本发明提出了一种汽车用耐用型密封圈，包括密封圈本体，密封圈本体顶端设有外密封唇和内密封唇，外密封唇和内密封唇的之间形成V型凹槽，V型凹槽槽底圆滑过渡；密封圈本体内设有环形弹性体，环形弹性体的截面呈Y型，环形弹性体包括相互连接的第一弹性部、第二弹性部和第三弹性部，第一弹性部设置在外密封唇内，第二弹性部设置在内密封唇内，第一弹性部与第二弹性部连接处圆弧过渡，第三弹性部设置在密封圈本体内，第一弹性部的长度、第二弹性部的长度均小于第三弹性部的长度。本发明通过在密封圈本体内部设置环形弹性件，增加了密封圈的弹性，延长了密封圈的使用寿命。

一种汽车用耐用型密封圈
技术领域
本发明涉及密封圈技术领域，尤其涉及一种汽车用耐用型密封圈。
背景技术
密封圈对于往复动密封装置来说很重要，而一般的O型密封圈已经不能满足市场的需求，效果不是很明显且使用寿命不长，容易损坏，这给生产带来了不便，延误了生产时间，降低了机器性能和生产效率。Y形密封圈依靠其张开的唇边贴于密封副偶合面。无内压时，仅仅因唇尖的变形而产生很小的接触压力。在密封的情况下，与密封介质接触的每一点上均有与介质压力相等的法向压力，所以唇形圈底部将受到轴向压缩，唇部受到周向压缩，与密封面接触变宽，同时接触应力增加。当内压再升高时，接触压力的分布形式和大小进一步改变，唇部与密封面配合更紧密，所以密封性更好，这就是Y形圈的“自封作用”。但是目前Y型密封圈大都存在容易出现漏气的状况，密封不彻底，降低了橡胶密封圈的密封性能和使用寿命。
发明内容
基于背景技术中存在的技术问题，本发明提出了一种汽车用耐用型密封圈。
本发明提出的一种汽车用耐用型密封圈，包括密封圈本体，密封圈本体顶端设有外密封唇和内密封唇，外密封唇和内密封唇的之间形成V型凹槽，V型凹槽槽底圆滑过渡；密封圈本体内设有环形弹性体，环形弹性体的截面呈Y型，环形弹性体包括相互连接的第一弹性部、第二弹性部和第三弹性部，第一弹性部设置在外密封唇内，第二弹性部设置在内密封唇内，第一弹性部与第二弹性部连接处圆弧过渡，第三弹性部设置在密封圈本体内，第一弹性部的长度、第二弹性部的长度均小于第三弹性部的长度。
优选的，密封圈本体底端外侧设有第一梯形密封部，第一梯形密封部顶端与密封圈本体连接处设有第一弧形槽。
优选的，密封圈本体底端内侧设有第二梯形密封部，第二梯形密封部顶端与密封圈本体连接处设有第二弧形槽。
优选的，外密封唇的厚度小于内密封唇的厚度。
优选的，外密封唇的高度大于内密封唇的高度。
优选的，密封圈本体内侧设有至少一个内副唇。
优选的，密封圈本体外侧设有至少一个外副唇。
本发明通过在密封圈本体内部设置环形弹性件，增加了密封圈的弹性，延长了密封圈的使用寿命；在密封圈底端设有第一梯形密封部，使得外密封唇与阀盖内壁更加紧密贴合，防止密封圈松动；在密封圈底端设有第二梯形密封部，使得密封圈在阀杆的运动过程中始终与阀杆外壁紧密贴合，避免发生漏气，提高了密封圈的密封性能。

参照图1，本发明提出一种汽车用耐用型密封圈，包括密封圈本体1，密封圈本体1顶端设有外密封唇2和内密封唇3，外密封唇2的厚度小于内密封唇3的厚度，外密封唇2的高度大于内密封唇3的高度，外密封唇2和内密封唇3的之间形成V型凹槽4，V型凹槽4槽底圆滑过渡；密封圈本体1内设有环形弹性体5，环形弹性体5的截面呈Y型，环形弹性体5包括相互连接的第一弹性部51、第二弹性部52和第三弹性部53，第一弹性部51设置在外密封唇2内，第二弹性部52设置在内密封唇3内，第一弹性部51与第二弹性部52连接处圆弧过渡，第三弹性部53设置在密封圈本体1内，第一弹性部51的长度、第二弹性部52的长度均小于第三弹性部53的长度。
密封圈本体1底端外侧设有第一梯形密封部6，第一梯形密封部6顶端与密封圈本体1连接处设有第一弧形槽7。密封圈本体1底端内侧设有第二梯形密封部8，第二梯形密封部8顶端与密封圈本体1连接处设有第二弧形槽9。
密封圈本体1内侧设有至少一个内副唇10。密封圈本体1外侧设有至少一个外副唇11。
本发明提出的一种汽车用耐用型密封圈，通过在密封圈本体1内部设置环形弹性件5，增加了密封圈的弹性，延长了密封圈的使用寿命；在密封圈底端设有第一梯形密封部6和外副唇10，使得外密封唇2与阀盖内壁更加紧密贴合，防止密封圈松动；在密封圈底端设有第二梯形密封部8和内副唇11，使得密封圈在阀杆的运动过程中始终与阀杆外壁紧密贴合，避免发生漏气，提高了密封圈的密封性能。

1.一种汽车用耐用型密封圈，其特征在于，包括密封圈本体(1)，密封圈本体(1)顶端设有外密封唇(2)和内密封唇(3)，外密封唇(2)和内密封唇(3)的之间形成V型凹槽(4)，V型凹槽(4)槽底圆滑过渡；密封圈本体(1)内设有环形弹性体(5)，环形弹性体(5)的截面呈Y型，环形弹性体(5)包括相互连接的第一弹性部(51)、第二弹性部(52)和第三弹性部(53)，第一弹性部(51)设置在外密封唇(2)内，第二弹性部(52)设置在内密封唇(3)内，第一弹性部(51)与第二弹性部(52)连接处圆弧过渡，第三弹性部(53)设置在密封圈本体(1)内，第一弹性部(51)的长度、第二弹性部(52)的长度均小于第三弹性部(53)的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用耐用型密封圈，其特征在于，密封圈本体(1)底端外侧设有第一梯形密封部(6)，第一梯形密封部(6)顶端与密封圈本体(1)连接处设有第一弧形槽(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用耐用型密封圈，其特征在于，密封圈本体(1)底端内侧设有第二梯形密封部(8)，第二梯形密封部(8)顶端与密封圈本体(1)连接处设有第二弧形槽(9)。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的汽车用耐用型密封圈，其特征在于，外密封唇(2)的厚度小于内密封唇(3)的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的汽车用耐用型密封圈，其特征在于，外密封唇(2)的高度大于内密封唇(3)的高度。
6.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的汽车用耐用型密封圈，其特征在于，密封圈本体(1)内侧设有至少一个内副唇(10)。
