Abstract
本发明公开了一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法,包括如下步骤:1)粉碎,将回收的含有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材废料粉碎;2)混合加热,将粉碎的鞋材废料、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、C9石油树脂、化工蜡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按质量百分比为50‑62%、10‑15%、12‑18%、10‑15%、0‑2%混合后加热至200‑220℃充分熔融混匀;3)过滤造粒,将熔融物过滤后滤液转至挤出机挤出造粒得热熔胶粒;4)再加工,将热熔胶粒加入热熔胶涂布机涂在无纺布上,得到涂有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材。本发明的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法具有减少原材料用量,减少耗能,降低成本,实现环保,可回收再利用的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法。
背景技术
常规的鞋材中含有热熔胶的无纺布使用多种原料制成,如EVA、萜烯树脂、C9石油树脂、微晶蜡或石蜡、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、碳酸钙、BHT、叔丁基过氧化-2乙基己基碳酸酯、气相二氧化硅等,原材料需求巨大,成分复杂,消耗高,成本较高,同时使用后产生很多边角废料,浪费可惜。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法,回收鞋材含有热熔胶的无纺布的边角废料再生产制成鞋用热熔胶及含有热熔胶的无纺布,重复利用,降低成本。
本发明的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)粉碎,将回收的含有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材废料粉碎;
2)混合加热,将粉碎的鞋材废料、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、C9石油树脂、化工蜡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按质量百分比为50-62%、10-15%、12-18%、10-15%、0-2%混合后加热至200-220℃充分熔融混匀;
3)过滤造粒,将熔融物过滤后滤液转至挤出机挤出造粒得热熔胶粒;
4)再加工,将热熔胶粒加入热熔胶涂布机涂在无纺布上,得到涂有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材。
进一步的,所述化工蜡包括石蜡或聚乙烯蜡。
进一步的,所述步骤2)的加热的操作在造粒机中或熔融反应釜中实现。
进一步的,所述造粒机或熔融反应釜的加热方式为电磁加热。
本申请回收鞋厂鞋材废料用于加工材料为聚丙烯PP的含有热熔胶的无纺布,经过配料后投入加热容器中,温度控制在200-220℃高温高压熔化混合原料,过滤杂质后,得到鞋用热熔胶,再涂布在无纺布上即制得含有热熔胶的无纺布。
本申请的加热方式选用造粒机中或熔融反应釜中电磁加热,具有加热效率高、热损失少、控温准确、安全可靠的特点,熔融效果更好。
本发明的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法具有减少原材料用量,减少耗能,降低成本,实现环保,可回收再利用的特点。

下面将结合本发明实施例内容,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)粉碎,将回收的含有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材废料粉碎;
2)混合加热,将粉碎的鞋材废料、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、C9石油树脂、石蜡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按质量百分比为60%、12%、15%、12%、1%混合后加入造粒机中电磁加热至200-220℃充分熔融混匀;
3)过滤造粒,将熔融物过滤后滤液转至挤出机挤出造粒得热熔胶粒;
4)再加工,将热熔胶粒加入热熔胶涂布机涂在无纺布上,得到涂有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材。
本实施例的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法具有减少原材料用量,减少耗能,降低成本,实现环保,可回收再利用的特点。
实施例2
本实施例的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法,包括如下步骤:

2)混合加热,将粉碎的鞋材废料、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、C9石油树脂、聚乙烯蜡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按质量百分比为50%、15%、18%、15%、2%混合后加入熔融反应釜中电磁加热至200-220℃充分熔融混匀;
3)过滤造粒,将熔融物过滤后滤液转至挤出机挤出造粒得热熔胶粒;
4)再加工,将热熔胶粒加入热熔胶涂布机涂在无纺布上,得到涂有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材。
本实施例的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法具有减少原材料用量,减少耗能,降低成本,实现环保,可回收再利用的特点。
实施例3
本实施例的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)粉碎,将回收的含有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材废料粉碎;
2)混合加热,将粉碎的鞋材废料、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、C9石油树脂和石蜡按质量百分比为62%、10%、18%、10%混合后加入造粒机中电磁加热至200-220℃充分熔融混匀;
3)过滤造粒,将熔融物过滤后滤液转至挤出机挤出造粒得热熔胶粒;
4)再加工,将热熔胶粒加入热熔胶涂布机涂在无纺布上,得到涂有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材。
本实施例的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法具有减少原材料用量,减少耗能,降低成本,实现环保,可回收再利用的特点。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (4)
1.一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)粉碎,将回收的含有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材废料粉碎;
2)混合加热,将粉碎的鞋材废料、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、C9石油树脂、化工蜡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按质量百分比为50-62%、10-15%、12-18%、10-15%、0-2%混合后加热至200-220℃充分熔融混匀;
3)过滤造粒,将熔融物过滤后滤液转至挤出机挤出造粒得热熔胶粒;
4)再加工,将热熔胶粒加入热熔胶涂布机涂在无纺布上,得到涂有热熔胶的无纺布鞋材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法,其特征在于:所述化工蜡包括石蜡或聚乙烯蜡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)的加热的操作在造粒机中或熔融反应釜中实现。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种鞋材废料回收制鞋用热熔胶的方法,其特征在于:所述造粒机或熔融反应釜的加热方式为电磁加热。
