Abstract

本发明公开了一种带充电桩的钢结构垂直循环式立体车库,解决了带充电桩的钢结构垂直循环式立体车库中各载车板充电引入线容易缠绕和扭断的问题。通过在钢结构框架上固定布置环形滑触线14,作为载车板上充电桩的供电母线,通过各载车板上固定设置的集电臂16上的电刷17,将电取到三角挂板上;通过在三角挂板上设置集电环8,将取来的电引入到集电环8的外圈20上,而将载车板吊管10与集电环8的内圈19固定连接,当载车板从水平轨道运行到垂直轨道上时,将载车板吊杆相对三角挂板所发生的转动,转换成为集电环8的内圈19与外圈20的相互转动,避免了引入电源线发生缠绕,甚至被扭断现象的发生。本发明结构简单,保证了各停车位上充电桩的正常供电。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢结构立体车库,特别涉及一种带充电桩的钢结构垂直循环式立体车库。
背景技术
电动汽车是清洁能源汽车,随着电池技术的不断发展和电动汽车续行里程的不断增加,电动汽车在城市的普及率在不断上升。钢结构垂直循环式立体车库具有安装方便、快捷,可靠性高等特点,近年来发展非常迅速。由于垂直循环式立体车库具有多个载车板,若要满足电动汽车的充电要求,应当在每个载车板上设置充电桩,这些载车板分布在呈立体布置的封闭环形轨道上,会随着存取车位的不同,随机地顺时针或逆时针转动,充电桩的引入电源线会随着载车板的转动发生缠绕现象;此外,由于垂直循环式立体车库的载车板是通过载车板吊杆吊接在封闭链条的三角挂板上的,当三角挂板随封闭链条从水平轨道运行到垂直轨道上时,载车板吊杆相对三角挂板会发生转动,以保证载车板及其上停放车辆的水平位置不变,而载车板上充电桩的电源线是由三角挂板引入到载车板上的,当载车板吊杆相对三角挂板发生转动时,会使引入电源线发生缠绕,甚至被扭断,使载车板上充电桩失电。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种带充电桩的钢结构垂直循环式立体车库,解决了带充电桩的钢结构垂直循环式立体车库中各载车板充电引入线容易缠绕和扭断的技术问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案解决以上技术问题的:
一种带充电桩的钢结构垂直循环式立体车库,包括后龙门架和前龙门架,在后龙门架的上端设置有后龙门架链条行走上链轮,在后龙门架的下端设置有后龙门架链条行走下链轮,在后龙门架链条行走上链轮与后龙门架链条行走下链轮之间设置有后封闭链条,在后封闭链条上等间隔距离地固定设置有后三角挂板,在前龙门架的上端设置有前龙门架链条行走上链轮,在前龙门架的下端设置有前龙门架链条行走下链轮,在前龙门架链条行走上链轮与前龙门架链条行走下链轮之间设置有前封闭链条,在前封闭链条上等间隔距离地固定设置有前三角挂板,在后封闭链条外侧的后龙门架上设置有环形滑触线,在后三角挂板上设置有集电臂固定座,在集电臂固定座上设置有集电臂,集电臂上的电刷与环形滑触线压接在一起,在后三角挂板的顶端固定设置有集电环,在集电环的内圈上连接有载车板吊管,在集电环的外圈与集电臂之间设置有引电线,在载车板吊管上吊接有载车板,在载车板的吊梁上设置有充电桩,在充电桩与集电环的内圈之间设置有第二引电线。
在载车板上停放有充电汽车。
本发明结构简单,维护方便,保证了各停车位上充电桩在车库使用中的正常供电。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明:
一种带充电桩的钢结构垂直循环式立体车库,包括后龙门架1和前龙门架2,在后龙门架1的上端设置有后龙门架链条行走上链轮4,在后龙门架1的下端设置有后龙门架链条行走下链轮5,在后龙门架链条行走上链轮4与后龙门架链条行走下链轮5之间设置有后封闭链条6,在后封闭链条6上等间隔距离地固定设置有后三角挂板7,在前龙门架2的上端设置有前龙门架链条行走上链轮3,在前龙门架2的下端设置有前龙门架链条行走下链轮,在前龙门架链条行走上链轮与前龙门架链条行走下链轮之间设置有前封闭链条,在前封闭链条上等间隔距离地固定设置有前三角挂板,在后封闭链条6外侧的后龙门架1上设置有环形滑触线14,在后三角挂板7上设置有集电臂固定座15,在集电臂固定座15上设置有集电臂16,集电臂16上的电刷17与环形滑触线14压接在一起,在后三角挂板7的顶端固定设置有集电环8,在集电环8的内圈19上连接有载车板吊管10,在集电环8的外圈20与集电臂16之间设置有引电线9,在载车板吊管10上吊接有载车板13,在载车板13的吊梁11上设置有充电桩12,在充电桩12与集电环8的内圈19之间设置有第二引电线18。
在载车板13上停放有充电汽车。本发明的总体思路是通过在钢结构框架上固定布置环形滑触线14,作为载车板上充电桩的供电母线,通过各载车板上固定设置的集电臂16上的电刷17,将电取到三角挂板上;并通过在三角挂板上设置集电环8,将取来的电引入到集电环8的外圈20上,而将载车板吊管10与集电环8的内圈19固定连接,当载车板从水平轨道运行到垂直轨道上时,将载车板吊杆相对三角挂板所发生的转动,转换成为集电环8的内圈19与外圈20的相互转动,而集电环8的内圈19与外圈20具有导电的功能,从而避免了引入电源线发生缠绕,甚至被扭断现象的发生。

1.一种带充电桩的钢结构垂直循环式立体车库,包括后龙门架(1)和前龙门架(2),在后龙门架(1)的上端设置有后龙门架链条行走上链轮(4),在后龙门架(1)的下端设置有后龙门架链条行走下链轮(5),在后龙门架链条行走上链轮(4)与后龙门架链条行走下链轮(5)之间设置有后封闭链条(6),在后封闭链条(6)上等间隔距离地固定设置有后三角挂板(7),在前龙门架(2)的上端设置有前龙门架链条行走上链轮(3),在前龙门架(2)的下端设置有前龙门架链条行走下链轮,在前龙门架链条行走上链轮与前龙门架链条行走下链轮之间设置有前封闭链条,在前封闭链条上等间隔距离地固定设置有前三角挂板,其特征在于,在后封闭链条(6)外侧的后龙门架(1)上设置有环形滑触线(14),在后三角挂板(7)上设置有集电臂固定座(15),在集电臂固定座(15)上设置有集电臂(16),集电臂(16)上的电刷(17)与环形滑触线(14)压接在一起,在后三角挂板(7)的顶端固定设置有集电环(8),在集电环(8)的内圈(19)上连接有载车板吊管(10),在集电环(8)的外圈(20)与集电臂(16)之间设置有引电线(9),在载车板吊管(10)上吊接有载车板(13),在载车板(13)的吊梁(11)上设置有充电桩(12),在充电桩(12)与集电环(8)的内圈(19)之间设置有第二引电线(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带充电桩的钢结构垂直循环式立体车库,其特征在于,在载车板(13)上停放有充电汽车。
