣2外侧面上设有与阀座6匹配的球形密封面10,密封面为硬密封材质,为现有技术,在此不做赘述;所述阀瓣2内侧面上设有旋转导向槽9,导向槽9深度从始端至末端逐渐变浅;所述内通道圈3下端固定安装在阀体1内壁上,内通道圈3下端左侧面上设有导向顶块8,该顶块8与导向槽9相匹配,且导向顶块8头部为球面设置,使得顶块8在导向槽9内移动时更加顺畅、减小阻力;所述阀瓣2颈部设有安装孔,安装孔内壁为凸形圆弧结构,所述阀杆5下端设置在安装孔内与之线接触,并且通过相匹配的半圆键4与键槽来传递扭矩,因为安装孔为凸形圆弧结构,使得半球体阀瓣2可随其颈部在阀杆5下端发生偏移而不影响扭矩的传递。阀杆5传动阀瓣2旋转开启或关闭时,导向槽9绕顶块8移动,随着导向槽9深度的变化,顶块8将使阀瓣2发生偏移脱离或贴合阀座6;同时在所述半球体阀瓣2下端外侧与阀体1之间设有使阀瓣2导向槽9贴合顶块8的弹性装置7,弹性装置7可为碟形弹簧或压缩弹簧。其中为了增加内通道圈3在流体通道内的稳定性,所述内通道圈上端设有凹槽,使阀杆5下端可转动设置在内通道圈3上端的凹槽内。
本发明的工作原理;参见附图1和2,当半球体阀瓣2从开启到关闭时,旋转阀杆5带动半球体阀瓣2进行旋转关闭,阀瓣2的旋转导向槽9由始端至末端绕导向顶块8移动,随着旋转,阀瓣2将由于顶块8的作用力而朝阀座6偏移,即阀瓣2倾斜略向上翘起,此时弹性装置7压缩,而阀瓣2颈部的安装孔为凸形圆弧结构,使得半球体阀瓣2可随其颈部在阀杆5下端发生偏移而不影响扭矩的传递。当半球体阀瓣2从关闭到开启时,反向旋转阀杆5带动半球体阀瓣2进行旋转开启,阀瓣2的旋转导向槽9由末端至始端绕顶块8移动,随着旋转,阀瓣2将由于弹性装置7的弹力作用而偏离阀座6,进而阀瓣2复位到初始开启状态。其中阀瓣2在旋转过程中,通过偏移来实现与阀座6的密封,因此半球体阀瓣2表面磨损后,与阀座6之间的空隙,可以通过加大阀杆5旋转度来增加阀瓣2偏移量来弥补,使得密封性能依旧良好,且阀瓣2旋转过程带有偏移,使得阀瓣2开启和关闭时与阀座6之间的磨损减小。本发明结构合理,使用方便,有效减少阀瓣在使用过程中的磨损和更换率,具有良好的应用前景。

1.一种带导轨硬密封球阀,包括有阀体、阀杆和阀座,所述阀体内设有流体通道,其特征在于:所述流体通道内设有阀瓣和内通道圈,所述阀瓣为半球体,且阀瓣外侧面上设有与阀座匹配的球形密封面,所述阀瓣内侧面上设有旋转导向槽,导向槽深度从始端至末端逐渐变浅;所述内通道圈下端固定安装在阀体内壁上,内通道圈下端左侧面上设有导向顶块,所述顶块与导向槽相匹配;所述阀瓣颈部设有安装孔,安装孔内壁为凸形圆弧结构,所述阀杆下端设置在安装孔内与之线接触,阀杆可传动阀瓣旋转开启或关闭,且导向槽沿着导向顶块移动时,可使阀瓣发生偏移脱离或贴合阀座;所述半球体阀瓣下端外侧与阀体之间设有使阀瓣导向槽贴合顶块的弹性装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的带导轨硬密封球阀,其特征在于:所述内通道圈上端设有凹槽,所述阀杆下端可转动设置在内通道圈上端的凹槽内。
3.如权利要求1所述的带导轨硬密封球阀,其特征在于:所述导向顶块头部为球面设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的带导轨硬密封球阀,其特征在于:所述弹性装置为碟形弹簧或压缩弹簧。
