Abstract
本发明是一种光学热压膜,包括基材以及位于所述基材上的胶水,胶水在所述基材上经过涂布后得光学热压膜,所述胶水包括如下重量份的原料:EVA热熔胶31‑52份,萜烯树脂1‑6份,松香树脂0‑6份,双环戊二烯树脂2‑9份,间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂0‑3份,二酚基丙烷环氧化树脂3‑6份,光引发剂9‑16份,抗氧剂2‑8份,腰果壳油改性胺固化剂12‑26份,光固化单体8‑12份。本发明大大节约了光学胶生产成本并且使其具有优异的再返工性,而且使热熔压敏胶具有优异的光学性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光学热压膜,用于光学元件胶接,特别是涉及液晶屏幕的粘合。
背景技术
光学元件的胶接不仅需要胶水具有良好的透光性而且还需要光线均匀且不能因为温度、湿度以及其他外在原因而造成光学膜的耐候性、粘性、老化性能差等缺陷。现在市面上使用的OCA胶水的可返工性差,耐候性不好。一般的热熔压敏又无良好的光学性能。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种OHF光学热压膜,通过对EVA热熔胶改性加入其它辅助试剂使其具有尤其的热熔压敏胶的性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种光学热压膜,包括基材以及位于所述基材上的胶水,胶水在所述基材上经过涂布后得光学热压膜,所述胶水包括如下重量份的原料:EVA热熔胶31-52份,萜烯树脂1-6份,松香树脂0-6份,双环戊二烯树脂2-9份, 间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂0-3份,二酚基丙烷环氧化树脂3-6份,光引发剂9-16份,抗氧剂2-8份,腰果壳油改性胺固化剂12-26份,光固化单体8-12份。
优选的:光引发剂包括芳茂铁盐光引发剂、三芳基硅氧醚、光引发剂2959、双苯甲酰基苯基氧化膦中的一种或两种或三种或四种。
优选的:抗氧剂为三(2,4―二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂V76-P、抗氧剂300中的两种或三种或四种。
优选的:光固化单体为二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯或丙氧基化(3)甘油三丙烯酯或季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯或羟丁基乙烯基醚或三乙二醇二乙烯基醚或丁基乙烯基醚。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在EVA热熔胶中增加了增粘树脂,萜烯树脂有透明、无毒、中性、电绝缘性、疏水、不结晶、耐稀酸稀碱、耐热、耐光、抗老化和粘接力强等良好性能,在 EVA系热溶胶粘剂中具有良好的相溶性、加热稳定性、接着力、高温接着性;松香树脂能有效的提高粘性,双环戊二烯树脂具有良好的增粘性以及稳定性;间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂具有耐热、耐腐蚀、纯度高、力学性能好并且具有良好韧性的优点,在EVA热熔胶热熔后加入萜烯树脂、松香树脂、双环戊二烯树脂、间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂以及二酚基丙烷环氧化树脂的结合,不仅增加了EVC熔融后的初粘性,而且还使得熔融后的胶水具有了一定的耐热、耐腐蚀等性能,而二酚基丙烷环氧化树脂的增加也提高了耐候性能;芳茂铁盐光引发剂光反应活性很高,且热稳定性良好,单独加热到300℃以上也不会分解,即使与环氧树脂混合,加热至210℃而不发生固化,光引发剂2959引发不饱和预聚体系的UV聚合反应,特别适用于不饱和聚酯类树脂; 抗氧剂168即三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯与抗氧剂1010混合使用,具有良好的协同作用,抗氧剂V76-P能使制品保持其透明度并能抑制颜色的变化。同时它对紫外线有一定的吸收能力,可提高产品的抗氧性和光热稳定性。与紫外线吸收剂共用有很好的协同效应,能明显的提高环氧体系的耐黄变性能;抗氧剂300 能有效的防氧化和黄变,尤其对松香树脂就具有良好的作用;腰果壳油改性胺固化剂使得固化物的韧性、耐腐蚀性、耐水性、耐磨性、环保性等优良;二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯具有低挥发、低粘度、稀释性佳、快速固化的作用,丙氧基化(3)甘油三丙烯酯具有低粘度、高固化速度,提高固化膜的柔韧性,增强附着力,降低对皮肤的刺激性;季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯具有高交联密度、快速固化、柔韧性佳、低挥发、耐划痕、耐火、耐化学性,以上几种光固化单体加入到熔融后的EVA胶水中,提高了光固化作用,并且在胶水中还增加了防止氧化的抗氧化剂以及防黄变的物质,有效的提高了热压膜的透明度以及使用寿命。
本发明通过对EVA热熔胶进行改性熔融后加入萜烯树脂、松香树脂,双环戊二烯树脂, 间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂,二酚基丙烷环氧化树脂使其具有一定的初粘性,在加热贴合后冷却固化后易剥离使其具有优异的再返工性,并使其与光引发剂、光固化单体以及抗氧剂、抗黄变剂等进行共混改性使其再光固化后拥有优异的光学性能,大大节约了光学胶生产成本并且使其具有优异的再返工性,而且使热熔压敏胶具有优异的光学性能。

所述胶水的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将EVA进行加热热熔待其完全溶解后加入增粘树脂即萜烯树脂1-6份,松香树脂0-6份,双环戊二烯树脂2-9份, 间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂0-3份,二酚基丙烷环氧化树脂3-6份,使其具有初粘性;(2)在熔融后的胶水中加入一定量的光引发剂9-16份即芳茂铁盐光引发剂、三芳基硅氧醚、光引发剂2959、双苯甲酰基苯基氧化膦中的一种或两种或三种或四种,以及加入光固化改性单体8-12份即二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯或丙氧基化(3)甘油三丙烯酯或季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯或羟丁基乙烯基醚或三乙二醇二乙烯基醚或丁基乙烯基醚,以及热熔胶所需的抗氧剂2-8份进行共混改性,并且还加入了腰果壳油改性胺固化剂12-26份,不仅起到了固化的作用并且还具有抗黄变的作用;(3)上述步骤结束后保温2小时出料,所得胶水经过涂布后得到OHF热压光学膜。

本发明是一种光学热压膜,包括基材以及位于所述基材上的胶水,胶水在所述基材上经过涂布后得光学热压膜,所述胶水包括如下重量份的原料:EVA热熔胶48份,萜烯树脂6份,双环戊二烯树脂4份, 间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂3份,二酚基丙烷环氧化树脂5份,光引发剂11份,抗氧剂8份,腰果壳油改性胺固化剂18份,光固化单体11份,其中所述光引发剂包括芳茂铁盐光引发剂、三芳基硅氧醚、光引发剂2959、双苯甲酰基苯基氧化膦中的一种或两种或三种或四种,其中所述抗氧剂为三(2,4―二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂V76-P、抗氧剂300中的两种或三种或四种,其中所述光固化单体为二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯或丙氧基化(3)甘油三丙烯酯或季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯或羟丁基乙烯基醚或三乙二醇二乙烯基醚或丁基乙烯基醚。
实施例八
本发明是一种光学热压膜,包括基材以及位于所述基材上的胶水,胶水在所述基材上经过涂布后得光学热压膜,所述胶水包括如下重量份的原料:EVA热熔胶31-52份,萜烯树脂1-6份,松香树脂0-6份,双环戊二烯树脂2-9份, 间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂0-3份,二酚基丙烷环氧化树脂3-6份,光引发剂9-16份,抗氧剂2-8份,腰果壳油改性胺固化剂12-26份,光固化单体8-12份,其中所述光引发剂包括芳茂铁盐光引发剂、三芳基硅氧醚、光引发剂2959、双苯甲酰基苯基氧化膦中的一种或两种或三种或四种,其中所述抗氧剂为三(2,4―二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂V76-P、抗氧剂300中的两种或三种或四种,其中所述光固化单体为三缩丙二醇双丙烯酸酯或三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯或三(2-羟乙基)异氰酸酯三丙烯酸酯,三缩丙二醇双丙烯酸成膜交联密度高,具有良好的稀释作用,固化速度快,羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯不仅光滑速度快,粘度大,而且固化产品硬度高,挥发性低,三(2-羟乙基)异氰酸酯三丙烯酸酯则具有高反应活性,润湿性较好。
Claims (4)
1.一种光学热压膜,包括基材以及位于所述基材上的胶水,胶水在所述基材上经过涂布后得光学热压膜,其特征在于:所述胶水包括如下重量份的原料:EVA热熔胶31-52份,萜烯树脂1-6份,松香树脂0-6份,双环戊二烯树脂2-9份, 间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂0-3份,二酚基丙烷环氧化树脂3-6份,光引发剂9-16份,抗氧剂2-8份,腰果壳油改性胺固化剂12-26份,光固化单体8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种光学热压膜,其特征在于:所述光引发剂包括芳茂铁盐光引发剂、三芳基硅氧醚、光引发剂2959、双苯甲酰基苯基氧化膦中的一种或两种或三种或四种。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种光学热压膜,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为三(2,4―二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂V76-P、抗氧剂300中的两种或三种或四种。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种光学热压膜,其特征在于:所述光固化单体为二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯或丙氧基化(3)甘油三丙烯酯或季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯或羟丁基乙烯基醚或三乙二醇二乙烯基醚或丁基乙烯基醚。
