Abstract

本发明涉及一种车载平视显示器可调整底座和透明显示屏调整机构，底座的中部设有转轴座，连接板通过阻尼转轴安装在转轴座上，机身安装在连接板上；机身的一侧设有透明显示屏转轴，透明显示屏固定在该转轴上；透明显示屏相对的一侧设有成像板转轴，成像板固定在该转轴上；行车记录摄像头位于透明显示屏下方的机身上。通过底座中部的转轴实现透明显示屏、成像板和行车记录摄像头的俯仰姿态的调整，通过透明显示屏转轴4实现透明显示屏俯仰姿态的调整，通过成像板转轴7实现成像板俯仰姿态的调整。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车平视显示器，涉及一种车载平视显示器可调整底座和透明显示屏调整机构，是航空平视显示器技术转向民用领域的衍生品，属于汽车电子类消费产品。
背景技术
车辆在高速行驶时,特别是夜间高速行车时,驾驶员可能会低头观看仪表显示或中控台的导航等显示，容易引发事故。汽车平视显示器(HUD)利用一套硬件系统、软件系统、光学及结构实现将导航信息、行车信息、手机信息水平显示在驾驶员正前方，因此能够有效降低由于驾驶员视野转移而造成事故的概率。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题
为了避免现有技术的不足之处，本发明提出一种车载平视显示器可调整底座和透明显示屏调整机构，
技术方案
一种车载平视显示器可调整底座和透明显示屏调整机构，其特征在于包括机身1、底座2、透明显示屏5、成像板6和行车记录摄像头3；底座2的中部设有转轴座b，连接板d通过阻尼转轴c安装在转轴座b上，机身1安装在连接板上；机身的一侧设有透明显示屏转轴4，透明显示屏5固定在该转轴上；透明显示屏5相对的一侧设有成像板转轴7，成像板6固定在该转轴上；行车记录摄像头3位于透明显示屏下方的机身上；通过底座2中部的转轴实现透明显示屏5、成像板6和行车记录摄像头3的俯仰姿态的调整，通过透明显示屏转轴4实现透明显示屏5俯仰姿态的调整，通过成像板转轴7实现成像板6俯仰姿态的调整。
有益效果
本发明提出的一种车载平视显示器可调整底座和透明显示屏调整机构，产品通过底座牢固的安装在汽车内仪表盘上方与风挡玻璃之间，产品底座设计有旋转调整机构，可以实现整个产品俯仰姿态的调整，解决了由于汽车仪表盘上方曲面有一定倾斜角度所导致产品安装位置不水平问题。透明显示屏与机器主体之间设计有旋转调整机构，用户可以根据自己需求将透明显示屏绕轴进行旋转调整至个人最佳使用位置，在旋转调整至理论位置时，能够给用户手感提示，充分考虑了人机功效。

具体实施方式
现结合实施例、附图对本发明作进一步描述：
本发明实施例的车载平视显示器可调整底座和透明显示屏调整机构，如附图所示。
汽车平视显示器通过底座实现产品在车内的安装，如图1所示，底座能够实现产品俯仰姿态的调整。如图3所示，底座软胶板a与汽车仪表盘上方曲面紧紧粘接。软胶板a与转轴座b(硬胶)做成一体，阻尼转轴c上的一字结构插入转轴座b上的一字槽进行配合连接，阻尼转轴c上的六边形结构插入上连接板d上的六边形孔形成配合关系，螺钉e实现转轴c与上连接板d的进一步固定，实现了上连接板d与转轴座b的阻尼转动，而上连接板d与产品能够装配固接，进而实现底座对产品的可调整功能。
如图4所示，该汽车平视显示器的透明显示屏可以绕连接轴进行旋转调整。图5中的透明显示屏f与透明显示屏安装底座g之前固接，阻尼转轴h上的一字结构插入显示屏安装底座g上的一字槽进行配合连接，阻尼转轴h上的六边形结构插入机身i上的六边形孔内进行配合连接，螺钉j实现阻尼转轴h与机身i之间的进一步固定。阻尼转轴h在其角度旋转调整范围内定制了手感提示点，该定制点角度与透明显示屏的设计位置一致，当透明显示屏手动旋转到此位置时，会给用户一个手感提示。

1.一种车载平视显示器可调整底座和透明显示屏调整机构，其特征在于包括机身(1)、底座(2)、透明显示屏(5)、成像板(6)和行车记录摄像头(3)；底座(2)的中部设有转轴座(b)，连接板(d)通过阻尼转轴(c)安装在转轴座(b)上，机身(1)安装在连接板上；机身的一侧设有透明显示屏转轴(4)，透明显示屏(5)固定在该转轴上；透明显示屏(5)相对的一侧设有成像板转轴(7)，成像板(6)固定在该转轴上；行车记录摄像头(3)位于透明显示屏下方的机身上；通过底座(2)中部的转轴实现透明显示屏(5)、成像板(6)和行车记录摄像头(3)的俯仰姿态的调整，通过透明显示屏转轴(4)实现透明显示屏(5)俯仰姿态的调整，通过成像板转轴(7)实现成像板(6)俯仰姿态的调整。
