背景技术
随着国家食品安全战略和健康战略的逐步全面实施,人们对健康意识要求的逐步提高,对蔬菜、水果、餐具消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的危害越来越受到重视,为方便人们对蔬菜、水果、餐具的消毒、杀菌、农残降解;为此,本申请发明了一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,其主要功能和作用就是方便人们在清洗果蔬、餐具的同时对果蔬、餐具进行消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的目的;但通常情况下生活用消毒保健水的制备装置需要额外消耗电能。本申请提供了一处利用自来水驱动微型发电机发电的制备该装置。该制备该装置是一个完全全新的产品方案,且方案结构简单、使用方便、控制有效、安全可靠;其社会效应、民生效应、经济效应及其前景非常广阔。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,其产生的具有消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的生活保健水,可供人们对蔬菜、水果、餐具的同时实现对其进行消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的功能;本申请装置安装简单、使用方便、资源利用率高、不占用厨房空间、消毒杀菌降解农药残留、保健等效果等显著效益,同时更能节约水源。同时具备了更高的安全性和可靠性。
本申请的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,它主要由制备器12、导线72、采集器42、均水器22、供水本体32、开关46、联接器52、处理器62、水流调节器66等组成。
供水本体32是一个包含有供水及控制系统的部件,供水本体通常具有进水和出水功能、控水功能、制备器安装、制备器支撑功能等等,本申请的各部件均设置或联接在其上;同时它负责为制备器12提供合适的水源或市政自来水,如附图所示,供水本体32具有安装导水结构321。
水流调节器66是一个能调节供水本体32导入的水源的水压值、水流量参数的部件组合,它能确保经其调节后的水压值、水流量等参数在所需的范围值之内;本申请装置的水流调节器66还能通过处理器62的指令要求进行自行调节水压值、水流量等参数;进而具有节省水源的作用。
制备器12是一个包含有若干钛合金基材的复合型制备电极的电极机构;通常它需要在特定驱动电源输入情况下才会启动工作。该制备器一般采用以钛合金为基材且表面涂覆有铂、铈、钆、铕、钕、钛、钌、铱等材料在经90℃-150℃烘干、350℃~700℃下烧结后制备的具有一定厚度的复合涂层的钛合金复合型材料为电极。本申请的制备器12制备所需的水由供水本体32提供或引入。因而本制备器M012是直接对水本身进行制备电离电解,而非将电离电解的其它物质混入水中;由于本申请技术方案的特殊性,通过该该装置所产生的生活用消毒保健水通常在完成制备后30秒至10分钟后便开始还原成原水;整个过程不添加物质,不产生副产物;绿色环保纯天然,该技术即是与该整体解决方案的技术与产品完美结合的表现。制备器12根据不同驱动电源参数会产生不同的制备效果,即不同的驱动电压、驱动电流、驱动占空比(常指一个脉冲循环内通电时间所占的比例)等均会产生不同的制备效果,而制备器12的不同制备效果自然形成不同的清洗方式,如附图控制示意图所示,制备器12的驱动电源参数是根据处理器62的控制输出来决定的;即制备器12在处理器62的控制下开展制备工作。同时供水本体32为制备器12所导入的水流参数不同也会影响制备器12的制备效果;在申请中的水流参数主要包含导放水的水压值、水流量等参数。当然供水本体32导入的水的质量也会影响制备器的制备效果。
由于制备器12需要有特定的电源输入才能开启制备,故本申请方案设置有联接器52;如附图所示,联接器52具有将制备器12所需的电源与控制信号00接入本申请的制置装置。导入本申请制备装置后,内部导线72便负责连接内部各用电部件并使之形成有逻辑控制关系的电路。
采集器42是一个能感应和识别使用者正在清洗的物体物质相关信息的组合部件;它主要用于采集和识别使用者正在清洗的物体物质本身、物体物质上的附着物、物体物质上的残留物及相关物体物质的数据信息并返馈提供给处理器62。该采集器42包含但不限于超声波传感器、颜色传感器、摄像传感器、光传感器、图像视别传感器等,或是各类传感器的组合。该采集器不仅仅是感应申请装置前是否存在用水需求;而是能采集、感应、识别、记录、返馈正在制备装置前清洗的物体或物质的信息。该信息包含但不限于颜色信息、体积信息、形状信息、质量信息、几何图形等物体物质在物理、化学、光学、构成、成分等方面的数据信息。同时,采集器42还能根据处理器62的指定要求运行特定的数据采集工作。
处理器62是一个包含有一定运算、分析、控制、存储、电源管理等功能的复合型多功能电子线路板;工作中,它根据接对收到的采集器42所反馈的数据信息进行进一步分析处理,进而对制备器12的工作进行按程序设定的控制或智能的控制。处理器62能根据采集器42所反馈的数据进行运算、分析、判断、选择最合适的清洗方式;处理器62根据其最合适的清洗方式而控制和调节制备器12的驱动电压、驱动电源、驱动占空比等制备器12的驱动参数;处理器62根据其最合适的清洗方式而控制和调节供水本体32导入的水源的水压、水流量等水源参数。处理器62根据其最合适的清洗方式而控制和调节其它影响制备器12制备效果的参数。并且处理器62能对所有数据进行管理、分类、优化、存储;以便处理器62根据需要随时调用这些清洗方式、驱动参数、水源参数等数据;如附图5所示,处理器62能利用各种联接方式通过Internet将相关数据信息上传至数据存储中心Date,以供其随时调用这些清洗方式、驱动参数、水源参数等数据,也可分享给其它以类似方式工作的本申请的制备装置和其它能接入internet的设备使用。

本申请的采用了钛合金基材的复合型电极的制备器12在采集器42和处理器62的共同作用下实现了对本申请制备装置的自动化、智能化、信息化、数据化的控制管理。在智能控制之下,采集器42通过感应、识别、采集使用者正在清洗的物体或物质本身的信息、物体物质上的附着物信息、物体物质上的残留物及相关物体物质的数据信息并返馈提供给处理器62。处理器62通过对采集器42所反馈的数据进行运算、分析、判断、选择最合适的清洗方式;进而控制和调节制备器12的驱动电压、驱动电源、驱动占空比,控制和调节水流调节器66的水压值、水流量。最终实现对通过正在通过制备器12的自来水或其它合适水源进行制备的目的;通过制备从而使通过制备器12的水获得大量的正离子及负离子,由于电离电解水过程中产生的正离子主要有H+等,产生的负离子主要有OH-、O-、CI-等,负氧离子能够有效抑制细菌(结合细菌降低其活性与细菌细胞膜误解氧化结合杀死细菌的),导致细菌死亡;其正负离子的中和生成物(如HOCL、O3、H2O2等)也具有很强的氧化还原能力,正离子与负离子在水中进行正负电荷中和的瞬间产生巨大的能量释放,从而使其周围的细菌结构的改变或能量的转换而致使细菌快速死亡,他们均能存在水中有效地杀灭水中的微生物、病毒和细菌,降解农药残留和重金属,将其用作清洗用水对果菜、餐具等便可实现的消毒和杀菌目的的生活保健水。有效为餐桌安全提供最后的保障,为大健康保驾护航。因而本制备器12是直接对水进行电离电解,而非将电离电解的其它物质混入水中;因其技术特征因素,通过该该装置所产生的生活用消毒保健水通常在30秒至10分钟后便开始还原成原水;而在此时间内该生活用消毒保健水足以通过其氧化还原能力所杀灭水中的微生物、病毒和细菌,降解瓜果蔬菜中的农药残留和重金属残留,附着在人体上的病毒细菌等;而多余出的生活用消毒保健水又能在短时间内还原成原水,故整个过程不留副产物;绿色环保纯天然。该制备该装置结构简单、使用方便、控制有效、安全可靠;其社会效应、民生效应、经济效应显著,可广泛应用于家庭、企业、学校、公共场合、疫控区域、商业场所的日常使用。

1.一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,它由主要由制备器12、采集器42、处理器62等组成,其特征在于制备器12在采集器42和处理器62的共同作用和控制下对正在通过制备器12的水源进行制备而连续生产出生活用消毒保健水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置的处理器62,其特征在于该处理器62能利用各种联接方式通过Internet将相关数据信息上传至数据存储中心Date。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,其特征在于该制备装置还设有水流调节器66。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置的水流调节器66,其特征在于水流调节器66还能通过处理器62的指令要求进行调节水压值、水流量参数。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,其特征在于制备器12是一个包含有若干钛合金基材的复合型制备电极的电极机构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,其特征在于采集器42是一个能感应和识别使用者正在清洗的物体物质相关信息的组合部件。
7.一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置的控制方法,其特在于开关46设置在制备器12的驱动主回路上,通过对开关46的操作能控制制备器12的开启和关闭。
