异氰酸十八酯是一种重要的化工产品。主要生产流程有:⑴酰氯化、酯化反应;⑵后处理。

Description

一种异氰酸十八酯生产工艺
异氰酸十八酯反应原理:以十八胺、三光气为主原料,经合成反应后得到产品。
主要化学反应方程式:
⑴ 酰氯化反应(以十八胺计,转化率为96%)
⑵ 酯化反应(以十八烷基胺酰氯计,转化率为100%)
⑴酰氯化、酯化反应
将一定量的氯苯、十八胺先后加入到十八胺溶液配制釜中,其夹套通入蒸汽升温至40-60℃溶解,压力为常压。十八胺溶解后得到十八胺氯苯溶液转入至计量罐中待用。将一定量的氯苯、三光气先后加入到三光气溶液配制釜中,溶解温度为常温,三光气溶解后得到三光气氯苯溶液转入至计量罐中待用。将一定量的十八胺氯苯溶液加入至低温酰化釜中,其夹套通入冷冻盐水降温至-10℃,缓慢滴加三光气氯苯溶液进行低温酰化反应,控制反应温度为-5~5℃,反应压力为微负压。反应12h 后,将低温料液转入至高温酰化釜中,其夹套通入蒸汽升温至60℃,停止通入蒸汽并排出余汽后通入冷却水,控制反应温度为85℃,反应压力为常压。高温酰化反应结束后得到粗品,转入至
中间罐中备用。
⑵后处理
低温酰化反应及高温酰化反应结束后,通入氮气将釜内的尾气赶出。赶出的气体通入尾气吸收系统,经二级水吸收、一级碱吸收,尾气达标后放空处理。经二级水吸收得到的盐酸回用于2,3-二氯吡啶生产,经一级碱吸收得到的废水进入污水处理。
将粗品转入至粗品高位槽中,再于120℃经二级减压精馏塔精馏得到产品异氰酸十八酯,减压精馏过程中采用二级盐冷得到的氯苯回用,冷冻盐水温度为-20℃,残渣外委处理,减压蒸馏采用机械真空泵。
以十八胺计,本产品总收率约为94.6%。
