随着国家食品安全战略和健康战略的逐步全面实施,人们对健康意识要求的逐步提高,对蔬菜、水果、餐具消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的危害越来越受到重视,为方便人们对蔬菜、水果、餐具的消毒、杀菌、农残降解;为此,本申请发明了一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,其主要功能和作用就是方便人们在清洗果蔬、餐具的同时对果蔬、餐具进行消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的目的;该装置是一个完全全新的产品方案,且方案结构简单、使用方便、控制有效、安全可靠;其社会效应、民生效应、经济效应及其前景非常广阔。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,其产生的具有消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的生活保健水,解决了人们对蔬菜、水果、餐具健康安全保障的迫切需求;本申请装置安装方便、使用便捷、资源利用率高、不占用厨房空间、消毒杀菌降解农药残留、保健等效果等显著效益,同时具备了更高的安全性和可靠性。
本申请的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置总成,它包含有制备组成M012、供水本体M011、驱动器M015等组成。其中由导水器011、支架012、出水器013、正负电极、电极间距板0126等组成的制备组成M012实现了形成立体回水的功能;同时,通过叠加支架012及安装其上的正负电极、电极间距板0126还可组成基本的制备组成M012。
其中驱动器M015是一个能提供制备器正常工作所需电能的供电组合装置;通过输出特定参数的交、直流驱动电源用以驱动制备组成M012工作。如附图1所示,该驱动器既可内置在供水本体M011上,也可整体外置以电源导线接入的方式向制备组成M012提供驱动电源。但其特征是制备组成M012须有驱动电源的输入才能开始工作,既本申请的装置只有在有驱动电源的输入情况下才能产生具有消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的生活保健水,不论该驱动电源是内置、外置、或使用者自行选配驱动器,归根结底其均需配备合适的驱动器M015;其均属本申请的技术方案。
供水本体M011是一个包含有供水及控制系统和水电联动系统的部件,供水本体通常包含进水通道、出水通道、控水阀、出水管、安装固定等等结构,它主要为制备组成M012提供水源。通常制备组成M012设置在供水本体内或作为一个独立部件通过连接器的方式与供水本体相联通。
制备组成M012是一个包含有若干正、负制备电极的电极机构。该制备器一般采用以钛合金为基材且表面涂覆有铂、铈、钆、铕、钕、钛、钌、铱等材料在经90℃-150℃烘干、350℃~700℃下烧结后制备的具有一定厚度的复合涂层的钛合金复合型材料为电极。该电极一般成组设置(如图2所示,可以看到10组、20组、30组电极),既每组电极含一个接正极驱动动信号,一个接负极驱动信号;通常该制备器正、负电极之间的间距为0.8mm-1.5mm之间,常见以1mm为主;每组之间的间距根据驱动电压和电流的不同,一般在不少于3mm;如附图所示,电极安装在支架012之间,在正、负电极之间设有电极间距板0126,通改变电极间距的厚度便可调整正、负电极之间的间距;常通一个支架可安装一组电极,故本申请的方案可通过增加叠加支架012的方式增加电极组的布置数量,通常每增加一个支架012便可增加一组电极。本申请的制备组成M012设置在与供水本体M011的内部或与供水本体M011相联接的供水本体M011外部。流经制备组成M012的水由供水本体M011提供或引入。因而本制备器M012是直接对水本身进行电离电解,而非将电离电解的其它物质混入水中;且技术方案由于其技术独立特的技术方式,通过该该装置所产生的生活用消毒保健水通常在完成制备后30秒至3分钟后便开始还原成原水;整个过程不添加物质,不产生副产物;绿色环保纯天然,该技术即是与该整体解决方案的技术与产品完美结合的表现。
如附图所示,本申请的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水的制备装置的制备组成M012主要由导水器011、支架012、出水器013、及设置在支架上的正、负电极组成;一个支架012一般能设置一对两个一正一负的电极;一般而言水从供水本体M011导入制备组成M012后,将直接从制备组成的出水品排出,在流经制备组成M012的过程中,由于制备组成M012的中间设置有若干成组成对存在的正、负制备电极,在驱动器M015的电源驱动下,每组正、负电极均会电解电离通过其表面的水,从而产生足够具有消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的生活保健水;而在制备组成M012中间通常会设置多组正、负电极,以更快速产生足量的生活保健水供使用者使用。
如附图所示,为更快速产生足量的生活保健水供使用者使用;本申请在导水器011上设置局部进水口0111和导水板0112、支架012上设置分水板0121、出水器013上设置回水板0131和局部出水口0132的方式;在制备组成M012内部形成的立体回水系统。如附图4、附图5、附图8、附图9、附图10所示,水流从供水本体M011导入后,从导水器011上的局部进水口0111进入制备组成M012内部,在支架012的分水板0121的作用下沿水路6610流动;当到达出水器013后,在回水板0131的作用下,水流被引导向上回流并再次进入支架012,同样在012的分水板0121的作用下水流沿水路6616向上回流直至导水器011,到达导水器011有水又再导水器导水板0112的作用下改变流向而向下沿水路6618向下流;直至到达出水器013后,同前述继续在回水板0131、分水板0121、导水板0112的组合作用下实现对水路的导流直至水流沿预设水路6619从局部出水口0132(以下简称出水口0132)流出供使用者使用,至此多次回水后的水排出制备组成。在水流沿设定水路多次反复回流的过程中,设置在制备组成M012中的各组制备电极均会在流经的水进行电离电解,故立体回水系统能产生离子浓度更高的生活保健水供使用者使用,从而提供消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的效果和效率。
如附图9,附图10,附图11等所示,导水器011上设置有进水口0111、导水板0112、卡位0113、定位槽0118、中间孔0116。支架012上设置有分水板0121、卡位0122、扣位0123、定位槽0128、定位柱0129、中间孔0127。出水器013设置有回水板0131、出水口0132、扣位0136、定位柱0138。其中出水器013上的回水板0131、支架012上的分水板0121、导水器011上的导水板0112彼此配合形成的组合作用实现了在制备组成M012内部形成的立体回水系统的水流路径。同时支架012上的分水板0121还以对设置在其上的正负电极形成支撑作用,以确保正负电极装配的可靠性。
如附图8等所示,导水器011上的定位槽0118、支架012上的定位柱0129和定位槽0128、出水器013上的定位柱0138之间的相互准确定位和匹配,确保了回水板0131、分水板0121、导水板0112的组合在安装中的准确配合,为其形成组合作用提供了配合保障。
如附图6、附图7、附图9、附图10所示,通常导水器011的分水板0121与支架012上的分水板0121呈一对一设置,出水器013上的回水板0131与支架012上的分水板0121也应呈一对一设置。而本申请通过在导水器011上取消部分与分水板0121对应的导水板后,形成附图9示意的导水板形式,进而形成了导水器的导水功能,确保了使水流路径在抵达导水器位置后能再次折返回支架012内;回到支架012内,然后水流在支架012上设置的分水板0121作用下有限制有方向的流动;在抵达出水器013后,如附图10、附图11所示,由于出水器013也采用了取消部分与分水板0121相对应的回水板0131后形成了附图11所示意的回水板形成,进而形成了出水器的回水功能。如此反复,水流在制备组成M012的构成部件的组合作用下反复回水并经过各电极组,进而实现了产生足够作用的具有消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的生活保健水的目的。最终水流通过设置在出水器013上的出水口0132的作用下从制备组成中流出,供使用者使用;设置在出水器013上的出水口0132实现了多次回水后的水能按预设路径排出制备组成的目的。
如附图8、附图9、附图10、附图11等所示,本申请通过在导水器011上设置卡位0113、在支架012上设置卡位0122和扣位0123、在出水器013上设置扣位0136并使之相互匹配的方式实现各部件的联接整合;如附图8所示导水器011上的卡位0113与支架012的卡扣0123配合联接,支架012上的卡位0122与出水器013上的扣位0136配合联接。同时由于卡位和扣位之间可相互配合联接,故支架012同时还可以通过其上设置的卡位0122和扣位0123实现重复叠加的目的和功能;且在支架012在叠加的同时不会对水流经路径造成影响。
如附图8、附图10、附图2等所示,支架012顶侧的扣位0123和支架012底侧的卡位0122之间的相互匹配能实现支架012的叠加联接整合;同时由于常通一个支架可安装一组电极;正、负电极以极其电极间距板0126均与支架形成配合关系,正、负电极以极其电极间距板0126或内嵌在支架012内,或平叠在支架012上;故设置扣位0123、卡位0122的方式实现了通过叠加支架012的方式增加电极组数量的目的;进入形成基本制备组成M012,该基本制备组成M012可用于各类消毒保健水的制备装置中,用以提高效率和效果,其适用性更强。上述的具有立体回水系统功能的制备组成系在由支架012叠加形成的基本制备组成M012的两端再次叠加导水器011和出水器013而形成。在实际应用中,该方案可根据实际所需自由叠加支架数量即电极组的数量。当然若在扣位0123、卡位0122、卡位0113、扣位0136等的同时增加螺钉、销钉等等之类增强方式是本申请的替补方案内容。
如附图所示,本申请在导水器011上设置中间孔0116、在支架012上设置中间孔0127结构,该结构可用于制备组成M012各构件的连接或定位,也可用于制备组成M012上的各电极驱动供电输入的接线通道。
本申请的制备组成M012采用钛合金基材复合型电极在驱动器M015的控制和驱动,通过电离电解正在通过其中的自来水或其它合适水源;从而使通过制备组成M012的水获得大量的正离子及负离子,由于电离电解水过程中产生的正离子主要有H+等,产生的负离子主要有OH-、O-、CI-等,负氧离子能够有效抑制细菌(结合细菌降低其活性与细菌细胞膜误解氧化结合杀死细菌的),导致细菌死亡;其正负离子的中和生成物(如HOCL、O3、H2O2等)也具有很强的氧化还原能力,正离子与负离子在水中进行正负电荷中和的瞬间产生巨大的能量释放,从而使其周围的细菌结构的改变或能量的转换而致使细菌快速死亡,他们均能存在水中有效地杀灭水中的微生物、病毒和细菌,降解农药残留和重金属,将其用作清洗用水对果菜、餐具等便可实现的消毒和杀菌目的的生活保健水。有效为餐桌安全提供最后的保障,为大健康保驾护航。因而本制备组成M012是直接对水进行电离电解,而非将电离电解的其它物质混入水中;而从供水本体M011导入并流经制备组成M012的水流一般较快,水量一般不匀均,而这些因素直接影响了制备组成所产生的生活保健水中的离子含量浓度;为确保本装置所产生的生活保健水中的离子含量浓度的质量及其稳定性,本申请提供了一种立体回水系统以解决此类问题。由于其技术特征因素,通过该该装置所产生的生活用消毒保健水通常在30秒至3分钟后便开始还原成原水;而在此时间内该生活用消毒保健水足以通过其氧化还原能力所杀灭水中的微生物、病毒和细菌,降解瓜果蔬菜中的农药残留和重金属残留,附着在人体上的病毒细菌等;而多余出的生活用消毒保健水又能在短时间内还原成原水,故整个过程不留副产物;绿色环保纯天然。

1.一种连续式生活用消毒保健水制备装置的制备组成M012,它主要由导水器011、支架012、出水器013等组成;其特征在于该制备组成M012实现了立体回水的功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水制备装置的制备组成M012,其征在于该制备组成M012还包括有正、负电极、电极间距板0126。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水制备装置的制备组成M012,其特征在于导水器011上设有局部进水口0111。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水制备装置的制备组成M012,其征在于导水器011上设有导水板0112、支架012上设有分水板0121、出水器013上设有回水板0131,它们彼此配合形成的组合作用实现了在制备组成M012内部形成了立体回水的目的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水制备装置的制备组成M012,其征在于导水器011上设置中间孔0116、在支架012上设置中间孔0127结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水制备装置的制备组成M012,其征在于导水器011、支架012、出水器013设置有相互匹配的定位柱、定位槽结构,该结构主要确保了回水板0131、分水板0121、导水板0112及其组合在安装中的准确配合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水制备装置的制备组成M012,其征在于出水器013上设有出水口0132,它实现了多次回水后的水能按预设路径排出制备组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水制备装置的制备组成M012,其特征在于设有卡位0122和扣位0123的支架012能实现重复叠加。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水制备装置的制备组成M012,其特征在于其通过在导水器011上设置卡位0113、在支架012上设置卡位0122和扣位0123、在出水器013上设置扣位0136并使之相互匹配的方式实现各部件的联接整合。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式生活用消毒保健水制备装置的制备组成M012,其征在于出水器013上设有局部出水口0132。
