随着国家食品安全战略规划的逐步全面实施,人们对健康意识要求的逐步提高,对蔬菜、水果、餐具消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留越来越受到重视,为方便人们对蔬菜、水果、餐具的消毒、杀菌;为此,本申请发明了一种生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,其主要功能和作用就是方便人们在清洗果蔬、餐具的同时对果蔬、餐具进行消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留的目的;该装置是一个完全全新的产品方案,且方案结构简单、使用方便、控制有效、安全可靠;其社会效应、民生效应、经济效应及其前景非常广阔。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,解决了人们对蔬菜、水果、餐具健康安全的需求;同时因该申请装置采用了内置电池的供电属安全特低电压(既安全电压)的供电方式。因而不仅它具有安装方便、使用便捷、资源利用率高、不占用厨房空间、消毒杀菌降解农药残留、保健等效果等显著效益,同时具备了更高的安全性和可靠性。
本申请的一种生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,它主要由供电系统R01、制备器R02、开关R03等组成;该装置在开关R03的控制下,制备器R02利用供电系统R01的供电实现电离电解周围的水的目的;从而产生具有消毒保健降解农残留功效的生活用水;其中供电系统又由电池0118、上无线充电板0112、下无线充电板0122、供电管理模组0116、供电外壳0166组成。制备器R02是一个通过电离水而产生具有消毒保健作用的正离子、负离子的部件,当将该装置放入用于手工洗涤用的水中时,制备器R02便开始工作,从而产生具有消毒保健作用的正离子、负离子水。
如附图6所示,该装置的制备器和供电系统能拼接成一个整体,从而方便将其整体置入水中;在分解状态下,该装置可分拆成供电系统R01和制备器R02两大部分;其中开关03一般设置在供电系统上,用于控制输出电路。如图2所示,该装置的控制部分由上下无线充电板0112和0122、供电管理模组0116、开关R03组成。在供电管理模组0116的管理下,由上下无线充电板0112和0122向电池0118充电,该无线充电板主要由感应线圈及其附属电路组成,通过感应线圈的作用接收来自无线充电器的电信号并将其转换传输至供电管理模组0116,从而实现在供电管理模组0116的管理下对电池0118进行充电的目的。
在功能实现上,该装置通过采用电池0118的电源输出并在供电管理模组0116的管理下向制备器R02供电,制电器在有电源输出的情况即可开始工作。同时供电管理模组0116须根据开关R03开关信号决定是否向制备器提供电信号的输出。该开关R03一般采用常规拔码或按键类开关,在接通时便可实现制备器工作的目的。同时本申请还提供了一种新的方案,在该方案中,该开关采用感应开关,该感应开关通过对水的感应从而判断该装置是否处于水中,当开关感应到该装置处于水中时,开关R03便输出让供电管理模组0116识别为电源输出的信号,制备器R02在收到电源输出后,便可开始工作;制备器R03在钛合金基材复合型电极的作用下电离电解其周围的水;从而产生大量的正离子及负离子,由于电离电解水过程中产生的正离子主要有H+等,产生的负离子主要有OH-、O-、CI-等,负氧离子能够有效抑制细菌(结合细菌降低其活性与细菌细胞膜误解氧化结合杀死细菌的),导致细菌死亡;其正负离子的中和生成物(如HOCL、O3、H2O2等)也具有很强的氧化还原能力,正离子与负离子在水中进行正负电荷中和的瞬间产生巨大的能量释放,从而使其周围的细菌结构的改变或能量的转换而致使细菌快速死亡,他们均能存在水中有效地杀灭水中的微生物、病毒和细菌,降解农药残留和重金属,将其用作清洗用水对果菜、餐具等便可实现的消毒和杀菌的目的。当感应开关R03的感应判断该装置不处于水中时,则供电管理模组0116将判断为不输出电源信号,此时制备器R02则不能工作。
制备器R02是一个包含有一定数量的正、负制备电极的结构。该制备器的电极采用一种钛合金材料作为电极基材,该电极一般成对或成组设置;该电极的电极基材其表面覆有涂附有锆、铂、铈、钆、铕、钕、钛、钌、铱等材料。经90-150℃烘干、350~700℃下烧结后制备的1-5微米厚的复合涂层的钛合金基材复合型电极。在一般情况下一组正、负电极之间的间距一般为0.8mm-1.5mm之间,常见以1mm为主;组与组之间的间距一般要大于3mm。
该装置结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠,可用于居家、旅游的健康保障等。使用时,仅需将其置于水中,装置便可自动工作;将其拿出水面后,其自动停止工作。同时,本申请方案采用拼装式结构,方便对单个制备器的清洁清洗。因而本装置是直接对水进行电离电解,而非将电离电解的其它物质混入水中。

具体实施方式
如附图6、附图1所示,该装置主要由供电系统R01、制备器R02、开关R03等组成;其中供电系统又由电池0118、上下无线充电板0112和0122、供电管理模组0116、供电外壳0166组成。由于它可以拼接成一个整体,从而方便将其整体置入水中,或在清洗瓜果蔬菜、洗手洗脸的同时将其放入清洗容器中,在开关R03、供电管理模组0116等的管理控制下,通过制备器R02电离其周围的水从而产生具有消毒、杀菌、降解农药残留和重金属的生活用消毒保健水。该装置结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠,可用于居家、旅游的健康保障等。
Claims (5)
1.一种生活用消毒保健水的制备装置,它主要由供电系统R01、制备器R02、开关R03组成;其特征在于在开关R03的控制下供电系统R01通过向制备器供R02供的电方式,驱动制备器R02电离电解其周围的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生活用消毒保健水的制备装置的供电系统,其特征在于供电系统主要由电池、充电板、供电管理模组、供电外壳组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生活用消毒保健水的制备装置的供电系统,其特征在于其使用的充电板为无线充电板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生活用消毒保健水的制备装置的开关R03,其特征在于该开关采用感应开关,它通过感应水的信号并向供电管理模组提供制备装置是否处于水中的判断信号。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种生活用消毒保健水的制备装置的制备器,他是一个由包含有若干正、负制备电极构成的结构,其特征在于该电极采用以钛合金为基材且其表面覆有涂附有铂、钌、铱等材料的复合型材料。
