Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于涤棉混纺织物的喷墨墨水,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分制成:染料:2.0‑30.0%、分散剂:1.0‑15.0%、粘度调节剂:10.0‑35.0%、表面张力控制剂:0.2‑2.0%、pH控制剂:0.1‑2.0%、杀菌剂:0.1‑1.0%、去离子水:其余量。所述喷墨墨水的制备步骤包括:将分散剂加入去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入染料,继续搅拌均匀后向其中加入粘度调节剂、表面张力控制剂、pH控制剂以及杀菌剂,搅拌混合均匀后得浆料;以及将浆料研磨至浆料粒径D90为300nm左后后过滤即得所述喷墨墨水。本发明的喷墨墨水同时使用还原染料和分散染料,通过纳米分散技术将二者同时稳定分散在墨水中,使得还原染料和分散染料共同作用实现涤棉织物的发色,有效解决采用单一种类的染料不能兼顾两种纤维的问题。

一种用于涤棉混纺织物的喷墨墨水及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷墨墨水,具体涉及一种用于涤棉混纺织物的喷墨墨水及其制备方法,属于喷墨打印技术领域。
背景技术
数码喷墨印花由于其无需制版,灵活快速的特点已经逐步被市场所接受。同时,市面上各种纺织面料也对数码喷墨印花用的墨水提出了更高的要求。其中,涤棉混纺织物由于其结合了涤纶纤维的耐磨性以及棉纤维的吸水柔软性而深受市场欢迎。然而,由于涤纶纤维和棉纤维需要不同的染料和/或工艺进行印花,所以导致涤棉混纺纤维的印花工艺及其复杂及困难。目前市售的数码印花喷墨墨水一般都是单一染料或颜料种类,如活性墨水、分散墨水、涂料墨水等,在将其应用于涤棉混纺织物时不能满足两种纤维同时上色,容易出现露白、印花颜色暗淡以及牢度低等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于涤棉混纺织物的喷墨墨水,其通过还原染料和分散染料的共同作用可有实现涤棉织物的发色,有效解决采用单一种类的染料不能兼顾两种纤维的问题。此外,本发明还提供了一种所述喷墨墨水的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于涤棉混纺织物的喷墨墨水,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分制成:染料:2.0-30.0%、分散剂:1.0-15.0%、粘度调节剂:10.0-35.0%、表面张力控制剂:0.2-2.0%、pH控制剂:0.1-2.0%、杀菌剂:0.1-1.0%、去离子水:其余量。
其中:所述染料为还原染料和分散染料,具体地,所述还原染料为C.I.还原黄1、C.I.还原黄3、C.I.还原橙9、C.I.还原红1、C.I.还原29、C.I.还原红42、C.I.还原紫1、C.I.还原蓝20、C.I.还原蓝64、C.I.还原棕25、C.I.还原黑9中的至少一种;以及所述分散染料为C.I.分散蓝93、C.I.分散蓝284、C.I.分散蓝360、C.I.分散蓝359、C.I.分散红153:1、C.I.分散红92、C.I.分散橙73、C.I.分散橙76、C.I.分散棕27、C.I.分散黄74、C.I.分散黄114中的至少一种。
所述分散剂为丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物、丙烯酸-苯乙烯共聚物、木质素磺酸钠、1-萘磺酸钠盐、2-萘磺酸钠盐、磺酸钠、磺酸镁、磺酸钙、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺中的至少一种。
所述粘度调节剂为丙三醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、异丙醇、异丁醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-丙二醇、乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇叔丁醚、二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇二乙醚、丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甜菜碱、聚乙二醇400、聚乙二醇1000、聚乙二醇8000、1,5-戊二醇中的至少一种。
所述表面张力控制剂为非离子表面活性剂、有机硅类表面活性剂、羧酸基甜菜碱、磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基氨基丙酸中的至少一种;具体地,在本发明中,所述非离子表面活性剂可选择例如美国气体化学公司的Surfynol 465、Surfynol 604、Surfynol 485、Surfynol104、Dynol 607以及迪高公司的TEGO Airex 920、TEGO 510,所述有机硅类表面活性剂可选择例如迪高公司的TEGO WET 260、TEGO WET 270、TEGO WET 280、JFC-M。
所述pH控制剂为冰醋酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、盐酸、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、一乙醇胺、硫酸铵、氯化铵、二乙醇胺、2-氨基乙醇、酒石酸钠、柠檬酸钠中的至少一种。
所述杀菌剂为苯并异噻唑啉酮。
本发明还提供了一种如上所述喷墨墨水的制备方法,其制备步骤包括:
1)将如上所述重量百分比的分散剂加入去离子水中,充分混合搅拌均匀后加入染料,继续搅拌均匀后向其中加入如上所述重量百分比的粘度调节剂、表面张力控制剂、pH控制剂以及杀菌剂,搅拌混合均匀后得浆料;
2)利用分散研磨机将步骤1)中得到的浆料研磨至浆料粒径D90为280nm-320nm后,以0.65μm的滤膜过滤即得本发明所述的用于涤棉混合织物的喷墨墨水。
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明通过纳米分散技术将还原染料和分散染料同时稳定分散在同一墨水中,将其应用于打印涤棉织物时,墨水中的还原染料可上染涤棉混纺织物中的棉纤维,而墨水中的分散染料可上染涤棉混纺织物中的涤纶纤维,从而使得还原染料和分散染料共同作用实现涤棉织物的发色,消除使用单一性质成分墨水所打印涤棉混纺织物时某种纤维不能上染导致的色花问题,有效解决了目前涤棉混纺织物喷墨墨水颜色鲜艳度差、水洗牢度差、干湿摩擦牢度差、图案露白等缺点,实现涤棉混纺织物的充分上染。最终达到颜色鲜艳、饱和度高、牢度优异的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明。若无特别说明,本发明中所采用的的各原料均可通过实验购买得到。
实施例1
一种用于涤棉混纺织物的黑色喷墨墨水,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分制成:C.I.分散蓝93:2.0%、分散红153:1:1.0%、C.I.分散橙73:2.0%、C.I.还原黑9:8.0%、木质素磺酸钠:3.0%、丙三醇:30.0%、Surfynol 465:1.0%、二乙醇胺:0.7%、苯并异噻唑啉酮:0.1%、去离子水:其余量。所述黑色喷墨墨水的制备步骤包括:将木质素磺酸钠加入去离子水中混合搅拌均匀后加入C.I.分散蓝93、分散红153:1、C.I.分散橙73以及C.I.还原黑9,继续搅拌均匀后加入丙三醇、Surfynol 465、二乙醇胺以及苯并异噻唑啉酮,搅拌混合均匀后得浆料;随后,利用分散研磨机将该浆料研磨至浆料粒径D90为300nm左右后,以0.65μm的玻璃纤维滤膜过滤即得所述的用于涤棉混合织物的黑色喷墨墨水。
实施例2
一种用于涤棉混纺织物的蓝色喷墨墨水,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分制成:C.I.分散蓝360:8.0%、C.I.还原蓝64:7.0%、丙烯酸-苯乙烯共聚物:5.0%、乙二醇:30.0%、Surfynol 485:1.0%、一乙醇胺:0.5%、苯并异噻唑啉酮:0.1%、去离子水:其余量。所述蓝色喷墨墨水的制备过程与实施例1相类似,在此不再赘述。
实施例3
一种用于涤棉混纺织物的红色喷墨墨水,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分制成:C.I.分散红92:6.0%、C.I.还原红1:7.0%、丙烯酸-苯乙烯共聚物:4.0%、1,2-丙二醇:30.0%、Dynol 607:1.0%、氢氧化钠:0.1%、苯并异噻唑啉酮:0.5%、去离子水:其余量。所述红色喷墨墨水的制备过程与实施例1相类似,在此不再赘述。
实施例4
一种用于涤棉混纺织物的黄色喷墨墨水,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分制成:C.I.分散黄74:5.0%、C.I.还原黄3:6.0%、2-萘磺酸钠盐:6.0%、聚乙二醇400:25.0%、JFC:1.0%、2-氨基乙醇:0.3%、苯并异噻唑啉酮:0.3%、去离子水:其余量。所述黄色喷墨墨水的制备过程与实施例1相类似,在此不再赘述。
对实施例1-实施例4中制得的喷墨墨水进行理化性能测试,其结果如表1所示:

通过表2以及表3的检测数据可知,将本发明的喷墨墨水应用于涤棉织物上之后,具有良好的色彩鲜艳度、饱和度以及牢度。

3.根据权利要求2所述的喷墨墨水,其特征在于:所述还原染料为C.I.还原黄1、C.I.还原黄3、C.I.还原橙9、C.I.还原红1、C.I.还原红29、C.I.还原红42、C.I.还原紫1、C.I.还原蓝20、C.I.还原蓝64、C.I.还原棕25、C.I.还原黑9中的至少一种。

7.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的喷墨墨水,其特征在于:所述表面张力控制剂为非离子表面活性剂、有机硅类表面活性剂、羧酸基甜菜碱、磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基氨基丙酸中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的喷墨墨水,其特征在于:所述pH控制剂为冰醋酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、盐酸、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、一乙醇胺、硫酸铵、氯化铵、二乙醇胺、2-氨基乙醇、酒石酸钠、柠檬酸钠中的至少一种;所述杀菌剂为苯并异噻唑啉酮。
9.一种用于涤棉混纺织物的喷墨墨水的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
1)将分散剂加入去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入染料,继续搅拌均匀后向其中加入粘度调节剂、表面张力控制剂、pH控制剂以及杀菌剂,搅拌混合均匀后得浆料;
2)将步骤1)中的浆料研磨至浆料粒径D90为280nm-320nm后,以0.65μm的滤膜过滤即得所述喷墨墨水。
