Abstract
超细纤维装饰复合纸的最底层为生态原纸,生态原纸的上面顺序均匀喷洒有纤维丝以及热压有聚氰胺浸胶纸;超细纤维装饰复合纸的制作工艺流程为:首先在生态原纸上喷涂一层熔融状态下的纤维丝,待熔融状态下的纤维丝凝固并与生态原纸粘合成为一体后,将聚氰胺浸胶纸整齐的贴合在纤维丝的上面,之后经120℃~180℃热压机高压高温热压即形成超细纤维装饰复合纸;该一种超细纤维装饰复合纸不仅制造工艺周期短、效率高,而且纸的耐受性强,表面不易变色、龟裂,且易于清理使用寿命长;此外该一种超细纤维装饰复合纸不仅适用于墙面的装饰,而且还适用于装饰胶合板、细木工板、实木指节板、人造板的版面,是居室家装、办公家具、酒店板木装饰的首选。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合装饰用纸,尤其是一种超细纤维装饰复合纸。
背景技术
装饰纸,顾名思义,即是一种具有装饰作用的纸,其不仅是一种用于裱糊墙面的室内装修材料,而且广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修;现在室内装修所使用的装饰纸大都使用漂白的化学木浆生产原纸,之后经不同工序的加工处理,如印刷、压纹或表面覆塑,最后裁切、包装出厂;而这些装饰纸由于制造工艺与用料较为简单,因此使用后不仅容易翘边,时间久了容易发生脱层,而且一些装饰纸色牢度较差,不耐擦洗,最大的缺点就是易龟裂;此外一些印刷工艺低的装饰纸时间长了会有褪色现象,使用寿命较短。
为了解决传统的装饰用纸易翘边、脱层、褪色、龟裂以及使用寿命短等问题,本发明提供一种超细纤维装饰复合纸;该一种超细纤维装饰复合纸不仅制造工艺周期短、效率高,而且纸的耐受性强,表面不易脱层、龟裂,且易于清理使用寿命长;此外该一种超细纤维装饰复合纸不仅适用于墙面的装饰,而且还适用于装饰胶合板、细木工板、实木指节板、人造板的版面,是居室家装、办公家具、酒店板木装饰的首选。
发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:超细纤维装饰复合纸,包括:聚氰胺浸胶纸,纤维丝,生态原纸;在超细纤维装饰复合纸的最底层为生态原纸,生态原纸的上面顺序均匀喷洒有纤维丝以及热压有聚氰胺浸胶纸;
所述超细纤维装饰复合纸的制作工艺流程为:首先在生态原纸上喷涂一层熔融状态下的纤维丝,待熔融状态下的纤维丝凝固并与生态原纸粘合成为一体后,将聚氰胺浸胶纸整齐的贴合在纤维丝的上面,之后经120℃~180℃热压机高压高温热压即形成超细纤维装饰复合纸。
所述超细纤维装饰复合纸,其复合压力为10-16kg/cm2,其复合温度为:120℃~180℃,其旋转纤维丝喷嘴是与熔融炉连接,其超细纤维溶液为半熔融状态,经过喷嘴喷出成形冷却成固态纤维状,其纤维丝的细度为0.001-0.010mm。
本发明的有益效果:该一种超细纤维装饰复合纸不仅制造工艺周期短、效率高,而且纸的耐受性强,表面不易变色、龟裂,且易于清理使用寿命长;此外该一种超细纤维装饰复合纸不仅适用于墙面的装饰,而且还适用于装饰胶合板、细木工板、实木指节板、人造板的版面,是居室家装、办公家具、酒店板木装饰的首选。

具体实施方式
在图1中,超细纤维装饰复合纸,包括:聚氰胺浸胶纸1,纤维丝2,生态原纸3;在超细纤维装饰复合纸的最底层为生态原纸3,生态原纸3的上面顺序均匀喷洒有纤维丝2以及热压有聚氰胺浸胶纸1;
所述超细纤维装饰复合纸的制作工艺流程为:首先在生态原纸3上喷涂一层熔融状态下的纤维丝2,待熔融状态下的纤维丝2凝固并与生态原纸3粘合成为一体后,将聚氰胺浸胶纸1整齐的贴合在纤维丝2的上面,之后经120℃~180℃热压机高压高温热压即形成超细纤维装饰复合纸。

1.超细纤维装饰复合纸,包括:聚氰胺浸胶纸(1),纤维丝(2),生态原纸(3);其特征是:超细纤维装饰复合纸的最底层为生态原纸(3),生态原纸(3)的上面顺序均匀喷洒有纤维丝(2)以及热压有聚氰胺浸胶纸(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超细纤维装饰复合纸,其制作工艺流程特征为:首先在生态原纸(3)上喷涂一层熔融状态下的纤维丝(2),待熔融状态下的纤维丝(2)凝固并与生态原纸(3)粘合成为一体后,将聚氰胺浸胶纸(1)整齐的贴合在纤维丝(2)的上面,之后经120℃~180℃热压机高压高温热压即形成超细纤维装饰复合纸。
