Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温涂料,由硅树脂,填料,颜料,助剂等组分组成,本发明选用硅树脂为基料,选择与硅树脂兼容性能优良的填料,配以适量的助剂,以及高效耐磨补强剂,使得料的耐高温性、快速老化寿命、耐久性能均符合要求,涂膜的气味小。用该涂料喷涂的电加热器散热板可满足欧盟客户的要求。该涂料还可用于灯具、加热炉、配电箱、控制台等。

本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种耐高温涂料。
背景技术
近年来欧美发达国家相继将各类民用电器产品转移到我国生产,如何满足客户对产品性能、安全、环保的严格要求,同时具有低成本、低价位是各出口企业面临并需解决的关键问题。电热板涂层必须确保在测试中不褪色、不开裂、不粉化、不产生刺激性气味。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种不褪色、不开裂、不粉化、不产生刺激性气味的耐高温涂料,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐高温涂料,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
硅树脂 30-50份
填料 30-60份
颜料 5-10份
助剂 5-15份。
进一步地,所述的填料剂是由云母,滑石粉,磁土,气相法二氧化硅按照重量比为2:1:0.5:1混合组成。
进一步地,所述的颜料是由石墨,硬质炭黑,二氧化锰混合组成。
进一步地,所述的助剂包括:耐磨补强剂,阻燃剂,消泡剂,增稠剂,润滑剂。
进一步地,所述的耐磨补强剂是氮化硼和钛化硼。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明选用硅树脂为基料,选择与硅树脂兼容性能优良的填料,配以适量的助剂,以及高效耐磨补强剂,使得料的耐高温性、快速老化寿命、耐久性能均符合要求,涂膜的气味小。用该涂料喷涂的电加热器散热板可满足欧盟客户的要求。该涂料还可用于灯具、加热炉、配电箱、控制台等。

硅树脂 30-50份
填料 30-60份
颜料 5-10份
助剂 5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温涂料,其特征在于,所述的填料剂是由云母,滑石粉,磁土,气相法二氧化硅按照重量比为2:1:0.5:1混合组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温涂料,其特征在于,所述的颜料是由石墨,硬质炭黑,二氧化锰混合组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温涂料,所述的助剂包括:耐磨补强剂,阻燃剂,消泡剂,增稠剂,润滑剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐高温涂料,所述的耐磨补强剂是氮化硼和钛化硼。
