Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料,其是由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯树脂60‑90份、EPDM树脂15‑25份、高密度聚乙烯20‑40份、三元乙丙橡胶40‑48份、聚苯硫醚30‑34份、硫化锌10‑20份、聚酰亚胺5‑8份、气相法白炭黑10‑12份、陶瓷化硼酸锌4‑10份、偶联剂6‑8份、发泡助剂4‑8份、阻燃剂4‑8份、热稳定剂3‑5份。与现有技术相比,本发明的电缆材料添加氢氧化镁作为阻燃剂,达到阻燃效果;添加聚苯硫醚和硫化锌可以有效的防止静电的产生;还添加了偶联剂、发泡助剂等组分,提高了阻燃材料的各项性能、使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆生产技术领域,具体涉及一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料。
背景技术
电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料俗称电缆料,其中包括了橡胶、塑料、尼龙等多种品种。电缆料生产企业是以电缆生产企业为用户,只要有电线电缆需求就有电缆料的市场。电线电缆产品中除钢芯铝绞线、电磁线等裸线产品外几乎都需要绝缘层口。目前我国有电线电缆生产企业近5000家,又有城乡电网改造、西部大开发及通信设施大面积升级改造对电线电缆产品的巨大需求,因而从一段时间来看,电缆料在我国具有广泛的市场发展前景。
然而,随着电气火灾事故的频繁发生,电线电缆的阻燃问题逐渐引起世界各国的重视。电缆燃烧时释放出大量有毒烟雾和腐蚀性气体,妨碍了人们的安全撤离和灭火工作,使生命财产遭到严重损失。目前使用的聚乙烯抗静电性和阻燃性较差,在制作电线电缆时容易引起火灾。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供了一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料,其是由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯树脂60-90份、EPDM树脂15-25份、高密度聚乙烯20-40份、三元乙丙橡胶40-48份、聚苯硫醚30-34份、硫化锌10-20份、聚酰亚胺5-8份、气相法白炭黑10-12份、陶瓷化硼酸锌4-10份、偶联剂6-8份、发泡助剂4-8份、阻燃剂4-8份、热稳定剂3-5份。
所述偶联剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:丁二烯基三乙氧基硅烷4-6份、乙烯基三乙酰基硅烷3-5份、乙烯基硅油1-2份、活性剂2-3份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁,氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的用量比为2:5。
所述热稳定剂为为氧化硒、氢氧化硒或辛酸硒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的电缆材料添加氢氧化镁作为阻燃剂,达到阻燃效果;添加聚苯硫醚和硫化锌可以有效的防止静电的产生;还添加了偶联剂、发泡助剂等组分,提高了阻燃材料的各项性能、使用寿命。

实施例1一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料,其是由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯树脂60份、EPDM树脂15份、高密度聚乙烯20份、三元乙丙橡胶40份、聚苯硫醚30份、硫化锌10份、聚酰亚胺5份、气相法白炭黑10份、陶瓷化硼酸锌4份、偶联剂6份、发泡助剂4份、阻燃剂4份、热稳定剂3份。
所述偶联剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:丁二烯基三乙氧基硅烷4-6份、乙烯基三乙酰基硅烷3-5份、乙烯基硅油1-2份、活性剂2-3份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁,氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的用量比为2:5。
所述热稳定剂为为氧化硒、氢氧化硒或辛酸硒。
实施例2一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料,其是由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯树脂90份、EPDM树脂25份、高密度聚乙烯40份、三元乙丙橡胶48份、聚苯硫醚34份、硫化锌20份、聚酰亚胺8份、气相法白炭黑12份、陶瓷化硼酸锌10份、偶联剂8份、发泡助剂8份、阻燃剂8份、热稳定剂5份。
所述偶联剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:丁二烯基三乙氧基硅烷4-6份、乙烯基三乙酰基硅烷3-5份、乙烯基硅油1-2份、活性剂2-3份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁,氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的用量比为2:5。
所述热稳定剂为为氧化硒、氢氧化硒或辛酸硒。
实施例3一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料,其是由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯树脂75份、EPDM树脂18份、高密度聚乙烯30份、三元乙丙橡胶44份、聚苯硫醚32份、硫化锌15份、聚酰亚胺7份、气相法白炭黑11份、陶瓷化硼酸锌8份、偶联剂7份、发泡助剂6份、阻燃剂6份、热稳定剂4份。
所述偶联剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:丁二烯基三乙氧基硅烷4-6份、乙烯基三乙酰基硅烷3-5份、乙烯基硅油1-2份、活性剂2-3份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁,氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的用量比为2:5。
所述热稳定剂为为氧化硒、氢氧化硒或辛酸硒。

1.一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料,其特征在于,其是由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯树脂60-90份、EPDM树脂15-25份、高密度聚乙烯20-40份、三元乙丙橡胶40-48份、聚苯硫醚30-34份、硫化锌10-20份、聚酰亚胺5-8份、气相法白炭黑10-12份、陶瓷化硼酸锌4-10份、偶联剂6-8份、发泡助剂4-8份、阻燃剂4-8份、热稳定剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:丁二烯基三乙氧基硅烷4-6份、乙烯基三乙酰基硅烷3-5份、乙烯基硅油1-2份、活性剂2-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁,氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的用量比为2:5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保抗静电阻燃电缆用材料,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂为为氧化硒、氢氧化硒或辛酸硒。
