技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,涉及一种纺织整理液,尤其涉及一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的改善接触冷暖感的整理液及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品舒适性包括很多方面的内容,主要是热湿舒适性、接触舒适性、形变舒适性以及心理舒适性。其中除了心理上舒适性与纺织材料的性能无关外,其他舒适性都与材料的性能有关。纺织品的热湿舒适性是指人体穿着衣服后,在不同环境条件下人体本身产生的热量、水份和周围环境中散失的热量、水份等之间达到能量交换的平衡时,人体感到的既不冷又不热,既不闷又不湿的舒适满意性能。它由纺织材料、人体和外界环境的热湿传递特性所决定的。触觉舒适性是纺织品接触皮肤时,使皮肤湿度突然变化的幅度小,并能很快平衡而无湿粘感。皮肤接触纺织品时,显得蓬松而有弹性,柔软、光滑不粗燥,无刺痒感和刺扎感。它由纺织材料的力学特性决定的。形变舒适性也称运动舒适性,表示纺织品的重量、结构放松量、织物弹性所造成的压力合适,不会太紧以致影响活动和运动,在活动中也可以保持一定的皮肤温度,达到热湿平衡。它也由纺织材料的性能决定。
人体是由80%以上的水份组成,即使在静态时也一直在蒸发水份,每天约散失水份为0.5~1.9kg。人体着装后,其皮肤与纺织品之间形成一个“微气候”状态,因人而异具有相应的温度与湿度,与外界气候有所不同。因此,纺织品的热湿舒适性是影响穿着舒适最重要的因素。
由于纤维吸湿性是决定织物热湿传递的一个关键因素。纤维的吸湿能力较强,对织物与环境之间的热湿交换过程所需的时间长,而使温度的变化所需要的时间长短,同湿度的织物进行比较,皮肤温度的下降程度随纤维吸湿能力的增强而趋缓。所以,织物含湿量的改变以及织物温度的改变,对皮肤温度下降有很大影响,同时对舒适性也有着重要影响。
作为日常生活中身体大部分的覆盖物,材料动态而频繁地与人体大部分皮肤接触,从而产生了各种机械、热、化学或电学方面的刺激。因此,材料触觉对皮肤刺激所引起的人体感官感觉变化,影响到纺织品的全部舒适状态。
人体皮肤组织结构复杂,有表皮层和真皮层。在真皮下面是肌肉结缔组织皮下组织'和脂肪细胞。皮肤中的神经末梢有两种类型小体神经末梢和非小体或游离神经末梢。人体皮肤的界面神经对所处环境形成了特定的感觉感受器,能识别各种外界刺激,产生了冷、暖和痛、痒等感觉。
而与触觉舒适性有关的刺痛与瘙痒感,其形成的主要原因是织物粗糙和挂刺感。从对消费者调查及体验的感觉反应中发现,挂刺感与织物粗糙度有明显关系。专家们发现整理过的织物比本色织物感觉更“粗糙”。研究还发现,当热、湿条件相同时,由弯曲刚度和摩擦力较小的长丝制成的织物挂刺感明显下降。这些纤维是尼龙、人造纤维和棉纤维等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,获得一种能够保证处理后的纺织品具有良好的平整性、吸湿性,从而提高棉织物的接触冷暖感的整理液,本发明提供了一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的改善接触冷暖感的整理液及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的改善接触冷暖感的整理液,由以下组分按重量份数配比制成:改性丝胶蛋白25~48份、醋酸12~26份、聚硅氧烷6~14份、磷酸钠8~21份、壳聚糖3~11份、硫酸铵8~19份、赖氨酸3~12份、硼酸2~9份。

一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的改善接触冷暖感的整理液的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡26~48小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:2~7,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡13~36小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:1.5~5,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;
(2)丝胶粗提取:将预处理后的茧壳置于1~4%碳酸钠溶液中,煮沸35~80分钟,收集粗提液;
(3)丝胶精制:将丝胶粗提液置于透析袋中,室温下将透析袋置于超纯水中,每隔7~12小时换水一次,向透析后的丝胶溶液中加入聚乙二醇,磁力搅拌30~60分钟;
(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1~1.7混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.1~0.14MPa处理0.5~1.2小时;
(5)成品:将醋酸、聚硅氧烷、磷酸钠、壳聚糖、硫酸铵、赖氨酸和硼酸加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,25~40℃搅拌反应1~5小时。
优选的,步骤(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡40小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:6,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡30小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:3.5,蒸馏水洗净、晾干。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的改善接触冷暖感的整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)茧壳预处理:采用蒸馏水清洗茧壳,晾干后置于乙醚中浸泡40小时,茧壳与乙醚的质量比为1:6,蒸馏水洗净、晾干;再置于无水乙醇中浸泡30小时,茧壳与无水乙醇的质量比为1:3.5,蒸馏水洗净、晾干。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的改善接触冷暖感的整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)丝胶粗提取:将预处理后的茧壳置于2.5%碳酸钠溶液中,煮沸60分钟,收集粗提液。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的改善接触冷暖感的整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)丝胶精制:将丝胶粗提液置于透析袋中,室温下将透析袋置于超纯水中,每隔9小时换水一次,向透析后的丝胶溶液中加入聚乙二醇,磁力搅拌50分钟。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的改善接触冷暖感的整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)丝胶改性:将精制后的丝胶与碳酸氢钠按质量比1:1.5混合,置于高压灭菌锅中,121℃、0.12MPa处理0.8小时。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有改性丝胶蛋白的改善接触冷暖感的整理液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)成品:将醋酸、聚硅氧烷、磷酸钠、壳聚糖、硫酸铵、赖氨酸和硼酸加入改性后的丝胶溶液中,35℃搅拌反应4小时。
