一种环保型亲肤面料，包括保护层和贴身层，所述保护层的面料为天丝面料，所述贴身层由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线由牛奶蛋白纤维与大豆蛋白纤维混纺而成，所述纬线由竹原纤维与绢丝混纺而成，所述保护层与贴身层由粘结剂粘合。本发明的织物面料符合纺织“安全、环保、健康”的发展趋势，面料原料具有较好的亲肤性，用于贴身穿着/铺盖时具有滋润皮肤和抗疲劳、抗衰老的生物功效，可有效改善人体微循环，提高免疫力。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域，具体涉及一种环保型亲肤面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，对服装面料的要求也越来越高，除了要求美观舒适，对功能性要求也越来越高，因而产生出很多功能性服装面料，以满足消费者的需求，为人们的日常生活中带来更多的便利。随着人们科学观念的不断提高，有关生态、环保、无公害等绿色概念越来越深入人心，而具有绿色概念的面料服饰越来越受到人们的关注，开发前景非常广阔。
现有技术中，常见的用于贴身的面料有纯棉面料、真丝面料、亚麻面料和人造纤维面料或者这些原料的混合纺织面料。纯棉面料织物由于穿着舒适受到人们的普遍欢迎，但是在使用过程中，棉织物会滋生大量的细菌和螨虫，容易发霉变味，而且不宜长时间在洗涤液中浸泡或长时间的曝晒，给使用者带来不便，尽管人们曾经尝试添加抗菌剂来对棉织物进行抗菌处理，但这种添加剂并不环保，而且可能会对人体健康产生一定的影响；真丝面料织物存在洗涤、保养困难，不易打理，容易变形、褪色，价格昂贵等缺点；亚麻面料织物存在抗褶皱性能差，表面粗糙，暗淡、没有光泽等缺点，不适宜做亲肤性衣物；人造纤维面料织物人体穿着、接触时感觉不舒适，容易对皮肤产生刺激，易产生静电而且生物降解性差，亲肤性能较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足，本发明提供了一种舒适环保、亲肤性好，适合贴身穿着的纺织面料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为：一种环保型亲肤面料，包括保护层和贴身层，所述保护层的面料为天丝面料，所述贴身层由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线由牛奶蛋白纤维与大豆蛋白纤维混纺而成，所述纬线由竹原纤维与绢丝混纺而成，所述保护层与贴身层由粘结剂粘合。
进一步地，所述粘结剂为聚氨酯。
进一步地，所述粘结剂的厚度为35～45μm。
进一步地，所述经线的混纺原料还包括其他绿色纤维，所述其他绿色纤维为玉米纤维、柔丝纤维、甲壳素纤维中的一种或几种，其所占的质量比例为：牛奶蛋白纤维30～60％，大豆蛋白纤维20～40％，其他绿色纤维10％～50％，
进一步地，所述纬线的混纺原料还包括其他再生纤维，所述其他再生纤维为羊绒纤维、木棉纤维中的至少一种，其所占的质量比例为：竹原纤维30～60％，绢丝10～40％，其他再生纤维20～50％。
与现有技术相比，本发明的一种环保型亲赴面料所具备的优点为：上述贴身层纺织原料所用的牛奶蛋白纤维、大豆蛋白纤维、竹原纤维及其他绿色纤维均为绿色环保纺织原料，为生物可再生纤维，符合纺织“安全、环保、健康”的发展趋势；纺织原料具有较好的亲肤性，用于贴身穿着/铺盖时具有滋润皮肤和抗疲劳、抗衰老的生物功效，可有效改善人体微循环，提高免疫力。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种环保型亲肤面料，包括天丝面料保护层和贴身层，所述贴身层由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线由百分质量比为30:30:40的牛奶蛋白纤维、柔丝纤维和大豆蛋白纤维混纺而成，所述纬线由百分质量比为60:30:10的竹原纤维、羊绒纤维和绢丝混纺而成，所述保护层与贴身层由聚氨酯粘结剂粘合，聚氨酯层的厚度为35μm。
实施例2：一种环保型亲肤面料，包括天丝面料保护层和贴身层，所述贴身层由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线由百分质量比为:60:20:20的牛奶蛋白纤维、甲壳素纤维和大豆蛋白纤维混纺而成，所述纬线由百分质量比为30:30:40的竹原纤维、木棉纤维和绢丝混纺而成，所述保护层与贴身层由聚氨酯粘结剂粘合，聚氨酯层的厚度为45μm。
实施例3：一种环保型亲肤面料，包括天丝面料保护层和贴身层，所述贴身层由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线由百分质量比为45:15:10:30的牛奶蛋白纤维、柔丝纤维、玉米纤维和大豆蛋白纤维混纺而成，所述纬线由百分质量比为45:20:15:20的竹原纤维、木棉纤维、羊绒纤维和绢丝混纺而成，所述保护层与贴身层由聚氨酯粘结剂粘合，聚氨酯层的厚度为40μm。
实施例4：一种环保型亲肤面料，包括天丝面料保护层和贴身层，所述贴身层由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线由百分质量比为30:10:10:10:40的牛奶蛋白纤维、玉米纤维、柔丝纤维、甲壳素纤维和大豆蛋白纤维混纺而成，所述纬线由百分质量比为40:30:30的竹原纤维、羊绒纤维和绢丝混纺而成，所述保护层与贴身层由聚氨酯粘结剂粘合，聚氨酯层的厚度为40μm。
实施例5：一种环保型亲肤面料，包括天丝面料保护层和贴身层，所述贴身层由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线由百分质量比为45:25:30的牛奶蛋白纤维、玉米纤维和大豆蛋白纤维混纺而成，所述纬线由百分质量比为50:30:20的竹原纤维、木棉纤维和绢丝混纺而成，所述保护层与贴身层由聚氨酯粘结剂粘合，聚氨酯层的厚度为40μm。
其中实施例3采用FZ/T73022-2004标准及GB18401-2003进行检
测，主要技术指标检测结果如下表：
从上表可以得出，本发明的面料符合技术要求，同时其所选用的原料具备较佳的亲肤性和环保性。

1.一种环保型亲肤面料，包括保护层和贴身层，其特征在于：所述保护层的面料为天丝面料，所述贴身层由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线由牛奶蛋白纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和其他绿色纤维混纺而成，所述纬线由竹原纤维、绢丝和其他再生纤维混纺而成，所述保护层与贴身层由粘结剂粘合；
所述粘结剂为聚氨酯；
所述粘结剂的厚度为35～45μm；
所述其他绿色纤维为玉米纤维、柔丝纤维、甲壳素纤维中的一种或几种，其所占的质量比例为：牛奶蛋白纤维30～60％，大豆蛋白纤维20～40％，其他绿色纤维10％～50％，
所述其他再生纤维为羊绒纤维、木棉纤维中的至少一种，其所占的质量比例为：竹原纤维30～60％，绢丝10～40％，其他再生纤维20～50％。
