本发明公开了一种用于混纺织物数码印花的喷墨墨水,按重量百分比由以下组分组成:染料2.0‑20.0%;分散剂1.0‑10%;粘度调节剂10‑35.0%;表面张力控制剂0.2‑1.0%;pH控制剂0.1‑2.0%;杀菌剂0.3‑1%;其余为去离子水。本发明的喷墨墨水,适合涤/棉、涤/毛、涤/粘、涤/麻、锦/棉混纺织物数码印花的喷墨墨水,使用该墨水数码印花所得混纺织物,纤维素纤维和化学纤维都能过获得上染,从而消除使用单一性质成分墨水所打印产品的某种纤维不能上染造成的色花现象;同时,印花产品各项色牢度指标均符合国家生态纺织品技术要求标准GB/T 18885‑2009。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷墨墨水,更准确地说,涉及一种用于混纺织物数码印花的喷墨墨水。
背景技术
近年来, 纺织品数字印花技术由于生产工艺简单,无需制版,对染料利用率高,而成为一种高质量低成本、环境友好的纺织品印花生产方法。数字喷墨印花发展迅速,发展出良好的产业化前景。
将喷墨墨水应用到纺织品工业中,墨水的稳定性和色牢度都需要满足较高的要求,现有纺织品工业中使用的墨水多为活性染料墨水、 酸性染料墨水或分散染料墨水,其中活性染料墨水、酸性染料墨水或分散染料墨水均无法对混纺织物中的所有纤维有良好的上染,因此无法满足混纺织物的色牢度。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种用于混纺织物数码印花的喷墨墨水,对混纺织物中的纤维有良好的上染效果,提高混纺织物的色牢度。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于混纺织物数码印花的喷墨墨水,按重量百分比由以下组分组成:
染料 2.0-20.0%;
分散剂 1.0-10%;
粘度调节剂 10-35.0%;
表面张力控制剂 0.2-1.0%;
pH 控制剂 0.1-2.0%;
杀菌剂 0.3-1%;
去离子水其余量。
优选的是:所述染料选自C.I.活性黑39、C.I.活性蓝14、C.I.活性蓝72、C.I.活 性蓝49、C.I.活性红24、C.I.活性红245、C.I.活性黄95、C.I.活性橙13、C.I.分散蓝79、C.I.分散蓝93、C.I.分散蓝284、C.I.分散红153:1、C.I.分散红92、C.I.分散橙73、C.I.分散橙76、C.I.分散黄114中的至少一种。
优选的是:所述分散剂为苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚物。
优选的是:所述粘度调节剂为丙三醇、二乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇400、1,5- 戊二醇中的一种或几种。
优选的是:所述表面张力控制剂为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷表面活性剂。

优选的是:所述杀菌剂为苯并异噻唑啉酮。本发明的喷墨墨水,适合涤/棉、涤/毛、涤/粘、涤/麻、锦/棉混纺织物数码印花的喷墨墨水,使用该墨水数码印花所得混纺织物,纤维素纤维和化学纤维都能获得上染,从而消除使用单一性质成分墨水所打印产品的某种纤维不能上染造成的色花现象;同时,印花产品各项色牢度指标均符合国家生态纺织品技术要求标准GB/T18885-2009。墨水的稳定性、打印等技术性能符合中华人民共和国轻工行业标准QB/T2730-2005的要求。

本实施例优选沙多玛公司生产的SMA-3000,主要成分数均分子量为3800的苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物作为分散剂, 毕克化学公司生产的BYK-348和BYK-345,主要成分为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷作为表面张力控制剂。
本发明中提供的用于混纺织物数码印花的喷墨墨水,可应用到微压电、热发泡打印机;品质稳定可长时间储存, 符合中华人民共和国轻工行业标准 QB/T 2730-2005。
