Abstract

本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种高渗透纸及其制备方法。所述的高渗透纸,由如下重量百分数的原料制成:木浆90~97%;助剂3~10%;其中,木浆以绝干量计。本发明高渗透纸不仅具有渗透性好、透气性高、匀度高、上胶量高、柔软性好的特点,并且经下游客户浸胶、将耐磨材料喷涂在纸面,再经高温压贴后,可制成强化木地板,具有光泽度高、耐磨转数稳定、清晰度达到普通耐磨纸不可模拟的效果,市场前景十分广阔;所述制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。

高渗透纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种高渗透纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,表层耐磨纸有3种生产工艺,第1种是在原纸生产过程中,在纸浆内添加耐磨料,所生产的耐磨纸,耐磨料没有包覆在纤维里面,大部分在纤维外部,在木地板热压过程中,耐磨料与模板紧密接触,对模板造成很大程度的磨损。通常情况下,使用带有耐磨剂的普通耐磨纸压贴地板时,一块模板在压贴4000压后,就必须重新更换模板,才能继续使用,否则地板表面光泽度会明显降低,严重影响强化木地板的亮度,及清晰度,所生产的强化木地板达不到客户使用要求。第2种是耐磨剂在原纸生产过程中涂在原纸上,由于纸机车速快,耐磨料分散不均匀,导致木地板的耐磨转数不稳定,制约着人们的正常使用。第3种是下游客户使用耐磨混合物(三聚氰胺胶+三氧化二铝等)喷涂在表层纸(原纸不含耐磨料)的上面。在压贴喷涂表层耐磨纸时,把喷涂耐磨混合料的一面放入背面压贴,模板的热压次数高达20000压以上才进行修复,是第一种生产工艺压贴次数的五倍。但是,由于原纸渗透差、柔软性差,上胶量低导致下游客户在浸渍喷涂时,耐磨混合物分散不均匀,严重影响强化木地板的耐磨转数。人们迫切需求一种渗透性好、透气性高、匀度高、上胶量高、柔软性好的高渗透纸。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高渗透纸,具有渗透性好、透气性高、匀度高、上胶量高、柔软性好的特点;本发明同时提供了高渗透纸的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
本发明所述的高渗透纸,由如下重量百分数的原料制成:
木浆 90~97%
助剂 3~10%
其中,木浆以绝干量计。
优选地,所述的高渗透纸,由如下重量百分数的原料制成:
木浆 90~95%
助剂 5~10%。
其中:
所述的助剂由如下重量百分数的原料制成:
硫酸铝 0.2~3%
聚丙烯酰胺 0.5~4.5%
湿强剂 92.5~99.3%。
所述的木浆为漂白硫酸盐长纤维针叶木浆。木浆全部选用漂白硫酸盐长纤维针叶木浆,针叶木浆的使用可提高纸张的强度。不需要添加棉浆、耐磨料及膨化剂、渗透剂、柔软剂达到原纸渗透效果。
所述的高渗透纸的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)碎浆:首先将木浆加入到水力碎浆机内进行碎解;
(2)磨浆:将步骤(1)所得碎浆后物质经过纤维疏解机将纤维疏解后,通过双盘磨打浆机打浆,将纤维切断、分丝帚化,得叩后木浆;
(3)将步骤(2)所得叩后木浆泵入加填池内,然后将助剂加入加填池中搅拌混合,最后用水调节成浓度为2.5~3.0%的浆料;
(4)抄造前将步骤(3)所得浆料加水稀释至体积浓度为0.01~0.015%;泵送至除渣器后,进入流浆箱,经斜网脱水形成湿纸料;
(5)将步骤(4)所得湿纸料经穿透釭脱水、烘干部蒸发水分后形成纸张,即为高渗透纸。
采用穿透釭对湿纸叶进行脱水,打破了现有的利用压榨工序进行脱水方式。所谓穿透釭(简称TAD)脱水就是将湿纸页吸到能够赋予纸张三维结构的结构织物上,然后纸幅和结构织物一起被传送到一个大型多孔辊筒上,这时温度高达350℃的热干燥空气穿过结构织物和纸幅,从而达到干燥纸幅的目的。当纸幅从TAD多孔辊传到杨克烘缸时,纸幅已经具备很高的干度,在杨克烘缸上的TAD纸幅仅有25%受压,而传统压榨脱水工艺中的纸幅100%都要受挤压。从而,消除了因压榨压力导致对纤维形状不同程度的破坏,因此,该新型TAD技术所生产的表层纸具有很高的柔软度,松厚度和吸收性,所生产表层纸的吸水性能是普通表层纸的2-3倍,(普通表层纸吸高20-60mm/10min,本申请高渗透纸吸高60-150mm/10min)。从而,提高了原纸的松厚度、柔软性,纸张的吸胶性能,使下游客户在浸渍、喷涂时,耐磨料均匀分散在纸表面、平整度一致。
其中:
所述的碎解为碎解至体积浓度为4.0~5.0%。
所述的打浆为打浆至打浆度17~20°SR。
所述的斜网脱水,斜网与水平面向上倾斜15~25度。
本发明产品主要性能指标:
克重:18~55g/m2
横幅定量差:≤2.5g/m2
透气度:5~15s/100mL/16层
湿拉力:5~8N
干拉力:20~40N
吸高:60~150mm/10min
规格:1250mm~2510mm。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明高渗透纸不仅具有渗透性好、透气性高、匀度高、上胶量高、柔软性好的特点,并且经下游客户浸胶、将耐磨材料喷涂在纸面,再经高温压贴后,可制成强化木地板,具有光泽度高、耐磨转数稳定、清晰度达到普通耐磨纸不可模拟的效果,市场前景十分广阔。
(2)本发明高渗透纸技术性能好、产品质量稳定、装饰效果好,符合当前客户需求的高档表层装饰材料的标准。
(3)本发明高渗透纸是一种资源节约型、环保友好型的产品,是家具制造、车辆、船舶、飞机、柜台、建筑物内部装修、仪表设备和家电外壳装修等使用领域的替代产品。
(4)本发明同时提供了高渗透纸的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
(5)本发明高渗透纸的吸高是普通表层纸的2~3倍,(普通表层纸吸高20~60mm/10min,高渗透纸吸高60~150mm/10min)。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
所述的高渗透纸,由如下重量百分数的原料组成:
漂白硫酸盐长纤维针叶木浆 90%
助剂 10%;
所述的助剂,由如下重量百分数的原料组成:
硫酸铝 0.2%
聚丙烯酰胺 1.7%
湿强剂 98.1%。
制备方法如下:
(1)碎浆:首先将漂白硫酸盐长纤维针叶木浆加入到水力碎浆机内进行碎解;
(2)磨浆:将步骤(1)所得碎浆后物质经过纤维疏解机将纤维疏解后,通过双盘磨打浆机打浆,将纤维切断、分丝帚化,达到高渗透纸生产的打浆度要求,得叩后木浆;
(3)将步骤(2)所得叩后木浆泵入加填池内,然后将助剂加入加填池中搅拌混合,最后用水调节成浓度为2.5%的浆料;
(4)抄造前将步骤(3)所得浆料加水稀释至体积浓度为0.01%;泵送至除渣器后,进入流浆箱,经斜网脱水形成湿纸料;
(5)将步骤(4)所得湿纸料经穿透釭脱水、烘干部蒸发水分后形成纸张,即为高渗透纸。
所述的碎解为碎解至体积浓度为4.0%。
所述的打浆为打浆至打浆度17°SR。
所述的斜网脱水,斜网与水平面向上倾斜15度。

所述的高渗透纸,由如下重量百分数的原料组成:

所述的助剂,由如下重量百分数的原料组成:
硫酸铝 1.7%

湿强剂 96.0%。
制备方法如下:
(1)碎浆:首先将漂白硫酸盐长纤维针叶木浆加入到水力碎浆机内进行碎解;
(2)磨浆:将步骤(1)所得碎浆后物质经过纤维疏解机将纤维疏解后,通过双盘磨打浆机打浆,将纤维切断、分丝帚化,达到高渗透纸生产的打浆度要求,得叩后木浆;
(3)将步骤(2)所得叩后木浆泵入加填池内,然后将助剂加入加填池中搅拌混合,最后用水调节成浓度为2.8%的浆料;
(4)抄造前将步骤(3)所得浆料加水稀释至体积浓度为0.012%;泵送至除渣器后,进入流浆箱,经斜网脱水形成湿纸料;
(5)将步骤(4)所得湿纸料经穿透釭脱水、烘干部蒸发水分后形成纸张,即为高渗透纸。
所述的碎解为碎解至体积浓度为4.5%。
所述的打浆为打浆至打浆度18.5°SR。
所述的斜网脱水,斜网与水平面向上倾斜20度。

漂白硫酸盐长纤维针叶木浆 97%
助剂 3%;
所述的助剂,由如下重量百分数的原料组成:
硫酸铝 3%
聚丙烯酰胺 4.5%
湿强剂 92.5%。
制备方法如下:
(1)碎浆:首先将漂白硫酸盐长纤维针叶木浆加入到水力碎浆机内进行碎解;
(2)磨浆:将步骤(1)所得碎浆后物质经过纤维疏解机将纤维疏解后,通过双盘磨打浆机打浆,将纤维切断、分丝帚化,达到高渗透纸生产的打浆度要求,得叩后木浆;
(3)将步骤(2)所得叩后木浆泵入加填池内,然后将助剂加入加填池中搅拌混合,最后用水调节成浓度为3.0%的浆料;
(4)抄造前将步骤(3)所得浆料加水稀释至体积浓度为0.015%;泵送至除渣器后,进入流浆箱,经斜网脱水形成湿纸料;
(5)将步骤(4)所得湿纸料经穿透釭脱水、烘干部蒸发水分后形成纸张,即为高渗透纸。
所述的碎解为碎解至体积浓度为5.0%。
所述的打浆为打浆至打浆度20°SR。
所述的斜网脱水,斜网与水平面向上倾斜25度。

1.一种高渗透纸,其特征在于:由如下重量百分数的原料组成:
漂白硫酸盐长纤维针叶木浆 95%
助剂 5%;
所述的助剂,由如下重量百分数的原料组成:
硫酸铝 1.7%
聚丙烯酰胺 2.3%
湿强剂 96.0%;
所述的高渗透纸的制备方法如下:
(1)碎浆:首先将漂白硫酸盐长纤维针叶木浆加入到水力碎浆机内进行碎解;
(2)磨浆:将步骤(1)所得碎浆后物质经过纤维疏解机将纤维疏解后,通过双盘磨打浆机打浆,将纤维切断、分丝帚化,达到高渗透纸生产的打浆度要求,得叩后木浆;
(3)将步骤(2)所得叩后木浆泵入加填池内,然后将助剂加入加填池中搅拌混合,最后用水调节成浓度为2.8%的浆料;
(4)抄造前将步骤(3)所得浆料加水稀释至体积浓度为0.012%;泵送至除渣器后,进入流浆箱,经斜网脱水形成湿纸料;
(5)将步骤(4)所得湿纸料经穿透釭脱水、烘干部蒸发水分后形成纸张,即为高渗透纸;
